How do I change an existing box in a pdf into a text box but keep the watermark in the background of the box so that the formfiller can place an "X", or better yet, how do I give the formfiller the option to place an X over the watermark in the box?

It's not clear what you're trying to do...
What do you mean by watermark...is it an image?
What is the box? Is it a checkbox? Why do you want to change it into a text box?
Maybe if you explain the business requirements it will make more sense.
One thing you can do:
Add your watermark to the form
Place a checkbox over the top of the watermark
Set the appearance of the checkbox to "None" (this will hide the border around the checkbox and allow the watermark to show through)
Set the check style of the checkbox to "Cross" (this will make the checkbox display an 'x' when you click on it)

GR/IR clearing tickbox

Is it possible to remove the GR/IR clearing tick box in transaction MIRO?
Although, we know that it is a standard field for SAP.
The user wants to avoid that for future AP clerk issues and for their business planning. We all know that if the PO is a GR based, it automatically sets out for GR/IR clearing.
The option we have is to make the field invisible during invoice processing. However, looking at PO history even GR/IR is invisible. The GR/IR clearing tickbox appears since it is a PO GR based.
Any inputs?

This control is in your Vendor master under Purchasing tab => Control Data. If the box is ticked there, then system will automatically pop up tick in POs and subsequent documents. Check in XK02

How to print a tickbox in SAP smartform

Dear All,
Can anyone help as to how to print a tickbox in the smartform.
A tickbox is a blank checkbox with a tick in between.
The symbols <697>(Crossed checkbox) and <727>(Blank Checkbox) do not serve my user requirement.

We can also highlight the square brackets to "Bold" if required.

Tickbox for 'billing address same as delivery address'

Hello everyone,
on my eCommerce site, within the Shopping Cart Layout > Registration - Buy. is there a way of having a tickbox that autofills the Billing Address with the Delivery Address when ticked?
for example where a purchase is being delivered to the same address as the billing address.

No I'm using microsoft Outlook 2007 with my iinet account on there as my primary email.
I have been told that there is an iCloud plugin that i can use to help the sync process betwen my iCloud and my Outlook.
I have already downloaded the iCloud Client 2.0 from the apple website but I have been told there is a separate plugin specific to outlook.
Do you know where i might be able to find this?

How do you setup a measure to be a tickbox/checkbox?

Ok so you go to the measure column in your request.
--> Column properties
--> Conditional format
--> Add Condition
--> is equal to 1 (or Y or TRUE)
--> Edit Format
--> Image
--> "Custom Image"
--> fmap:portal/iselected.gif
That's just an example for getting the out-of-the-box tickbox. "iselected_off.gif" is the unchecked one.

Status profile (using the tickboxes)

Hi,
is it possible to have status profile wherein it is only possible to set a certain status as long as all checkboxes (status without status number) have been checked/ticked already?
in my scenario, i want that in order to be able to proceed to next status, all the tickboxes must first be all ticked as prerequisite.. how to do that?

but im not trying to maintain the sequence of statuses defined without number.. sequence is not important.. what i want to do is that a status (with status number) cannot be set unless all statuses without status number have already been ticked..

Why is it so difficult to convert a Raw image to a jpeg in Photoshop Elements ?! I have version 12. Once i realized to change the tick box in Camera Raw to 8 bit instead of 16 bit and Flatten image ( sometimes can flatten image if the flatten option isn't greyed out) hey presto i thought i was up and running. However after saving the photograph as a jpeg and renaming it e, after the word edit. I switched off/on my computer only for all the images i had spent time working on to have disappeared. Feeling very upset as there is no Technical Help to telephone at adobe and i don't know what to do.

My daughter has had her Razr for about 9 months now. About two weeks ago she picked up her phone in the morning on her way to school when she noticed two cracks, both starting at the camera lens. One goes completely to the bottom and the other goes sharply to the side. She has never dropped it and me and my husband went over it with a fine tooth comb. We looked under a magnifying glass and could no find any reason for the glass to crack. Not one ding, scratch or bang. Our daughter really takes good care of her stuff, but we still wanted to make sure before we sent it in for repairs. Well we did and we got a reply from Motorola with a picture of the cracks saying this was customer abuse and that it is not covered under warranty. Even though they did not find any physical damage to back it up. Well I e-mailed them back and told them I did a little research and found pages of people having the same problems. Well I did not hear from them until I received a notice from Fed Ex that they were sending the phone back. NOT FIXED!!! I went to look up why and guess what there is no case open any more for the phone. It has been wiped clean. I put in the RMA # it comes back not found, I put in the ID #, the SN# and all comes back not found. Yet a day earlier all the info was there. I know there is a lot more people like me and all of you, but they just don't want to be bothered so they pay to have it fix, just to have it do it again. Unless they have found the problem and only fixing it on a customer pay only set up. I am furious and will not be recommending this phone to anyone. And to think I was considering this phone for my next up grade! NOT!!!!

I had a Javascript 'alert' box appear on a page I am developing, and clicked on the tickbox to hide further dialogue boxes from that page. Now I want to see the alert boxes again, but I can't find a way to make them appear. Please can anyone advise?

Depending on what OS you are using, there is likely a box to check in the trackpad control panel to activate this. Look in system preferences and click on trackpad. You can find the preferences from the drop down Apple.

Pre Function Workflow updating tickbox

I am trying to update a checkbox using workflow when a modified record is saved. The workflow that i was looking at was the following based on picklist values selected.
What i am trying to do is when picklist value "recieved" is selected from any other value this will then trigger the workflow and update the checkbox.

Classic will only boot from home folder, tickbox greyed out

in classic preferences using 10.3.9, I have a set up where I cannot take the tick out of the tick box that says boot from home folder (Classic is stopped), why is this, what can i do to change this??

the only way round this was to take all the files from the OS 9 system folder and put them in the trash and then replace them with a clone I had made previously and then restart...wierd

Looping tickbox in logic

I have found that when I record onto a midi track that as soon as I hit stop the recorded nites automatically loop and I have to manually untick the loop box, most annoying. Am I doing something wrong here or is it a preference setting that I have missed?

well you've prob accidentally ticked the loop box when you had no region selected. this is so you can pre-define parameters that will then automatically switch on as you record midi regions, such as if you know you want to quantize your tracks to 16th notes before you even start playing, you can set that and then everything you record will have 16th note Q selected already. to turn it off, click in a blank area on the arrange, you'll see the paramater box will say midi thru at the top, then untick the loop box.

Unable to perform multi audio tracks mixing with Audio Mixer

How do you get a simple multi track mix with the Premier Pro 1.5 Audio Mixer?
I got 2 audio clips, each sitting at the start of its own separate track (Audio 1 and Audio 2). I just want to mix them into the Master track. Simple enough.
So I go to the Audio Mixer. Position the CTI at the start of the tracks and hit the red RECORD button. The red spot starts blinking. Then I hit the START/STOP button expecting the tracks to start mixing into the Master track. Instead, I get this error message
"PLAYER ERROR: You cannot record without enabling at least one track for recording."
I get the same problem if I try the mix onto a submix track.
What am I missing? I combed through the Premiere Pro User Guide and J. Rosenberg's Premiere Pro Studio Techniques but to no avail.

Jacques, I havn't seen 1.5 for a while, so I need to stress that what I'm about to say is more of an educated guess linked to a rough memory.
Each audio track in the mixer has a small chip (tickbox in 1.5??) that you click in order to enable that track for recording. In CS3 it's a little microphone.
Having said that, I DON'T think that's going to give you what you want, as the intention of the recording functionality in PP is to record audio FROM AN EXTERNAL SOURCE (like a microphone) straight to an audio track, say, when doing a Voice Over for some video.
You can't "mix down" to the master, as the master is not a track per se. It's just a "final" level control. The master will always be the sum of the active tracks, and THAT'S what will be rendered in the final output.
You can still "live mix" your audio with the faders, it's just that those movements get recorded as keyframes on each of the tracks you modify (including, BTW, the Master).
The advantage to this workflow is that every fader move you make is infinitley editable... a small error when riding the faders can easily be fixed by dragging keyframes.

Opening file in a new tab/window

Hi,
I have a form (HTML added through a widget) and a number of images on one page. I want each image to be a link to a file, where the images will be seen full quality. however, doing this takes visitors away from the page instead of opening a new tab/window - then clicking back means that the form data is lost - i.e. tickboxes are no longer ticked, etc.
I cannot use the photo viewing page included in iWeb, as the pictures will then overlap with my form because the enlarged images are loaded on the same page.
I hope this makes sense, and if anyone could help with opening files in new tab/window it would be great, or a way of opening a photo viewing platform in a separate tab/window directly from a click of one of the photos. (this is not mine) where the photo viewing "platform" is IDEAL. I would love something just like this if someone could advise.
i do not want the photos to link to an external page (which can be opened in a new window) as it would mean me creating separate pages for each picture, and linking them all... no way!
Also, it would obviously be preferable to be quick to set up, but also to change. I would need to have multiple pages of many photos, each with the viewing facilities so it could not take a long time to set up. I may also need to add/delete some photos, so if all the linking work was done automatically it would be fantastic.
