Till firefox 22 my ICA citrix plugin doesn't respond anymore

I tried to fix the issue using the last upgrade tips (doesnt work after 21) like :
Go in about:config and change the plugins.load_appdir_plugins -> true
I tried to repair the citrix internet receiver
I copy the plugins in the "new" folder in browser\plugins
I'm still stuck with the same issue...
Could anybody help me ?

For Firefox v.22, I found experimentally that I needed the following three things to be in place:
# Upgrade my Citrix online plug-in from 12.1.44 to 12.3.
# Make sure I'd implemented the fix that became necessary at FF v. 21, namely, go to about:config, set plugins.load_appdir_plugins to TRUE.
# Make sure that FF is set to "Use Citrix (default)" instead of "Use Citrix ICA client (in Firefox)" inside of Tools > Options > Applications > highlight "Citrix ICA client" content type.

IDVD '08 doesn't respond anymore when trying to browse the media files

I created a new project, selected a theme and then clicked "Media" to drop the Media files into my DVD project. For some reason, after that, iDVD doesn't respond anymore. I see no disk activity (with iostat) and I see iDVD consuming a lot of CPU cycles (with top) .
Any idea why this might be happening? It is getting a bit frustrating.

tell us about the content you are trying to use within iDvd'08.
Might you have any Non-standard QT plugins on your mac (ie, Perian or Divx)?
also tell us how much available hard drive space is remaining on the boot volume / your main HD.
Take a look in your console log /crash reports and post the info on this forum.

All of a sudden my screen doesn't respond anymore? i-pad 2.

I turned on my i-pad 2 and now the screen doesn't respond anymore. I got the slider to unlock it, to move once, but that was it? Help?

Hello,
I bought an ipod 3 weeks ago. It was great but, yesterday itunes didn't respond when i pluged my iPod.
I try to went on my ipod by the work office, but he asked me to format it. I did it but now my ipod doesn't respond.

Try this, go to tools, add-ons, extensions. if you have more than one (the latest) Java consoles, uninstall them. You only need the latest console and it should match the Java Platform in Plugins.
I had a VERY similar problem displaying weatherunderground. It would not display the pages correctly and I would get pages of errors that stated
"window.addEvent is not a function" I spent the last two hours fixing this problem. All I did was remove the 6.0.18, 6.0.19, 6.0.20 Java consoles from my 3.6.8 Firefox. After a FF restart, no more errors.
There should be more information in FF when you update Java. No one tells you that you should go in and delete the older consoles.

Forms applet doesn't respond anymore

Hi,
Migrating to SunJVM 1.6.0_07 (JPI) our forms application sometimes crashes. It happens when dragging the mouse over the value displayed in a text field. About once a month on a normal PC and a couple of times a day on a virtual client. It never occurred in the old MS-JVM.
- No ORA- or FRM- error message
- Forms applet does not respond anymore to anything. But it's still running
- Java Console shows stacktrace below 12 times
- Running JVM gets corrupted. Subsequent Forms sessions have the same problem. Closing all browser windows resets JVM
We are running Forms 9.0.2.11.0 = 9iAS + patchset 2 (Yes, I know it's not supported anymore :-( )
Does anyone have a clue, what might be causing it?

no luck, still needs to be clicked several times to make it start...
Is it browser/computer specific ? On one pc, I first get the 'click to activate and use this control' message, and then it takes several clicks afterwards until it recognises the key input. On a different pc I don't get the message, and it generally only takes one or two clicks.
Any other tips/suggestions ?

Address Book doesn't respond anymore

Address Book refuses to work. The ball spins endlessly and the application won't respond anymore. The only way out is a forced quit. I've tried just about everything, I believe. I've checked the hard drive, repaired permissions, trashed all of the preferences files and the image files associated with contacts, and turned off syncing with .mac. I've tried to restart it from stratch by deleting the contacts as well. It went back to its primeval state of two contacts (Apple and Me), but that didn't help.
The ball... the ball... it will spin me out to the madhouse. This seems hopeless.

Yes, I also had this problem after switching over to Adium 1.0. My Address Book would launch but then if I missed a button by a couple of pixels, the Spinning Beachball of Death would return.

Firefox plugin doesn't work

Installed a clean install of Vista, Firefox and Quicktime.
When I try to watch a quicktime video on the internet it plays with the media player plugin. I tried to disable the media player plugin, but it ended without a video (not even a black square, like there is no video on the page).
When I was on XP, this plugin always crashed Firefox, and now on vista, it doesn't even work!

As stated. I have a link in ~/.mozilla/plugin that points to test/jre/plugin/i386/ns7/libjavaplugin_oji.so, which is the java 6 update 21 runtime environment.
Java doesn't show in about:plugins, and java applets don't start (firefox suggests to install missing plugins).
Java programs using the jre outside the browser work.
This is on Linux 32-bits, Slackware 13.0, kernel 2.6.34.

The failure in communication is two parted:
1. Reader X is not Acrobat (Mozilla Plugin Checker)
2. Acrobat is not mentioned in the Reader X download Page (Adobe)
therefore confused clients.
For readers '''CAUTION''' check the minimum requirements for Reader X.

Do not waste the time to download (80+MB and Site is Slow) if your machine does not have the resources to execute it. ie. '''aging''' Hardware

Flash plugin doesn't show the content, I wonder why.

when there is a page using text in a Flash part the plugin doesn't show it. For example the Page has some texts in a flash extension but I can't see the text at all.

Start Firefox in [[Safe Mode]] to check if one of the add-ons is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Tools > Add-ons > Themes).
* Don't make any changes on the Safe mode start window.

If it does work in Safe-mode then disable all extensions and then try to find which is causing it by enabling one at a time until the problem reappears.
