Till at what Stage i can change price in Order 2 Cash Flow?.

I would like to know below information,
1. Can I change price after I book the Sales Order?.
2. Can I change price before do the Pick Release or Ship Confirm?.
3. I would like the reflect the price in Sales Order at the time of Shipping(Ex: at the time of enter the sales order my item price is 10, and shipping time price is 9).

Hi Srinivas,
1) Yes (though you would want to do this with controls/restrictions given you may have already acknowledged the earlier price to your customer).
2) Yes and Yes (as long as the pricing flag on the order lines is 'Calculate Price' and not 'Freeze Price' you can change the price at any point up to Ship Confirm)
3) You can set the pricing date on the order lines to the ship date instead of to the order entry date as long as you have price list lines and modifier list lines with effectivity dates far enough into the future.

we had a similar requirement during the initial implementation project.
We have used BADI_RECD_CASHFLOW for this purpose. We have used both Methods - CHANGE_CASHFLOW_OBJ and CHANGE_CASHFLOW_PAY in such a way (for the last one):
LOOP AT ct_pay ASSIGNING <ls_cashflow_pa>
             WHERE ( cfstatus = 'P'              ) AND
                   ( origflowtype IS NOT INITIAL ) .
    IF <<condition>>.
      <ls_cashflow_pa>-dfaell = ....

How I can change the z-order of objects?

Hi,
I'm creating subform that contains "tabs", I want to change the z-order of the a tab when it's clicked to be on top of other tabs.
it seems instanceIndex does not work or it wan not mint for this kind of visual effects.
Any idea on how this can be achieved?

Creating check on officers who can change a sales order - User Status

The user needs to create a check on persons who can change (User Status) on the sales order created.
The sales order are created by a group of people. These group of people can not be allowed to change the sales order - User Status(In header Detail).
Only a second level user users should be allowed change this user status.
Can it be done at configuration level. Or should we use an Exit?

I never have used this auth. objects, but if you want to set restrictions on some users, search before in auth. objects. As I told you, you can use the tcode SU24 for this purpose. Do the selection, see the result, try it with tcode PFCG and check it.
If you can do something with customizing tools or other standard tools (as authoritation tools) avoid the use of enhancements, BADI, BTE'S and so on. If you don't find the solution, then go to userexits.

How to change payment date in cash flow

Hello Experts,
Ive had a facility with commitment fee. The calculated figure of the commitment fee is correct which based on period end date and the payment date in the cash flow tab was also the end date but I wanted to change the payment date in the cash flow of the commitment fee but the system does not allow me even if Im in an edit mode.

Hi Katherine,
I can suggest you another solution for the case when calculation of the respective cash flow is correct, however you have kind of fluctuating payment date. Instead of correcting it in a deal, you can post it with different date as planned, so when you run TBB1, you have to specify the required date in the field 'Posting date instead of due date' in the set of fields 'Posting control'.
So you can actually use this feature for those irregular cases.

Changing font size in cash flow report

Hello ,
How can I change the font size that diplayed in the PLD of cash flow report ?
I tried to change the font size of single field and I cannot see the change in the printed report. If I would change the size of the field or the colour of it , the changes will take affect but the font size will not.
Does anybody have any solution for that ?

Why can not reverse the single cash flow ?

I've created loan number using t-code : fn1v.
I've posted different cash flow.
I'd like to reverse specific interest amount using t-code : fnvm.
but it didn't work.
sap pop up the message.

So i deleted all plan cash flow's data registered by fn8c or fn8x.
after that it works well.
I checked it out thoroughly. I found that it is impossible to reverse when it is included plan cash flow's data registered by fn8c or fn8x
why is that? Could you explain?

you can reverse the specific interest amount by using Tcode FNM3, provided you have not made clearing.In that case you have to reverse clearing & then use TCode FNM3.

What decides what an approver can change in SC?

I am running ECS SRM 5.0 and I have a question. When approver receives a shopping cart, he is not able to do anything else than approve or reject.
Is that std functionality or should it be possible for him to change ie VAT code, account assignment, price and so on?
If so, how can I make this happen?

Hi,
This can be achived thru SPRO setting. Please go to IMG ==> MM ==> Purchasing ==> Purchase Order and click on Define Screen Layout at Document Level.
Search for ME21N and copy this to ME29N. Select ME29N and go to Quantity and Price selection group and then you can change "Price and Price unit" from Optional entry to Display.

Can I change the playing order?

So it's 2009, I'm 25 and a big fan of technology, but it was only yesterday that I bought my very first iPod. I'm loving it, but I have a small (very small) issue.
I transferred a CD to the iPod using iTunes, but it put the very first song at the end of the album, instead of the beginning. Everything else is in order, and none of my other CDs did this. Is there a way I can change the playing order of songs on my iPod so that it's correct?

When you right click on a file and go to "get info," you'll then go to the "info" tab. Once you're there, there's a field where you can type in the track # (it'll say track __ out of __). The second blank should be filled in with the number representing how many tracks are in the album. You go from file to file typing in the correct track number.
Once you've done that if they still aren't showing up in the proper order in your library, you just right click the bar that labels the sections (like name, time, artist, etc.) and a list will pop up with all the different sections you can have displayed. All the ones that are already being displayed have check marks next to them. The second to last one is "track number." You'll want to click on this. Once you're looking at the album again in your library, you'll see the new section added. If you click on the bar that's labeled "track number" to highlight it, it should put all the songs in the right order. If it flips everything backwards, starting with the last song first, just click on the label again and the order will be reversed.

Is it possible to change the dimension order when extracting data from HFM?

When accessing Consolidation/Extract/Data is it possible to change the dimension order of the extract rather than extracting the standard order?
I can see you can change the dimension order visually by going to "Reorder dimensions" but this does not carry through to the actual extract.
If its not possible using this method is there another method? Trying to avoid using smartview for this purpose.

How to change the column order in the DB?

For example,
     there is an employee database with the field names empno(1),empname(2), empphone(3), empaddress(4), empsal(5). the values in the brackets are the column order i.e., the order in which the column names are placed.
     I have the details of the employee records in a .txt file and i have to upload the file with the same column order with some delimiter.
