Thumbnail shows but the photo does not open

I can see the thumbnails for the pictures in an album, but when I click on the picture I get a large exclamation point in a triangle. Do I have to rebuild?

. I have used a clean up software from the app store (Duplicate cleaner for iPhoto), but the problem started before that.
Duplicate cleaner ccan have made it worse, if you let it remove the originals. That is, what the exclamation mark is indicationg - missing originals.

I would select a link from the drop down on the address bar but the page would not open. I would select it again but the page does not open. I could only reach website by selecting google on most visited list.

After updating AVG anti-virus, I encountered a problem on Firefox. I would select a link from the drop down on the address bar but the page would not open after clicking on it. I would select it again, even double click, but the page does not open. I could only reach website by selecting google or yahoo from my dropdown on the most visited list and then click the website that I want to visit. I would like to do this in one step by just selecting a link from my history on the address bar and select a link instead of going to google and then writing the page I want to visit. The Report Server page comes up on local server, but the page does not open from clients

The Report Server Page opens up just fine on the local server, but page does not open up from desktops and client PCs. SSRS is installed on a Windows Server 2008 R2 server and with SQL Server 2008 R2 SP2
Clients are using IE 11 and they see:
Oops! Internet Explorer could not connect to tumdv-fsql01
How can make this site accessible from clients?

When I add the IP Address and try the link again, IE says "This page can not be displayed". When I try the Fix connection problems, IE says:

I want to print an 8 x 10, but the photo does not look like the print preview - it truncates part of the picture

I am using an HP PSC 2355 printer - and have not had trouble printing before. The 8 x 10 photo does not print like the print preview does - everything elarges when the actual print completes, which truncates all details that need to be printed. Is ther a setting that I should be choosing?

There is no O or L in my Serial Number, and it starts with one single D, then a set of 3 numbers, 3 letters, 4 times, then 3 letters closing it down. When I check my Final Cut's serial number in the help section of the software, I get the same number. Yet, when I enter it in the site, it says, I have an invalid serial number. So I will call Apple Care. I hope I will be able to talk to a representative in an hour or so. It always takes so long that I grow beard while I wait.

When I try to access an active link from a website (usually a pdf file), the new tab opens and is labeled correctly; the word "done" appears at the bottom; but the page does not open or download. The same problem does not occur with Chrome.

Example: on the home page of the website http://www.dot.ri.gov
there is an active link entitled "Overview of all Iway changes - Fall 2010"
Clicking on it exposes the following url:
http://www.dot.ri.gov/documents/iway/Iway_Changes_Fall2010.pdf
However, the tab remains blank, even though it says "Done" in the bottom left corner.
When I use Google Chrome as a browser, I have no problem opening that url.
This has occurred numerous times over the past several days on several different sites--and usually the link that will not open is a pdf file.

TS4083 when I receive an email, I get the 5 line outline in the left hand column but the ipad does not open the full message.

Recently, when I receive an email ( hotmail) the 5 line preview message appears in the left hand column as it should but the full message is not displayed.

Don't know if this is related, but the iCloud servers have been having message delivery issues effecting some users for quite a while today (see http://www.apple.com/asia/support/systemstatus/). Perhaps it started effecting some users several days ago.

From the initial screen when I select Video Editor, new projects there is a purple and black line appears below the new project but the program does not open up.

I imported photos today, it shows up under "Last Import" but the event does not show under "Events", how do I fix this?

What version of iPhoto are you running? Also is your profile correct?
In the Events mode set the View ➙ Sort option to By Date ➙ Descending so that the newer events are at the top of the window.
