Time Hierarchie Creation

Hello,
I have to create a time hierarchie for an info object " Data " with technical name "P001" and have to set the time characteristics starting with
0calyear
0calquarter
0cal month and then interval on 0Date.
Can anyone please suggest the steps as i am not aware of this?

At the time of creation of POaccount assignment is coming mandatory

At the time of creation of PO system showing the msg that the account assignment is mandatory for the material ,how to overcome this?

Problem at the time of creation order

Dear Gurus,
facing update termination error at the time of creation/change the sales order..in development system
after some analysis, found one more error due to which above mention error is coming
report run : "RMCSUTIC" : check utility logistic info system
after running this report system giving error message "Unit O2 : No DDIC Information for source field OI0BW_ADQN - OIMSEHI1"
but when but in production server it's working fine without error message

Issue at the time of creation of transfer order for inbound delivery

Hello,
I am facing one issue at the time of creation of transfer order for inbound delivery.
If I create inbound delivery for purchase order with account assignment as 'M' (Ind. cust. w/o KD-CO), inbound delivery is not updated. Also document flow for inbounde delivery s not updated. I can create N number of transfer orders for on inbound delivery. Need help to resolve issue.
If I create inbound delivery for purchase order with account assignment other than 'M' (Ind. cust. w/o KD-CO), inbound delivery and document flow is updated.

Different batch no in prod order at the time of creation of prod order

Hi, we need different batch numbers in production order at the time of creation of production order. tried in system, i can able to create only one batch no at the time of creation of order. we need different batch no at the time of order creation and same no should be assigned at the time of GR from prod order. pls advise how to map this.

Dear,
Use the Exit EXIT_SAPLCOBT_001 under enhancement PPCO0001 where-in based on your requirement you can create batch for your order. You can use CALL FUNCTION 'VB_CREATE_BATCH' to create the batches as per your requirement.
Also make sure the automatic batch creation setting in Prodn Scheduling profile has been turned-off so that the batch is created only through the user-exit.

Hi Diptendu,
I believe you are creating work schedule rule for the year 2009. So for this, u need to mandatorily generate holiday calendar upto Jan 2010.
This is because in order to generate workschedule rule for Dec2009, holidays in the holiday calendar should be assigned atleast in the month of Jan 2010 and then generate the holiday calendar upto Jan 2010. So the dates for generating holiday calendar would be 2009-2010

I had my camera's time set incorrectly (1 hour less than the actual time), so all the photos I took during my vacation have this error embedded onto them. Is it possible to use iPhoto or any other tool to add 1 hour to the time of creation of each photo?
What I found in iPhoto is a way to reset the time of one or multiple photos to a single specific hh:mm:ss, but I just need to modify the hh part, leaving the mm and ss intact. Can this be done?

I understand how to change the time on multiple photo as you described.
My question, I have several hundred photos that the time is off by 12hrs and 45 minutes. Is there a way to select multiple photos and adjust the time by 12 hr 45 minutes? (ie...1 photo shows 2:44am but was actually 3:29pm) either thru iPhoto or automator.

Virtual time hierarchies

Hello BW expert!
I have problems with virtual time hierarchies. I activated a time-hierarchy related to time-characteristic 0CALMONTH (Cal. Year/Month), and to do so I had no problems.I choose the time hierarchy called 0HYEA1_QUA1_MON which starts from root "Halfyear", goes down with the child "Quarter" and finishes with leaf "Cal. Year/Month".
The problems I have is that when I try to use this hierarchy in a Bex report (I restrict characteristic OCALMONTH), the hierarchy doesn't display month value for year 2005!I mean that, for example, it doesn't display value "April 2005", but in my Infocube this value is stored!
What can I do?

Multiple time hierarchies in demantra.

We have a unique requirement. We need to have two hierarchies.
Daily->Monthly (Gregorian)->Quarterly->Yearly
Daily->Weekly->4-4-5->Yearly
Is it possible to have two time hierarchies?
One hierarchy to be used for SOP and the other for DM.

Hi Ram,
I don't think you need to have 2 seperate hierarchies for that. Once you build the data model based on 'Day' bucket, you can agreegate the data to see/use it at any time level. The available time levels for a data model built on 'Day' time bucket are,
- Day
- Week
- Month
- 4-4-5
- Quarter
- Half Year
- Year
Only you need to configure your worksheets and interfaces choosing one of these time level based on the purpose i.e. DM or SOP.

Multiple time hierarchies in OWB

Hello,
Have anyone tried creating multiple time hierarchies in the same MOLAP time dimension in OWB?
I tried creating calendar hierarchy first by the time wizard and fiscal hierarchy later by the editor in the same dimension. Deployment was OK and calendar hierarchy worked fine but fiscal hierarchy only showed all the days in the dimension, without indicating any other levels (fiscal week, month, year).
After close inspection i found out that OWB only creates either DAY_OF_CAL_YEAR or DAY_OF_FIS_YEAR (of course, DAY_OF_CAL_MONTH or DAY_OF_FIS_MONTH as well) according to whichever hierarchy was created initially by the wizard. People have suggested using the create map button in the levels tab but the program has instead asked me for sequences. What sequence should I enter? Was the method flawed? or There are other ways to work around this problem?
Personally I don't really think having two separate dimensions is a good idea since by joining these two dimensions to the same measure, what happens if I drill down fiscal dimension but leave calendar dimension in the year level, would it mean that I am going to fiscal quarter by calendar year? doesn't really make sense.
As always, I'm wide open to any suggestion/criticism to the problem/approach i have right now.

in the browser of FCP I would like to see the Date & Time (of creation) of my clips that have been shooted in DVCam. I know that somewhere into the file there is the information I need, but I can't view it. Anyone knows how I can find it? I've already looked in all the hidded columns in the browser... Thanx

Oh yeh, sorry, I missed the word "tape". I'm on FireStore, so the file creation date is the shoot date. And so is the horribly long file name.
Yes, that would certainly have its uses, and I'm surprised it isn't there. With all the data that is tracked, why throw it away?
Date would in many cases be stored in time code user bits, but as far as I can tell FCP doesn't keep track of that either.

Time Hierarchies

In the context menu for 0FISCPER (Fiscal Year/Period), I see that one can "Create Hierarchy". But obviously like any other regular hierarhies, this is limited by the master data that exists in T009B table. Our system currently has T009B table loaded upto Period 12, 2010. My specific questions are:
1. I know that I can build this hierarchy manually, but are there any business content TIME hierarchies? Since T009B table is a system table, I was hoping that SAP would deliver a business content hierarchy for 0FISCPER!!
2. Unless we change the T009B table on R/3 and pull it over to BW, we can't build the hierarchy beyond 2010! Is this a regular practice that the time hierarchies need to be maintained manually every time there is a new fiscal period comes into Master data?

How do I name a LabVIEW project at time of creation?

Whenever, I create a new blank project, it is named "Untitled (n)", where n is a serially assigned number. I am not given a chance to enter a name during the creation process and have not found a way to change it in the Project Explorer window. By the time it appears in the Project Explorer window, the directory structure has already been created (named), so it's really too late.
Can someone tell me how to assign an arbitrary Project Name at the time of creation?
