Time Machine Speed after Bootcamp

I'm sure this topic has been discussed before but none of them tend to have the solution that works for me so I'm gonna see what I can get on my own.

So recently I have been backing up my Mid 2010 Macbook Pro to a 500 GB SeaGate external HDD for Time Machine purposes due to recent data loss. I've been doing this since about July-August and it's been going smoothly. Recently as well I have decided to put a Windows 7 Ultimate Edition on my MacBook as-well so I could run some necessary applications. Sometimes I tend to slack on my backups as my Time Machine is stationed on my desk which I rarely use since I am on the go almost 24/7.
It had been about 19 days a few days ago since my last backup and I decided time to backup so I put my computer at my desk while I was working in Microsoft Word for about an hour and a half and I decided to check on the backup status, and it was at about 200 KBs after almost 2 hours. I was shocked by this considering my backups usually are 30-40 gigs + as data comes and goes off my computer and normally it takes just about an hour to fully back it up. Well I decided maybe my computer might need a restart so I did so and got side-tracked.
It has now been 21 days and I decided OKAY time for a backup immediatley. I had restart my computer and plugged in my Time Machine and left it for about 45 minutes. I came back just now, and it is currently at 219.7 MB / 214.36 GB (which is strangely large) which is a signifigant increase in data transfer than last time. I was wondering if since I have installed *Bootcamp with Windows on my computer that it will backup data from there as-well and if it will take up more time to do this than before.
I wish it would go faster as I can't ALWAYS be stationed at my desk. I may leave my computer running overnight and let it backup as much as it can before I have to use it agian. I was wondering if the Apple Communtiy could help me out. I have specs for my computer and my Time Machine. Thanks guys.

If you have more than one user account, these instructions must be carried out as an administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad. Click Utilities, then Console in the icon grid.
Make sure the title of the Console window is All Messages. If it isn't, select All Messages from the SYSTEM LOG QUERIES menu on the left.
Enter the word "Starting" (without the quotes) in the String Matching text field. You should now see log messages with the words "Starting * backup," where * represents any of the words "automatic," "manual," or "standard." Note the timestamp of the last such message. Clear the text field and scroll back in the log to that time. Post the messages timestamped from then until the end of the backup, or the end of the log if that's not clear.
Post the log text, please, not a screenshot. If there are runs of repeated messages, post only one example of each. Don't post many repetitions of the same message.
When posting a log extract, be selective. Don't post more than is requested.
Please do not indiscriminately dump thousands of lines from the log into a message.
Some personal information, such as the names of your files, may be included — edit that out, too, but don’t remove the context.
