Tim's Fax solution

All,
I found Tim's fax solution(from his Blog) to be very useful.
But I am getting several errors when I am trying to compile. Does any body have a the complete solution, I mean does any body have the entire java file from his solution.
Please advice,

I don't know if this is the right forum to post this but since it is related to Exchange I thought it might be. If this is not the right place, please direct me to the forum where my post would be more appropriate.
I'm looking to set up a Fax solution for the company that I work for as we are moving away from analog phone lines to VoIP using SIP. My original thought was to set up a Windows 2008 R2 server with Fax server role installed and have it route the fax message
to Exchange 2007 SP3 so the fax message can be delivered to each user's inbox. I was reading a little bit on the Windows Fax server role and from what I saw it looks like it can only route fax messages to one email address. This not ideal for my company. Is
there a way to have the fax server role route the email to each user's inbox? If so, how can I achieve this?
How can implement this for this sending outgoing faxes as well?
I don't know if this releveant or not but I will be using Asterisk as a media gateway between our SIP trunks and the Windows Fax server.

We had a similar problem, it was not fax but was e-mail. We were
developing e-mail enabled Forte apps and we wanted to communicate with
MAPI( Messaging API of Microsoft). The way we achieved this was by
wrapping the MAPI in a C/C++ DLL and interfacing the DLL's exported
functions with Forte. Microsoft also provides Mapi.dll and Mapi32.dll
which can be programatically loaded from within a C/C++ program and
different functions exported by the DLL called independently.
I'm not sure if there are any externally callable DLLs for
Microsoft Fax services.( like MAPI32.dll for messaging services). If
there is one, you could use the same approach.

we are look for a FAX solution not expensive (such as TOPCALL, FACSys, RightFAX, ecc.) to send fax from a ECC 6.0 system used by few user.

There are two separate PDF Expert versions on App Store: PDF Expert for iPad and PDF Expert for iPhone. PDF Expert for iPad differs from iPhone version and both versions are not free.

Try a reboot. If you need help as to how to do this, utube will be helpfull.

Hp x4632 all in one change time on fax

HP OFFICEJET 4632 all in one- Just the FAX !!! Have went online and referred to manual but NO where am I able to change the factory preset time. It is 6 hrs ahead and would like some help! I end up looking over what I have set on initial set-up and run the fax test, it all says PASS, and even SOMETIMES puts the correct time in upper corner on that fax test....but when I send a fax, it will put my 9:30 am fax as sent at 3:44pm. Its like it was pre-set as I cannot find how to change. HELP thanks avbuck

I wonder if the time and date option in the Preferences impacts the Fax time. Let's arrow down to the Setup menu, then go to Preferences and select Date and Time. Please make sure this time is set correctly.

I have a 3G plan but most of the time it switches automatically to EDGE. Thats when i have to either switch Airplane mode - On/Off and then it acts normal. Any permanant solutions to fix this problem?

Return the iPhone personally or via friend/relative/co-worker who is in
the US. The warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase - the USA
in this case. Apple will not accept international shipments for evaluation nor
will Apple ship out of the country after repair/replacement.

I have an HP2840 running with Windows 7. Everytime I fax from the computer the print spooler STOPS.
I have to start, then stop, then start again everytime before any of my printers are available.
Is there a setting I need to change?

it sounds to me that the print spooler is crashing. Typically if the spooler crashes, when restarted it will try and process the job in the queue. If it crashes again, the job will be purged from the queue.

Flash video take too much processor time; a firefox solution.

I have noticed that flash video take a lot of processor time. With my system (1.6 Ghz celeron M) I am unable to play HD video from youtube normally. Some plugins/websites are able to get the direct link of the video (mainly for the purpose of downloading them). Using mplayer to play these direct links works perfectly in HD. mplayer take about 10% of the processor time taken using the embedded flash player. But getting the direct link is not always easy and sometime you are forced to use this inefficient flash plugin. Why is this proprietary flash plugin that bad? Why does website forces us to use it?

II know most of these solutions. What I am most interested to is to play the videos with mplayer; preferably without having to download them first. What I am doing now if to use www.keepyoutube.com and give the url provided to mplayer. I would be interested in a firefox plugin that launch mplayer on the video URL (there was the media player connectivity but it has not been updated and did not work for flash).

If it is a HD movie, it may not be enough. The iPad also need working space.
Try download to iTune (computer) and "Move" to iPad.

first of all I'd like to share with all of you my real disappoint for having bought this Airport Extreme Base Station. I really hope that someone at Apple will read my post and come to my house because I would have just a few words to tell them.
After 4 years of proficuous cooperation my Netgear WI-Fi router left me and I immediately thought to replace it with an Apple product just to be sure that it would have been easy to install and on top of performances.
I chose the Airport Extreme which is much more expensive than quite all the other same product but I didn't care about it because I would have brang home an excellent product.....or...at least I thought it !
Once in my room the soap opera began. I'm not a genius but I consider myself a medium skilled user and, in any case, even it is not my real job, I configured many bigger LANs than my personal ones and I never had such kidn of problem.
I read many posts where people were asking for information because they couldn't connect their Airport Extreme to their PS3 or Xbox 360 but I never had such kind of problem. It really worked immediately and both consoles worked in few moments.
My REAL problem is that both of them are terribly slow and I can't do anything online. I can't see streming videos, I can't play online and I can't neither play videos that are on a LAN DLNA server !!!!! It takes about 35 seconds to play a video and some times it has to stop for empty buffering reason. This is really unacceptable.
I tried so many configurations and nothing changed and I also took a look at some guides but they had been written with old firmwares so they are quite unuseful for me.
After having asked a friend of mine to give me his router (a Netgear ones) for some days I finally made myself sure that the problem is the Airport Extreme.
It also has a very poor signal because my iPhone has difficulties to keep the connection in areas where my old router worked fully.
If only I could turn back time I'd never buy it again but now, having spent to useless my money, could you please let me know a working configuration for the latest firmware 7.4.2 ? I tried to use the previous firmware but I have the same problems.
There is only a wall separating the Airport Extreme from the PS3 and Xbox and both of them get a 100% of signal but I really don't know what to do.

Sorry but I have no way to measure the actual throughput for any of my devices (I have 2 Xboxes which have the same problem and even my iPhone suffer of a bad connection).
In any case I really can't understand why the connection is so bad. I can even get in touch with my ISP to ask them if there is some problem with the connection (maybe a coincidence and the Airport Extreme has nothing to do with it ?????) but the facts remain: even my DLNA server and PS3 connection is slow and I can't clearly see the movies I have in my intenal LAN and also the iPhone show a poor connection to the Airport Extreme and it is because of the Extreme for sure.
I really don't know what to do.

Fax Solution for ECC 6.0

I can use SAPCONNECT with SMTP plug-in to route the fax to the MAIL SERVER.
Now I'd like to know which Fax Server product I can use.
The Fax Server must be certified by SAP?

I updated my ipod to 1.02 and now songs skip and voice speaks at odd times. Any solution?

Also, sometimes it works for a while okay. I seem to be able to get it to go wierd sometimes by hitting the volume button down. Other times out of nowhere, even when off, the voice starts speaking about my tracks, authors, and playlists, etc.

Okay. I hope I can remeber all my steps exactly because I fixed my own problem...with absolutely no help from Apple. I opened itunes. I connected my ipod touch to my computer. On my itunes page that shows my songs in the upper right side under the search library box there is an itunes button and since I am connected there is an ipod button. DO NOT CLICK THE ARROW in the ipod button...just click in the mail part of the button. On mine it opened to a summary page that gave info on my ipod. The menu bar has Summary, Apps, Tones, Music and more. I clicked on the Music button. I chose to Sync the entire music library. That replaced what was on my ipod but what was on there was going to be put back on so I was okay with it. I then clicked the Sync button on the lower right side and it sync'd and all my songs are on my ipod again. I hope this might help someone else. Good luck.
