Thumbnail not same photos when clicked on

When I click on a thumbnail a different photo comes up.some thumbnails are black also and some have different icons,anyone able to help ?

I have the same problem. I've imported 7500 photos from a structured library of folders (choosing not to copy the originals into the iPhoto library). It properly created "rolls" for each folder from which the images were imported. But now I notice when I browse that when I look at a roll, many of the thumbnails are from OTHER rolls (other folders). When I click the thumbnail with the wrong image in it associated with the title of the right photo from that roll, the RIGHT photo comes up in edit mode. But basically thousands of these thumbnails are associated with the wrong images! I also noticed that if I play with the scale slider, or scroll up or down among the thumbnails, sometimes the wrong image comes up and is then replaced after a second with the right one.
Twice now, iPhoto (version 6.02) has asked me to rebuild the library. I selected the first two rebuild options to rebuild all the thumbnails. Took about two hours each time. But I still am having this problem... Solutions anyone... please!

Back Up and try rebuild the library: hold down the command and option (or alt) keys while launching iPhoto. Use the resulting dialogue to rebuild. Include the option to rebuild the thumbnails. This can take three or four goes.

I am rebuilding my thumbnails--a slow process I am learning. We'll see how that does. I believe I have the latest version of both iPhoto and OS. What happens is that the thumbnail does not match the photo. The photo in the thumbnail is in the same series, but not the same. Many of the thumbnails are the same photo from the series. I'll report back on the success of the thumbnail rebuilding process.

This sounds like a postback issue. Does your application handle postback by putting the report in session?

Animation of selected photo when clicked in Keynote

I am creating a presentation for my students that contains a number of photos on a slide. I would like to draw attention to a particular photo by clicking on it and animating it. I also want to do this to any photo in no particular order multiple times.
Looking at the the Keynote help files it appears that the animation of each photo has an order and it isn't possible to return to any photo.
Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated.

This is a description for a presentation using 10 photos:
1 - create a new presentation
2 - Inspector > Document > Document > Presentation Type; Links Only
3 - on slide 1, place all your photos, size and position them so they are all visible
4 - duplicate the slide 10 times to create 11 slides in total
5 - on every slide, create an animation for one of the photos (something like scale) (select the photo; Inspector > animate > Build In > Add an effect)
6 - on slide 1, create a link on each photo on the slide to link to the appropriate slide (right click the photo > select Add Link)
7 - place a shape on every slide (to act as a button) then add a link to the shape to return back to slide 1 for easy navigation

I have photos in iphoto that can only be view in minimum zoom but, when I zoom out pics can not be view when clicked on

When i open iphoto and the zoom is near the minimum, I can see all the photos, but when I move it towards the maximum range, the pictures disappear. If I click on them I only see a blank, black screen.
Someone help???

Apply the two fixes below in order as needed:
Fix #1
Launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down and rebuild the library.
Since only one option can be run at a time start with Option #3, followed by #4 and then #1 as needed.
Fix #2
Using iPhoto Library Manager to Rebuild Your iPhoto Library
1 - download iPhoto Library Manager and launch.
2 - click on the Add Library button, navigate to your Home/Pictures folder and select your iPhoto Library folder.
3 - Now that the library is listed in the left hand pane of iPLM, click on your library and go to the File ➙ Rebuild Library menu option.
4 - In the next window name the new library and select the location you want it to be placed.
5 - Click on the Create button.
Note: This creates a new library based on the LIbraryData.xml file in the library and will recover Events, Albums, keywords, titles and comments. However, books, calendars, cards and slideshows will be lost. The original library will be left untouched for further attempts at fixing the problem or in case the rebuilt library is not satisfactory.

How can I access properties in my photo files. I uused to be able to tag my pictures in photo viewer but now it either does not come up when clicked on or it is greyed out or blocked out.

Why can't I access properties nor add to the tags in picture properties when in photo viewer or at all?

Not sure why you didn't get it when the other guys did, it seems you want to be sure to point out how stupid my question is instead of trying to make sense of it. No, Preview All is automatically scanning through each song one by one playing an excerpt, it completely different.

I can understand your confusion on this bit - when a song plays that I like, I can return my focus to my mac and rate or add that particular song. You must understand that people listen to music while doing other things, and given the MBP has speakers, it is safe to say I may not be tethered to it with headphones while listening.

I can not see photos when I connect my Iphone 4s to PC but can see photos from other iphone 4s. Both phones uses same OS version. Any setting is difference?

I can see folder as Apple Iphone & also see how much harddisk is full but no acess photos. When clisck to download photos optin error message pops up "NO new photos"

are you using the same Apple ID on both devices? If so, that is the problem. Its much like trying to call your own phone number with a regular phone, you'll be forwarded straight to voicemail.

I am trying to create a button in flash that will display 4 separate images at the same time when clicked. I can't get the images to stay on when I take the mouse of the button. I need the actions script code to make this happen.

I can get the images to appear when I click the button but they will not stay on the screen. I need to know what code I use to make the images stay once the button is clicked, then I need to know exactly where I place that code. It does not appear to be possible to add the action code to the buttons layer since each time I add a new layer I just get another "up" "over" "down" and "hit" line.

It is not clear how you are trying to realize this from your description. If you are trying to create this within a button symbol it will not work. Explain your approach and if there is code involved, show what you have so far.

CRviewer do not show anything when click button to show report with VS2013

When i press F5 to run project make Code of radiobutton not work(Disable,Enable OtherControl such as textbox)
And when i try press CallReportButton CRviewer do not show anything.

I think you're over-complicating things. I'd like you to have a look at a few sample apps, see how they work, then adjust your app. Samples are here:

Iphoto thumbnails not matching photos

Just back from a trip and uploaded all our photos, and thought they were all out of order when looking at the thumbnails, but when I click on a thumbnail, it’s actually a different photo completely. HELP! Don’t want to lose all our photos, what’s going on? anyone else have this issue? How do I correct?

Do the following:
1 - launch iPhoto with the Command+Option keys held down to open the First Aid window. Be sure to follow the circled recommendation in the screenshot.
2 - run Option #2, Rebuild Thumbnails. It can take more than one attempt to get the job done.

Hi ry1993,
You have set your call image to a photo within your gallery when assigning a contact or you have selected user defined image as a call image. This will assign one image to every time you call, regardless of the number you are calling.
To reverse this or assign a different image, go to Settings in the handset & select Themes>Call Image>User Defined/Default/Theme Image. Whichever one you prefer.
If you want to assign individual images to contact, follow Ray's instructions.

How to open reports in same portlet when clicked on item report links in menu portlet

Hi,
I am not sure what forum I should ask this question. Anyway, I am trying in the content areas forum.
Let me explain what I trying to do.
I have reports links as menu item links in a menu. I have published this menu to portal and added it to a page. I can now see the report links. If I now click on the report link, it opens the report in a whole window. How do I open the report in the same portlet or if this is not possible, how do I open this in a different portlet on the same page ?

ITunes Not Working Correctly When Clicking Open

Okay, im sure that someone has had this problem and posted a topic, but i have dial-up which is amazingly slow and i dont feel like browsing all of the posts. that being said, here is my problem. I recently downloaded itunes 6.4 because i needed quicktime (i already had itunes) so i deleted all of my itunes stuff, and ran the itunes setup. so know when i click on the itunes icon, a few seconds later a screen flashes up with the license agreement and gos away not giving me time to click i agree. even when i click it, it doesnt click. please help me. my email is [email protected]

just checking. are you also seeing a similar "flash" of a screen (and then nothing, with no error messages) when you try to launch your QuickTime?
if so, the likeliest cause of your symptoms is an infestation by Qoologic adware. the free trial version of Ewido has been catching and killing that for most folks:
