Tickets Not Appearing in Passbook After Being "Add"ed

So I purchased a ticket for an event which looks to be managed by Constant Contact. The confirmation email includes a link to add a pass to Passbook, and when I click it, a very pretty pass with a QR code appears. However, when I click the "add" button at the top, the ticket disappears, and never has appeared in my Passbook. I can click the "i" on the draft ticket, and it flips over and shows all of the correct info, but never appears in my Passbook.
I have used Passbook on several occasions in the past for flying, etc., without difficulty. The email for the event is different from my Apple ID email -- could that have an effect?
I'm using an iPhone 5 on iOS 6.1.4 (10B350).

Having the same issue with an airliner's tickets and I've used the same email address as my iCloud account.
The email attachment (the airliner sent me) is recognised as a Passbook ticket, I click on it, it opens and shows me the ticket (with all the correct info) as usual but after clicking "Add", it is not added to Passbook.
I've used this airliner a few months ago, same process (online check-in, they send email with ticket as attachment) and didn't have any of these issues (everything was pretty smooth back then).

Unplug the computer's power cord and ALL peripherals.
Wait 15 seconds.
Attach the computers power cable.
Wait another 5 seconds and press the power button to turn on the computer.
The 5 second timing is important to a successful reset.

Ipod does not appear in itunes after windows scan and fix

Two days ago, I restored my Ipod classic using Itunes 9.2.0.61. After restoration my Ipod started freezing Itunes and Vista. At a point, I saw a blue screen and my computer forced a shutdown. When it rebooted, Vista kept asking to automatically "scan and fix" problems on my Ipod. Thinking that would solve the "freeze" problem, I stupidly went ahead to have Vista scan and fix my Ipod. Now the freeze problem is gone, but my Ipod does not appear in Itunes. I have tried the five Rs from Apple, but that has not helped. Anyone with a solution?

1. Update iTunes to the latest version. Plug in your iPod. If iTunes still can't recognize it, then in iTunes in the top left corner click help> run diagnostics. On the box that comes up, check the last two things. Click next and it should identify your iPod.
2. Click on your windows start menu. Type in "services". Click on it and when it pops up, on the bottom of it click on "standard". Now Scroll down to find "Apple Mobile Device" Right click it when you see it and click on "Start". When it has started, close iTunes and replug in your iPod and it should show up.
3. Check the USB cable
4. Verify that Apple Mobile Device Support is installed
5. Restart the Apple Mobile Device Service and verify that the Apple Mobile Device USB Driver is installed.
6. If you just want to add some photos, songs and movies from computer to your devices, you can use an iTunes alternative to do the job.
7. Check for third-party software conflicts.

Help! New contacts in phone do not appear in the Group being sync'd

I have more contacts on my computer than I need on my phone, so I created a group in my address book that I sync to my phone. However, when I create a new contact on my phone it appears in my address book, but does not appear in the group I'm syncing with my phone, just the "All" part of my address book.
Any thoughts on how to get these new contacts to appear in the Group actually being synchronised? Afterall, isn't this really what synchronised means - a two-way sync as opposed to one-way traffic?

What you are seeing is "normal", and has been complained about many times on here.
For some unknown reason, if you click your phone in iSync, Apple has provided a "Put events created on phone into [calendar]" pop-up option, but not a "Put contacts created on phone into [group]" pop-up option.
Therefore, it is not possible to tell iSync which group to add new Contacts to, and so it just adds them to the 'All' group.
This has been the case for ever, and has never been changed in any of the iSync updates, and appears it still hasn't been changed in the forthcoming Mac OS X 10.5.
I'm not sure whether it will do any good, but try telling Apple about this on their iSync Feedback page:

"Hyperion" menu item does not appear in Excel after SmartView Installation

Hi to all! When I first installed SmartView, everything was ok - "Hyperion" menu item appeared in Excel and I successfully established connection to Planning and worked with data in Excel. Then, once upon a time I happened to select all data through Ctrl+A in the data form open in Excel and tried to copy it to another worksheet in the same workbook, Excel threw out a message about some serious error and informed me that the Hyperion Add-on would be removed. So it was removed in fact. When I was reinstalling Smart-View, all the installation went smoothly but the "Hyperion" menu item did not appear in Excel again. I tried to reinstall both Excel and SmartView and rebooted the system several times but the Hyperion menu item still does not appear in Excel. Can anyone hint me on how to solve this? New GP Task Items do not appear in UWL after clear item cache of GP System

HI, SDN Expert.
After I made some minor change in the GP configuration xml (changing the "createdate" format from "date" to "datetime"), I went to the Cache Administration Page to clear the item cache of my GPSystem. I went to register the item types for all system in the UWL Configuration Page.
After clearing the cache and register the item types, I started initiate some GP tasks, but now all the GP tasks are not appearing in the UWL any more.
I remembered last time the same thing has happened, but the GP tasks started appearing only after a few hours.
Now, it has been two hours wait, I still don't see my GP tasks re-appear.
I wonder any of you know whether this situation is normal? What is the root cause for this situation? And how do I fix this?

Issue resolved.

Music does not appear in iTunes after consolidation and xfer to E drive

I followed the instructions listed on the web site for xfer of the music to an external hard drive. After I did the consolidate portion, the music did not show/appear in the e drive folder created for the music. The music does not show in iTunes now. I have not deleted anything since I can't see music in the e drive folder.
I am currently copying the music from the older folder to the newer folder to see if this helps.
Where does the consolidated music go?
Can it be shown in iTunes at all now that it has been consolidated?
Will pod sync now since music does not appear in iTunes?
Any help or information would really be appreciated.

Rather than move individual files you might want to move the whole collection:

Quick answer if you let iTunes manage your music: Copy the entire iTunes folder (and in doing so all its subfolders and files) intact to the other drive. Start iTunes with the option (shift on Windows) key held down and guide it to the new location of the library.

Not appearing the forms after login in to EBS

After login in to EBS clicking on any form based application foam not appearing through browser just it says done.From there its not getting any thing error also.
But where as i am opening like this http://localhost.com:8000/dev60cgi/f60cgi i am getting.
Even i ran the adadmin and autoconf also on both tier.Recently i have upgraded from Jint to Java plug in.
please let me know if any one has solution for this problem.

Please help! Artist names not appearing in ipod after syncing!

Hey there everyone, I really really need some help with this problem that I have now had for 2 months. I have this problem on 3 different ipods so I know it is not a problem with the ipod, it is with itunes.
My itunes library is in perfect order and set up how I want it to be when in my ipod, e.g, every song has the artist, album and song name in the correct places in the 'get info' tab, and appears in the correct places in the itunes library.
However, when I synchronise my ipod with itunes, the artist tab in the ipod consistently says 'no artists'. However, the songs are in the songs tab and albums in the albums tab, but it doesn't register the artists. Because of this I can't search for the artists I want.
I have spoken to apple numerous times and they haven't been able to tell me what is wrong with it. I'm at my wits end with this and so greatly appreciate any help or advice anyone can give.
Things I have tried so far include, changing ipods, selecting all as part of a compilation, deleting the music from itunes and then putting back into itunes. None of this has worked.

There are usually two things that contribute to songs not appearing under Artist on the iPod, both due to information either in or missing from the Get Info>Info tab against the song in iTunes. 1) the song has no album name associated with it or 2) the song is marked as part of a compilation.
If tracks are missing an Album name in the Info tab, this information needs to be filled in. The no album one is a bit quirky as the songs will appear under certain circumstances (for instance I read somewhere that if you have at least two tracks with different album names the rest will appear), however the simplest remedy is just add None or Miscellaneous to all the blanks in place of a title. Also if the tracks are ticked in the Get Info>Info tab as part of a compilation, they will not appear under Artist on the iPod. Highlight a song in iTunes that you know is not appearing correctly on your iPod. Right click on it and choose Get Info and click the Info tab (alternatively choose Get Info from the File menu), if "Part of a Compilation" is marked untick it and afterwards update your iPod, you should find it now appears as normal. Setting "Compilations" on your iPod main menu prevents you getting lots of single artist entries when you load an album by various artists.

ITunes proxy authorisation window does not appear (and account is being blocked randomly)

Many users have iTunes installed on their PC. iTunes requires proxy authorization to connect to internet. Appropriate popup window appears when opening iTunes and trying to open some internet-based page there. Entering current AD account credentials helps to connect. There is also a checkmark there allowinf to save credentials for further use (and do not show this window anymore). When AD password is changed - this popup window does not appear again and user's account is being blocked (because iTunes tries to connect proxy with old credentials). The question is: is it possible to reset proxy settings, stored somewhere inside iTunes somehow? Just to return proxy authorization window back. Did you have such an experience? If you caould share any knowledge - it would be great.

What happens if you go to iTunes > File > Devices, do you get the option to Sync iPhone?
