Time error message

I have two airport extreme n basestations in a roaming configuration. One of the base stations has no problem connecting to the NTP server time.apple.com. The other keeps playing the same error message over and over: "No Address for NTP server time.apple.com". The basestations have unique names and internal manual IP addresses on my LAN. They share the same network name and password, as is supposed to be the case for a roaming network. They both connect through a cable DSL router. Is there an issue with this error prone base station?

I actually solved the problem by reloading the 7.1 firmware from the menu in the airport utility. I guess it didn't update properly the first time. I had given unique names to each base station but for simplicity, I had tried to use the same password for both. This is apparently a BAD thing as the aiport utility would intermittently connect to the wrong base station and actually rename it for me (e.g. Basement(2)). After giving each base station a unique name and password and reloading the 7.1 firmware, everything works as expected. No more time error messages.

If you've already tried a complete uninstall and reinstall try opening iTunes in safe mode (hold down CTRL+SHIFT) as you start iTunes, then going to Edit > Preferences > Store and turing off Show iTunes in the Cloud purchases. You may find iTunes will now start normally.

ICal doesn't show delegation, and generates date and time error messages in /var/log/system.log

I have a problem with my iCal, when I use my caldav account, I can only see my own calendar on my MBA, on my co-workers MBP it works fine with both my account and his. My co-worker can't see other calendars than his own when he uses iCal on my laptop.
We can reproduce this problem on his computer by setting Location to Automatic rather than Amsterdam, then after deleting iCal's cache files, the caldav account and setting the Location back to Amsterdam solves the problem for him.
It does not solve the problem for me (or several other co-workers). We've been looking at this for a few weeks, and we can not find any clear pattern why certain machines have this problem and others don't.
All machines (both affected and unaffected) are running Mac OS 10.7.2 with iCal 5.0.1
I've spoken to Apple support over the phone (in the Netherlands), unfortunately, they couldn't help with this.
So far we've tried numerous location and language settings, but on affected machines nothing appears to solve the delegation problem (which we assume to be connected to the error messages iCal generates)
Starting iCal yeilds the following error messages in /var/log/system.log:

I'm seeing the same thing, and I can't even find where OS X stores calendars on disk anymore...

Quick Time Error message

I asked this question several months ago and got no answer so will try again.
It is weird, but when I try to watch a streaming video on the Apple web site or the Adobe site, I get a message saying that my Quicktime plugin in out of date. I am able to say play this time, but don't know why I am getting this message. I have both 7.6 and 10. What is going on?

What's the precise text of the error, please? (There's a few different ones I can think of that you might be getting.)

WAD run time error message

Hi,
I have problem opening template in WAD on my computer. I will get the below error message every time i am trying to open a template.
My WAD version is Release 2004s, Patch 700, Revision 172.

I closed WAD and get it restarted twice and the problem above is solved.
Here it comes another problem, when you click on execute button, it will pop up a page in Internet Explorer.
I managed to log into the portal but later got this javascript error:

Run TIme Error Message- Array Out of Bounds Exception

Good evening all,
I seem to have a run time error with the below segment of code. I've changed the (args[0]) a variety of ways but still get the same message.
I have a few questions regarding my methodology. First, am I headed down the right path (no spoonfeeding allowed please! I need to grasp and learn this myself). Second, would it be something causing error that is on another line and I'm not seeing it. Third, should I have added the entire class file?

Update from 8.1 to XI failed 5 times; error message that 8.1 is running(not); windows xp, ver 2002

While trying to update from reader 8.1 to readerXI, install has failed 5 times after getting an error message that 8.1 is using files that need to be updated (it is not running): operating system is windows xp, version 2002. Do I need to uninstall 8.1 before trying to update, and how can I be sure that XI will install correctly and not leave me holding an empty bag if I do this and the download still does not install

I always recommend to uninstall old versions when upgrading and skipping versions.
If you have difficulties uninstalling, use http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

What causes "Cannot save alias This alias cannot be saved atthis time" error message

"This alias cannot be saved at this time" message results from attempt to create an alias in Mail. I have 3 of 3 aliases emaining. The alias chosen does not duplicate an existnng one.

same problem here... 3 of 3 remaining + error message when trying to create a new alias.
My girlfriend's account was a newly created icloud account and aliases can be created successfully.
However, my account was migrated from the old mobile.me. Wondering if this is the possible cause?
Maybe try creating a brand new icloud account and see if the problem persists. The issue then becomes an apple fault.

I'm not sure how or why this is happening and it has just started...I tried to update and then it would not allow me to open the file at all giving me a runtime error message and multiple windows (because of the help feature). It has been successfully reinstalled but I'm still getting the error message...what do I do?

Custom run time error message into C# UI

Hi,
I'm trying to get the error message for the last step into my C# UI (using TestStand3.5).
I've tryed the GetRunTimeErrorMessage in the UIMsg_Trace message event, but it doesn't work.
Probably I should use the PostStepRunTimeError callback instead? Is there a sample code available in C# using it?

I'm getting the error code and the message, se below, but I also want to get the location info as in the standard TS error popup.
The boolean Occurred parameter seems to be false even if I get an error. Is it reset to false or something?
