Thru project raise Sales order for billing ?

I am looking for any option available raising Sales order thru Project ie., CJ20N or CJ02.
Currently we are creating customer project in Project System thru CJ01 with Project definitino along with WBS Elements. Create Network and assign WBS element, in network we have components & services procured.
After project commissioned, we have to raise sales order/billing document for components & services, presently we raising thru VA01 and raise SO for materials & services, after SO, we raise billing documents and submit to customer.
I have tried using DIP and it is not suiting for our requirement, now i am looking for option raise thru CJ02 project or thru CN22 thru Network.
Pl help

Hi Srihari,
You have to raise a Debit Memo Request (DMR, which is again a type of Sales order only). But for this also, you need the master Sales Order to be created separately.
You create a Sales Order with the line item being the concept of the Project (for example, Power Plant Construction)
Maintain the WBSE account assignment.
Using RRB, you can generate a Debit Memo Request (this is a subsequent document to the Master Sales Order but also is a type of sales order)
then in SD, with reference to this DMR, Billing Document will be created & simultaneous revenue updation on the Project can be done.

    The settlement rule consists of the sender and the settlement distribution rule which includes the settlement receiving accounts, distribution factor, settlement type, and validity period. You can change the settlement rule manually.
    There are two possibilities for settling sales orders. You can either:
    Settle to a business segment
    In this case, the settlement rule is determined automatically. You can only use this method of settlement if CO-PA is activated.
    Settle to a general ledger account
    In this case, you enter the settlement rule and the general ledger account number manually in the sales order.
    To change the settlement rule, choose Edit ® Settlement rule.
    For more detailed information about settlements and especially about processing settlement rules, see the CO Cost Object Controlling documentation.
    Please consult your FI guy so that he can help you configure a settlement profile.

  • Difference amount in sales order and billing document (For one line item)

    Hi Experts,
    User created sales order with 3 line items and billing document. but problem is that there is difference in value of sale order and billing only for line item 10. The remaining items values are same in sales order & billing doc.if I check in sales order condition I found that VPRS condition is used and the value is 692.13and the amount is 3245.26in sales order. But if suppose I check the same value in billing doc the value is 0.69 and the amount is 3245.28. Can u suggest me which configuration I have to check for this.
    I also checked change lock but there is no change in sales and billing document & Material

    Now consider this scenario
    Item a - 10
    Item b - 20
    Item c - 30
    and the validity of condition rec for item C is 31st of Jan
    after 31st JAN the record changes or there isn't any.
    In Copy control the pricing type is 'B' i.e., carry out new pricing.
    Now if the document is created in January it will take all the above prices. and this document is then billed in Feb. Now the copycontrol, whilst copying the prices, will predetermine the same.
    Now your task is to check if there was user intervention, check the pricing in order and check what condition types got affected in order and in billing.
    If your scenario is still not amongst the above cases...
    I don't know what to do, if you figure out please let us also know, god know when we would face the same scenario....

  • Sales order for service should create project and link equipments.

    Hi,
    I'm trying to create a sales order for a service material through VA01. The problem is that this sales order should create a proyect, but at the same time i should be able to associate several equipments to the item position.
    The problem is that if I want to create a project, option " Sched.Line Allowed" should be marked for the item category, But if do it, when i create a sales order, if i want to associate 1 o more equipments to my item position, (Extras-->Technical Objects), i get this message "Serial number profile is missing for material..." instead of the table where i would introduce my equipments.
    Is there any solution to this problem or should i proceed in a different way?

    We both are working on the same vertical, I am also working now in elevators and escalators.
    We have enabled similar (not same) scenario like this.
    When order is created (sales order) using serial number profile, serial no and equipment number are generated. I think even during service order, this can be enabled. The only thing you have to do is to create a profile and link that to material master. Please explore in SD and MM. This is easy to do. This will create equpment no for every item in the service order.
    We have also enabled the creation of whole project for the order and one WBS element  and network for each of the line items adn this happens automatically.  This is done as explained earlier. Creation of standard project, std WBS, std network adn then linking the material codes to these objects in CN08. To my knowledge, this is the only way.  If there is one standard project, which is linked to all related standard WBS, then during order creation, a WBS element is created after the creation of a standard project. When project is created, service order is linked to the project. So for other items, this project is taken and the WBS and network are created using this project.
    Now your assembly processing, production order, Purchase requisition are taken care of by the usage of components overview for activities in the network and object dependencies. For Production orders, you also have standard BOM, which can be linked to activities in the NW. You can control the materials of the standard BOM using selection condition dependencies. You can also initiate variant configuration in service order to maintain the nature of service and then use dependencies to trigger respective assembling, PR etc.
    If you want to do this for multiple eqpmts, you can also use functional location, which links multiple equipments to one place.
    The only thing you have to do is to configure this and see. Only then you will get ideas.

    Is the Item Category of that item different from the rest. If yes for that item probably pricing is redetermined. However if its the same somebody might have changed it manually.
    If all the item have same category then it is possible that repricing is carried out for all the items however it found new condition record only for that perticular item.

    I think this is standard SAP issue of rounding the condition records at item level. Can you please share the netvalue for all the three items and the header net value at sales order and invoice level.

  • Creating Sales Order for "Payer" thru VA01 trans.

    Dear All,
    In our project, we have stations which r  <b>Sold-to-party</b> and <b>Credit customers</b> which is a <b>Payer</b>.
    We have to create <b>Sales order</b> for both <b>Stations</b> and <b>Credit customers</b>. Creating Sales order for Station is not a problem but each station has many credit customers, which are maintained in the Station.
    When we are creating Sales Order via <b>VA01</b> for a particular credit customer, we are entering Station as a sold-to-party and it asks for Payer which is the Credit customer for that station.<b>But when we are recording through SHDB transaction it is not asking for payer(credit customer for that station).</b>
    Please let me know  of BAPI or some other method to create sales order for credit customer(Payer).

  • Update KOMV-KBETR field for sales order and billing

    I would like to update the KOMV-KBETR (condition amount or percentage) under condition tab for both Sales order and billing.
    example:There are two condition types ZA00 and ZB00 and need to get the KBETR value from ZA00 and add it to KBETR value of ZB00 and update the sum in KBER value of ZB00.
    1. creation of sales order & billing.
    2. Change of sales order & billing.
    3. For single & multiple line items in both sales order & billing.
    4. during updation of price in the change mode of sales order & billing.
    5.When user click on Update button in the condition tab(i.e., when clicked on Carryout new pricing)
    I tried with the VOFM routine but as the routine is triggering multiple times the sum is calculated again and again.For that I set flags also.It is working for sales orders but for billing creation the field XKOMV-KBETR is cleared after this routine.
    So I would like to know are there any EXITS for this scenario or any one entountered the similiar issue which I am facing.

    Can you please let me know the configuration point where we can do it and the condition type which we need to update the Rate/Amount value.ie., KOMV-KBETR is and Price list value and not the subtotal one.

  • Finding batch job name for sales order change (billing block)

    hi,
    there is a tab known as billing block in the sales order.
    now a batch job ran which removed this billing block and released the sales order for delivery and PGI activities.
    we have the information regarding the date and time on which this batch job ran but the job name is unknown.
    also we tried in SM37 which gives no details.
    we have information regarding the user name of the batch job but name is unknown.
    help us in finding the batch job name with the above mentioned available data.
    it is a very high priority.

    in SM37-->
         a)Set the Job start condition ( dates ) --You have information --YOu can keep them blank if you don't have the information. But it will fetch all the batch jobs of the user.
         b) user Name  -You have information
         c_ use '*'  in place of Job name
    Then this will fetch you the Batch Job name . Then Check step --> you can find the program name.
    You can check the Log for job details like when started and when completed.

  • Authorization for Change Conditions in Sale order or Billing document

    Good Morning
    In my scenario we have same pricing procedure for sale order and billing document. My requirement is to enter one condition manually in sales order.
    I want a specific user to enter this discount condition for a specific distribution channel only manually only in Sales order, not in billing document.
    Now here are some problems i am facing now.
    We have to make this for one user and for one distribution channel only.
    I can't use transaction variant to make condition tab in display because all users are allowed to enter freight condition manually at the time of invoicing.
    I have tried authorization object V_KONH_VKS but its not working. This is for maintain condition record not for entering in sales or billing document manually.
    Please suggest me is there any standard way to do this or should I go for ABAP?
    I prefer to do this with authorizations control. ABAP will be the last solution.

    I have a feeling that via PFCG,  this can be controlled and of course, with the object what you had indicated and Activity type.
    Create two roles one for maintaining manually in sale order and the other one for display.
    In one role, the activity can be 01 with TCode VA01 and VA02 and in the second role, the activity can be 03 with transaction VF01. Your basis guy should be able to do this so that the requirement can be achieved.

         I'm having a scenario.I have created a sales order for a material,the order value is $100.I have done up to Delivery.Billing part is only remaining in the flow.Unexpectedly the price of the material increases $20 more.Customer is ok with the new price $120.So how the new price comes in billing document.For this what are all the steps i want to configure?

    I want to know from you is client entering price manual or condition records maintained, if it is manual.you can go billing in the item pricing condition click on update field and select B i.e carry out new pricing.& enter the current price manually.

  • Changing sales order for a Credit blocked customer

    Hi Gurus
    One of the requirement of my client is that they create sales order for a customer and deliver the goods. During sales order creation billing block is automatically applied. This block is removed by a batch job after the goods are delivered. Sometime credit department block the customer using FD32 (KNKK-CRBLB). Now when the batch job is run to remove the billing block the system will not allow it for that order as the system calls VA02 during that batch job run. When you process a sales order using VA02 for a customer which is blocked (KNKK-CRBLB) then system will through error message V1 (154) i.e Order receipt/delivery not possible, credit customer blocked.
    So the batch job will not be able to remove the billing block from the order. NOw the requiremetn is that how can I achieve this so that the billing block are removed by that batch job as the customers has already been delivered the goods (Any user exit?).

    Alternatively, you can do the following:
    1. For what ever transaction u want the enhancement .. just check for the System-->status (menu) and find out the PROGRAM name....
    2. Double click on to the program name and go inside the program (Abap editor)
    3. Search for "Call Customer-function " ... and u'll get some search results .. If u get results then u have enhancement in that tcode .....
    4. Then it actually calls a Function module .... copy the Function module name .... go to SE80 (object navigator) click on "Repository Information system" then Customer Enhancements .... Give the Function module name in the "Components" field and click Execute ....
    ull get a list of Enhancements related to that Componene....
    5. Choose which ever enhancement will suit ur business need ..
    6. Go to CMOD... create a project .... assign ur enhancement ... and then code ur logic.... activate ur enhancement in CMOD ....... Ur Buisness need will be solved...
    For a user exit......
    Finding whether there is any User Exit or not for tcode VA42
    1. For what ever transaction u want the user exit .. just check for the System-->status (menu) and find out the PROGRAM name.... ( The program name would be for our scenario "SAPMV45A" )
    2. Double click on to the program name and go inside the program (Abap editor)
    3. Search for the word "USEREXIT" .... u ll find all the user exits in the search result .. and find ur's then ...

    As per prerequisite we need to create following:
    1-       Standard WBS
    2-       Standard Network
    3-       Material
    4-       Link between the Network, Material and Standard WBS;o
    5-       Create Sales Order
    Create Standard WBS
    TCode : CJ91
    Path:  Choose Logistics ® Project management ® Basic data and then Standard structures ® Standard WBS® Create
    After entering the data press enter.
    Now select   icon to display the WBS element.
    You can add / delete the WBS element here.
    Remember that For All WBS Element, Operative indicator Account Assigned & Planning Element should be ticked.  Billing element should be ticked for the WBS element that will be assigned in the allocation of material to Std. Network
    Click on   icon to go back to the header.
    Here release the WBS elements.
    Make sure to release the WBS elements. (Remember without Release Status system will not allow to post any actual cost to new created project)
    Create Standard Network
    TCode: CN01 
    Path: Choose Logistics ® Project management ® Basic data and then Standard structures ® Standard networkà Create
    Select the   icon to copy from Template.
    Now enter standard Network (Which one you want to copy).
    Here you will link WBS to Network.( it is very important to create a new operative project from sale order ) Then press Enter
    Select the     for choose activities:
    You can create activity here as per requirement.
    You can maintain the relationship among the activities. Now Press the Total Tab :
    Now here you can decide that under which WBS element activity will assigned .
    Save the network
    Create Material
    TCode: MM01
    Path: Logistics ® Production ® Master data ® Material master or Logistics ® Material management ® Material master and then Material and create (special or general)
    Create material with using already exist material
    Maintain the necessary setting in Material Master. (It is necessary for Assembly processing).
    Select Sales ORG 1
    Press the conditions :
    The amount which enters here will be the sale value of material. During creation of sale order system take the sale order value from here.
    Select the relevant Item Category Group.
    Maintain Strategy in MRP3 View and save then Exit.
    Assignment of Material to Network:
    TCode: CN08
    Path: Logistics ® Project management ® Basic data and then Standard structures ® Network parameters from sales order ® Edit.
    Click the   icon to enter new line.
    Here we will link material to Standard Network & Standard WBS. 
    Assembly Processing
    Create Sales Order:
    TC: VA01/VA41
    Path: SAP Menu àLogistic àSales and DistributionàSalesàOrderàCreate
    Select the Order Type / Sale organization and Distribution Channel
    Enter
    Enter the Required field like Ship to party, PO No. , Required Delivery Date, Material No. and Quantity .Then Press Enter.
    Save the Sales Order and note down the Sale Order Number.
    Sales order number will use the project number
    Check in Project Builder.( CJ20N)
    Now we can see that System has created new operative project in background.
    And it has assigned activities to WBS accordingly.

    Using Premiere 5.0.3 for over 2 yrs now.  No problems until now.  I first export my 30 min. timeline as a H.264 file as a master.  No problem.  Then I would export my timeline as a Windows Media file (NTSC Widescreen) for easier viewing on other comp
