Tick Delivery Completed Indicator through MEMASSPO for STO's

hi-
We have a lot of old STO's which are about 8 -12 months old and are still showing as open for delivery due to short delivery.
Now the project sites have closed and we dont have any stores or store keepers in the closed Sites.
Can we run the Program MEMASSPO for STO's which are showing Items open for delivery to Tick the Delivery completed indicator this way?
If not, what are the other available options to have the Tick indicator on the delivery completed Tab for STO's.

before you do something with Masstransactions, you should always try to gain experience with manual maintenance e.g. in ME22N.
By the way, you cannot close a STO with a delivery complete indicator. A STO is only considered as closed if you have received as much as was issued in the delivering plant.

Dear All,
in the cross-company PO we have several items. One of the items has the
linked empties (sales and distribution BOM component) which is determined
automatically in PO with item count 11 (if main item has the count 10 so BOM component has count 11 and next item is 20...30 etc.). When we post GR for this PO we have the Delivery completed indicator for all items
except linked Empties (it seems because the linked Empties 11 are the
part of the main item 10 and there is no GR for item 11). So after the GR
we have PO still in the MD04 list for the linked empties.
Is it possible to set Delivery complited indicator for Empties item of PO with standard functions?

Hi,
If you are in ERP 6 and Ehp4, you can use new message M7 433 (The Delivery Complete Indicator is set for the purchase order item) in connection with BAdI MB_GOODSMOVEMENT_DCI. If this message is configured as an error message. No further goods receipt can be posted for a PO item for which the delivery complete indicator is set.
Since you are not working on Ehp4, you can use the BAdI to incorporate custom logic.

Delivery Completed Indicator for Services

Hi Guys
In PO's, in the delivery tab, the Delivery Completed Indicator appears only for Stock PO's. Is it possible to make the Delivery Completed Indicator appear for non stock PO's as well, I mean for services?

Hi Malka,
It's possible set the system to mark automatically the delivery completed indicator.
First you need to set the under delivery and over delivery tolerances.You do this in customizing:
Materials Management under Purchasing -> Material Master -> Define Purchasing Value Keys.
Once you set this, you can insert this value keys on Material Master Record for the materials.
When you create the PO with a material with this value keys set the system will check the under delivery and over delivery set on customizing.
In customizing you also have the option to let the system mark automatically the delivery indicator based on delivery tolerances set.
In Customizing for Inventory Management and Physical Inventory under Goods Receipt -> Set Delivery Completed Indicator, you can determine for each plant whether the system automatically sets the delivery completed indicator for delivery quantities within the underdelivery and overdelivery tolerances.
You can test setting the under delivery for 0 (with a warning message) and see if the system will only mark delivery complete only for over delivery.
You can also work with the following Badi: MB_GOODSMOVEMENT_DCI. This Badi also allows custom logic for setting the delivery completed indicator in a PO item.
Message: M7 433 (The "delivery completed" indicator is set for the purchase order item)

When u tick delivery complete indicator system will not consider that Po as Open Qty. which u can check in MMBE stock overview
Where open Qty is reduced..u can check this
first try to check stock w/o delivery complete indicator
And then after ticking Delivery complete indicator
( Note that here PO balance qTY SHOULD BE more than 1)
As the PO is not closed, system allows you to do GR for the rest of the quantity.
If u don't want system to allow pass GR once indicator is ticked u need to delete line item

Delivery Complete Indicator in PO

Dear Experts ,
I have manually ticked the delivery complete indicator in the delivery Tab in the PO .
I had ordered 100 qty . Did the gr for 50 & now i dont expect any delivery.
But when i try to do a GR against the PO ,the system still allows to proceed & shows 50 qty as open for GR .
Why should it be so ?
As i have marked the delivery complete indicator , the system should not allow mw to do any further GRs .
Pls give ur inputs

Please note that delivery complete indicator is meant for making the open order quantity as 0 so that during MRP run it should not consider the PO for the planning purpose, but still PO is open for balance quantity.
If you wish not to do any GR for that PO, then in PO itself you need to ammend the quantity as 50 so that system will automaticaly put delivery complete and no GR can be done further.

Hi Vikas,
It is the correct system behaviour, It is programmed like this only and is standard system behavior.
As proposed by sap:
To stop the system from proposing a quantity in Transactions MB01 or MIGO and to prevent a GR posting, you can proceed as follows: ( choose any of these, best option is third one)
1. Reduce the purchase order quantity to the previous GR quantity.
2. Block the purchase order item.
(ME22N: Block pushbutton; ME22 Menu -> Edit -> Block)
3.Fill the date field for the 'Latest Possible Goods Receipt' (LEWED) in the purchase order item Delivery tab. If you do this and you enter a GR document after this date, the system issues message M7163, which you must set as an error message in Customizing ( T.code: OMCQ)
4. A warning message can also be set T.CODE OMCQ: M7 244

Delivery complete indicator set by partial goods receipt in kanban orders

HI Experts,
we recently upgraded to ECC 6 DIMP EP 6. Now for kanban production orders delivery complete indicator is set for partial goods receipt. Under delivery tolerance is zero. Is there any notes available for this issue. Manual production order goods receipt is fine.

Let me try and understand your scenario better. You have a production order triggered by KANBAN. You then do a GR via inventory management of a partial quantity. Would you then GR the remaining quantity?
The reason I ask is because this is KANBAN production, the bin being filled multiple times for the same trigger does not sound right. The system behavior of not expecting further deliveries (by setting delivery complete) seems appropriate.

Delivery completed indicator for STO cannot be set!

Dear colleagues,
There are number of STO’s those goods issue quantity > quantity of goods received. Because of this delivery completed indicator cannot be set due to message “06 848 - Delivery completed indicator cannot be set for item XXXXX”.
There is an OSS note (167795) that allows to set delivery completed indicator for such purchase orders. Even though our SAP release is 6.04, report RM06EV70 does not exist (yet BADI ME_ARCHIVE_ACTIVE is active) in the system and OSS note cannot be implemented.
Any help would be appreciated.

PS. Please do not provide answers like “the goods receipt must be first posted via the entire goods issue quantity; then you can post a scrapping via the shortfall quantity” since there are backdated STO’s.

Find STO created for which plant in t.code:ME23N and check MRP parameter maintained for that plant in t.code:OPPQ( also check entry of that plant in t.code: OMCD).
Also cross check which Field Selection Key assigned to your STO PO document type and check “Delivery completed" indicator” available as Optional entry in GR/IR control segment in your Field Selection Key.

Not able to do GR for PO's , Delivery Completion Indicator Not Ticked

Users Not able to do GR for PO's eventhough Delivery Completion Indicator Not Ticked , having Confirmation Roles
Either the PO is not appearing in the List or when they click the confirmation icon , the screen is not taking to the next screen to enter the quantity.
What all must be the probable reasons.

You can check following things,
1. User in the PO should be correctly assigned in org without any sync errors(check users_gen)
2. Check in PO if the Confirmation/services performed tick is assigned properly.
3. Check if the PO in SRM and backend is correctly synchorinzed with PO in Ordered status.
4. Finally if there is any existing confirmation for the PO, then they can create the next confirmation only after the earlier conf is synchronized with backend, which means it would depend upon your schedule of clean_reqreq_up report.

DELIVERY COMPLETED indicator for Services Purchase Order

i'm working in SAP with R3 4.7 for developing funtion / BAPI for a mobile web application for services purchase order.
i have a big problem:
is it possibile to set the DELIVERY COMPLETED indicator (<i>ELIKZ</i>) in services purchase order via BAPI or Function Module?
<i>I'm working with BAPI_PO_CHANGE but and i succeded with material PURCHASE ORDER but not with SERVICES PURCHASE ORDER</i>.

For material:
Delivery completion (DCI) tick available at line item level for each material (EKPO- ELIKZ)so you can check for the each material in PO the DCI is available or not.
For Services:
As Service code (Service line items) are maintained in details screen of Header line item. So whenever the DCI (Delivery completion indicator) marked for that Header line item it means that all the service line items are marked as DCI for that Header line.
DCI indicator can mark manually in Change PO mode and automatically when service entry done as final for that Header line.
So you can check the DCI for service same way as you do for material

Delivery completed" indicator cannot be set for item 00001

Hi all,
I have done a inter company stock transfer order , with respect to that Order I made Outbound delivery and posted GR with respect to outbound delivery. I have done MIRO for PO for all the Item ,
Now I need to return some material to supplying plant for some reason, I tried to make GR (MIGO) against the same outbound delivery with movement type 122. the document is posted but when I tried to make complete delivery indicator it does not allow me to do so .
it says me
Delivery completed" indicator cannot be set for item 00001
   Message no. 06 848
Diagnosis
   You have set the "delivery completed" indicator for a stock transfer item.
system Response
   You can only set the "delivery completed" indicator in stock transfer items if
   o   the sum of the goods issue quantities in the supplying plant equal the sum of the goods receipt    quantities in the receiving plant.
   o   the sum of the delivery note quantities is equal to the sum of the goods receipt quantities.

I dont think you need to set "delivery completed" indicatory while returning from one plant to another.
For example : You ordered 100 qty. and you are receving only 80 Qty. and you don't expect any receipts anymore. in this case you want to close the open purchase order with delivery completed indicator.
But while returning to vendor or to another plant you are not referring the P.O directly and hence you dont need "delivery completed indicator'
