Thumbnails are not centering

I'm a newbie to dreamweaver and I'm trying to create an auto-advancing portfolio gallery with thumbnails. I've got everything to work and can dupicate the gallery on another portfolio page simply by changing the links in the html.

My problem is I can't get the thumbnails to auto-center on the page, I can manually adjust the margin in the css but it affects all the thumbnail galleries and it's the not the right solution.

This is important since some pages may have 4, 5, 8 thumbnails. I've tried to change the <div> settings to margin-left: auto, margin-right: auto, etc. but nothing works.
Do I need to change one of the other <div> settings or is the solution in the javascript itself?
Any help would be appreciated.

If it's a floating design you get around it when you insert a line element with CSS clear:left/right/both.
Below that the "margin:0 auto;" should work again.
But as far as i see in your source code you might just add the "margin:0 auto;" to the <ul> element containing the thumbnails.

Crystal Reports are not centered when viewing on Crystal Viewer

I´d like to ask you if you reported some problem of using subreports and during the visualization from the Crystal Viewer the main report and of course the subreports are not centered. I´m running Vs.Net 2005 with CR 10.
The main report and subreports access ADO.NET. Only one parameter is passed by the user. If we test the application and address the visualization to the crystal report viewer it is showed on right side even using DisplayGroupTree = False. But if we export the report to PDF it is showed centered. Is it a way to fix this one?
Any advice or suggestions?

When you say you're using v10 with VS2005, do you mean the full CR v10 product or the version that comes with VS.NET 2005 (version 10.2)? Make sure you're using/referencing the 10.2.* CR assemblies in your project, as the 10.0.* are not supported.
If you have the correct assemblies referenced, then make sure you have the latest patches applied. I think there may have been a fix for DIV tags.

Page thumbnails are not number correclty

I have 123 pages pdf files.
The original pages on the paper are mark page 2, 4 , 6 (evenly).
But my Page thumbnails are not number correclty they go from 30 -31, 1-5, whole mess. But I can view my pages in order (by 2, 4, and so on).
is there a way I number the pages by 2 , 4 , 6.
im using adobe acrobat x pro

Pix are not centered when i print . tryed everything i kow to fix problem, help me please

Like I said (re-above) I can't fix or figure out why my pix are printing out not centered on paper .. I tryed everything that I know and it's starting to cost to much to just print pix and keep getting the same result . Please Help me if you can. Thank

My thumbnails are not showing up next to the icons in finder. Also the back arrow and forward arrow as well as the list options don't show up. Any suggestions how to get them back?

In my Finder window, the picture icons that usually show up next to the items are not there. i.e. in my sidebar, the little pictures that are usually by the Application, Desktop, Documents, etc items. Also, the back and forward arrows, list items and tasks don't show as well. Any ideas on how to get them back?

Thumbnails are not displaying in LR4.4 64bit on I7 laptop with 16gb ram

I cannot get thumbnails to display the image in library mode. I can click on develop on a particular blank thumbnail (blank thumbnails are dislayed and they are numbered).
What settings do I change? I am using an i7 laptop with 16gb ram. Wins 7.

New Tab Page - thumbnails are not using the files from cache folder, but they want a connection to their origin website.

each time I visit a website, FireFox saves a thumbnail of all these sites for the "New Tab Page". Those thumbnails are cached in the 'thumbnails' Folder . That's so far ok for me.
The problem is:
Every time if I use the "New Tab Page" (...after shutdown & reopening the browser and only with 'mousehoover' on any thumbnail) all the thumbnails on that page don't use the cached thumbnails from the local profile folder.
This means:
Instead of using the cached thumbnail-files all(!) these thumbnails dials to their origin websites without(!) a mouseclick on any of these thumbnails (...see jpg pictures) !
I'm using the "Clear history when Firefox closes" with the following options:

So, i can't believe that this homedialing of pinned and unpinned thumbnails should be a normal function.

The Browser Version is Firefox ESR 31.2.0 and in the installation are no Add-ons, which are - for example - prefetching linked websites.
I would like to use the "New Tab Page" without 'homedialing', so the question is:
How can I force the thumbnails to use the cached thumbnail-files ?
or
How can i disable the 'loading of content from their origin websites' already on mousehoover ?

There is a preload pref available that you could try to disable on the <b>about:config</b> page.

You can open the <b>about:config</b> page via the location/address bar.
You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

Small annoying problem - numbers next to mail folders are not centered

There is a small oval, which contains the number of unread messages next to each mail folder. These are not lined up in the center of the oval as they are on my laptop. Anyone know how to fix this?

Thumbnails are not appearing

My library is still intact, however, my thumbnails are appearing as a white box with a gray dotted line. If I click on the box to open them, then they are there. I took my computer into an Apple store 2 days ago, they reset the computer and it was working fine. however, once again, I am having the same problem. How do I reset the computer to fix this problem and why does this keep happening?

Thanks for your answer. It is ok when using the lightbox without full screen option. When I use the fullscreen option, the container of the image is centered but the image in the container is not. I do center everything but when it comes to full scren there is nothing like centering.

When I bring up certain webpages (Sadly the Apple website Start page is one of them) the images are off center either horizintally or way off to the right and down below the bottom of the window. If I bring the the same website in another browser, they are centered like they are supposed to. Why is Safari not even displaying the Apple website properly?

When i print my photos are not centered on the sheet, what am I doing wrong

When I print my pictures they are centered on my sheet. I have a HP J6450 Officejet. Are there settings that I have not set up right. I use Photoshop CS4. Hope there is someone that can help me.

When you choose print in PS CS4 and the print screen pops up make sure Center Image has a check mark in it.

The web pages are not centered, they are way over to the right and so not only can I not see the page, I can't see the scroll bar or web address.

It is like the page shrinks up and moves way over to the right hand corner and I can't pull it back. I tried mini and maxi -ing the screen ... nothing works!!!
I cant' move the page down to see what the directions are for this box so I am typing this and hoping for the best. Sometimes the arrows will scroll down and other times not.

If you haven't tried a different DNS, OpenDNS may help.
Use OpenDNS for better speed, more security, includes anti phishing filters, prevents browser redirects, it's free and Apple suggests it here > Safari 5.0.1 or later: Slow or partial webpage loading, or webpage cannot be found
Open System Preferences / Preferences then select the Network tab. Click the Advanced tab then click the DNS tab.
Click +
Enter these addresses exactly as you see them here.

Click +

Then click OK.
Quit then relaunch Safari to test.
Mike, empty the Safari cache more often. From your Safari menu bar click Safari > Empty Cache

After downloading many images, my thumbnails are not coming up cleanly

I'm working on a PowerBook with an external drive for my target storage drive, and I'm finding that, after loading many images, when I click on the thumbnails to see the full size image, the full size image does not come up cleanly. Specifically, I'll see the top of the image clearly, then the bottom two-thirds is simply a block of color (not gray, mind you, but a color that is part of the palate of the image itself). Eventually, it all comes in, but it seems like it might be dragging because of the quantity of images I have stored on the hard drive. I can't seem to figure out why this is going this way.
Does anyone have any thoughts on how to correct this? I'm worried that I'm heading for some sort of crash.

A few things I would do first for starters:
1. Format the card in the camera a few time consecutively
2. Verify/Repair Disk on the external drive using Disk Utility
3. Repair Disk Permissions in Safe Mode
4. Keep about a 15-20% headroom on all drives
5. Rebuild the Aperture Library
6. Empty the Trash
