Time of Po replication to R/3

Hi experts
Is there some to know the exactly time of a PO was replicated to R/3
tHANKS
Nilson Fonseca

Hi. There is no time stamp on the PO in R/3 unfortunately, unless you configure version management in R/3, then version 0 will carry the time stamp. This will mean you have to maintain versions though, and is not really compatible with extended classic.
You can look at the workflow log in SRM. If you have a look at the time the final approval was done that should tell you within a few seconds what time a PO was created, they should be created pretty much immediately after the final approval.
If the cart went into error and did not create a PO straight away then that will not work I'm afraid, as the PO would be created when you fixed the problem and re-transmitted the cart.
Do you use classic or extended classic?

Dave.

  • Long time for the replication tables in Hana

    Hi Gurus,
We are replicating some tables in Hana these being Standard (AFPO) and Customer Table.
We have two tables being already replicated to 3 days and not over yet.
    The replication takes so long?
    Thanks !
In other words and in order to try to be clearer:
we are replicating standard tables (AFPO, …) and one z-table in HANA, but this process is spending a long long time (more than 4 days and this process has not been finished yet). We are working at QAS. Is this duration correct? What can we do to improve it? We appreciate if you have any suggestions like portitioning scheme/parallel loads.
    Standard tables: around 1.000.000
    Z-Table: around 1000 ecords
    Thanks in advance. Regards.

  • Error at the time of Vendor replication

    Dear experts,
I am facing a problem in SRM 5.0 at the time of replicating vendor from backend (R/3 system).
In transaction BBPGETVD, i have specified all the required data, once i press on start transfer i am getting the popup saying "All backend descriptions are already assigned in the system"
    Please help me out
    Thank u in advance

Dear Experts I am getting the below message at time of executing BBPGETVD
"All backend descriptions are already assigned in the system"
And if I run the same transaction BBPGETVD by unchecking the Address compariosion and by checking Internal number assignment only (uncheking - only transfer R/3 Numbers) then its running but giving the below errors in SLG1
    1.      Error: No Bank Master Data Maintained No Bank Data Transferred

  • Set_types - Replication from Backend to SRM

    Hi all SRM Gurus!
    I have this specific problem:
Material Type FERT have been replicated to SRM. For the time of the replication the type didn't include the purchasing view, as it was not intended for purchase.
Now the business wants to make it possible to use the FERT type for purchasing, and therefore the purchasing view has been configured and added on the R3 side. But - when I replicate the product categories, I dont get the Set_type for purchasing in COMM_HIERARCHY. I can add it manually, but this is, from my perspective, not the right way to do it.
    Can anyone help me?
    Best Regards
    Maria

    Hi
As per my undesrtanding, Replicating Material Configuration data from R/3 does not seems to be a good approach at all.
You need to replicate only the Product hierachies (using tcode - COMM_HIEARACHY) in SRM.
Let me know your exact requirements behind this, why you taken this approach ?
What type of EBP scenario you are currently into ? Which SAP Version ?

  • Quotation - Error in replication

    Hi All,
    We are facing following issue...
The quotations are being created in CRM and getting successfully replicated to R/3 however the BDoc flow is not getting updated and is in state 'Sent to receivers (Not all have confirmed)'.
I have checked the whole loop (outbound qRFC in CRM, short dumps in R/3, inbound qRFC in CRM) and no errors. And as I said the quotation has been replicated to R/3 without error.
As a result, I can not change the quotation in CRM as it shows me error 'Document is being distributed - changes not possible'.
Any idea why this must be happening?
    Thanks & Regards,
    Amit

    Hi
Transaction slg1 is in CRM. Just execute for the time frame your replication took place. Check the time in the smw01 transaction and use it for reference.
You should go thru each one and you will get it. Frankly saying I dont know the exact name of the object but u will certainly get the information there.

You will see "replica busy" errors from time to time. The replication protocol is "one at a time" - if a consumer has more than 1 supplier, only 1 supplier may update the consumer at a time - the other suppliers get a busy signal during the update. Note that updates to 1 supplier may be sent to another supplier and then to the consumer if the first supplier gets a busy signal, so all of your updates should get through pretty quickly.
The most important thing is - do your updates get through to all consumers? Do they get through quickly?

  • Utdsd segfault when trying to setup replication

    Hi All,
I'm a new sysadmin at an organisation running SRSS 4.1 and around 350 SunRays (Sun Ray 100, 170, 2, 2FS) in a production environment which is very messy (outdated apps, poor performance due to software layering etc). I have been tasked with building a new environment based around RHEL 5.
First up here is my build environment:
    Sun Blade 6000 Chassis
    Sun Blade X6250 - Dual Xeon 5450 + 16GB RAM + 2x73GB SAS in RAID1
VMWare vSphere Hypervisor (esxi installable free) 4.1 + NFS datastore on EMC NAS
RHEL 5.3 64-bit - No updates apart from Firefox, and installing gajim from rpmforge repository.
All pre-requisites listed in install docs are installed, both 64-bit and 32-bit libraries
I'm setting up a dedicated primary server, and 4 - 8 secondaries for sessions.
I've successfully installed the SRSS software and configured it. Using either JRE 1.6.0 u 21 32-bit from sun's site, or the supplied 1.6.0 u 13 in the srss 4.3 tarball.
We are using a dedicated DHCP server with a bunch of sun ray vendor options set (ie not sun ray dhcp) on a shared LAN. I have run utconfig successfully and I can access the webadmin interface. A Sun Ray 170 and Sun Ray 2 can both get a session on the secondary server. (Only one secondary built right now)
When it comes time to setup replication between the primary and a secondary for failover group, the process fails on the master with:
    [root@primary ~]# /opt/SUNWut/sbin/utreplica -p secondary01.domain.name.tld
    Sun Ray Server Software 4.2
    Administration Failover Configuration
Converting Administration Standalone Server to Administration Primary
    <pregnant pause here - about 10 seconds>
utreplica: Warning, could not contact LDAP server on secondary01.domain.name.tld on port 7012.
Do you want to continue with configuration of this server as a primary? (y/[n])? n
[root@primary ~]#When checking the secondary01 server, utdsd has failed with a message in syslog:
Aug 10 11:33:08 secondary1 kernel: utdsd[8762]: segfault at 0000000000000010 rip 00000000f7f2684d rsp 00000000ffb26e80 error 4If I answer yes to the above question and then try to run replication setup from the secondary, utdsd segfaults on the primary. If I watch running processes, utdsd is running all the time and instantly crashes at the same time as the error message appears on the 'calling' machine.
Where do I begin to diagnose this problem? I can't see anything useful in logs (sun ray or system) apart from the kernel report of the utdsd segfaulting.
    Any help appreciated.
    Regards,
    tifkat

Yes. I installed with firewall off and selinux off. the primary is definitely connecting to the secondary, and utdsd is crashing sometime after the connection.
I'd like to find out where/why the utdsd is segfaulting. Any ideas how to debug this?

  • Replication issues with ACS for Windows 3.3.3 build 11

I have built two ACS for Windows servers on Windows 2003 SP1. The AD environment is Windows 2003 SP1 as well. I have configured the two ACS servers on each box. However, when I go to replicate from box A to box B, the following error appears:
Inbound database replication from ACS 'acsradius.asu.edu' denied - shared secret mismatch
I have double checked the shared secret keys on both servers in the Network Configuration AAA servers section. Any idea what the issue is?
    Thanks.

Do not run replication to a server installed on Windows 2003. Due to changes in the way Win2003 handles registry changes, each change can take up to 100 times longer and replication can fail and the server hang.

  • ACS Engine Hanging / Replication Problems

I have two ACS 1112 Appliances running the latest software (Release 4.0(1) Build 42). Each appliance seems to run fine on its own. However, after setting up and successfully performing replication, the second ACS will not fully reboot. It says CSAuth did not start. 'show' usually shows the cpu at 100% with the services in various states of stopped, stopping, or starting. The web interface is unavailable. Another thing I have noticed that I think may have something to do with it is the status of the remote agents in the network device table. After replication, (and before rebooting) I can click on one successfully on the original machine, but when I attempt to click on one on the second appliance, I get a 404 browser error, and my ACS session is closed. I have to log back in to do anything else. Right now, I am rebuilding the second appliance from the cd (for the 15th time) to attempt replication with no remote agents defined to make narrow down the problem. Also note that if I manually add a remote agent on the second appliance, I am able to get to its properties with not problems. I am only not able to get to replicated entries' properties. Thanks in advance for any help.

Well, forget about the remote agents. The primary appliance has a very basic config. The only things in the network device table are itself and the other ACS. They each have the correct settings and the same key. The backup ACS has no configuration settings, except the ACS settings in the network device table and the appropriate replication settings. After a successful replication from primary to backup, and a reboot of the backup--it will not start back up. The CPU is at 100% and the services look like this:
    CSAdmin stopped
    CSAuth starting
    CSDbSync starting
    CSLog stopping
    CSMon starting
    CSRadius starting
    CSTacacs starting
    CSAgent running
    thanks.

  • "Program terminated in remote system NONE: Logon failed" when adding a new table

    Hello,
I set up a replication flow from a SAP ERP 6.0 EHP7 with SAP ASE 16.0 source to SAP HANA 1.0 rev 82 target
I am using a standalone SLT system NetWeaver 7.0 with DMIS 2011_1_731 (with SP 1 to 7).
I have 100 tables to replicate.
I succeeded to set up replication for 57 tables. These tables are replicating properly.
Whenever I try to add a new one (with LTRC transaction, Data Provisioning -> Start Replication), the new table is marked as 'Failed' after a little while.
When I press 'Show Error Log' button I got an obscure error message:
"Program terminated in remote system NONE: Logon failed "
I do not understand this message. I checked both on SAP ASE source and SAP HANA target. I am still able to connect against both source and target.
Can you please tell how to troubleshoot this error.
    Thanks in advance,
    Christian

First thank you for answering my questions. I really appreciate your answers.
    I rechecked the documentation.

    Page 29 - 30
    3.5.2.2 Data Transfer Jobs
This section explains the relationship between the number of data transfer jobs and the number of available background work process.
Data transfer and data transformation processing on SLT server system is accomplished by the background work processes of the underlying SAP NetWeaver ABAP application server. Each job occupies 1 background work process in the SAP LT Replication Server system. For each configuration, the parameter Data Transfer Jobs restricts the maximum number of data load job for each mass transfer ID (MT_ID). In total, a mass transfer ID (MT_ID) requires at least 4 background jobs to be available:
 One monitoring job (master job)
     One master controller job
 At least one data load job
 One additional job either for the migration objects definition, access plan calculation or to change configuration settings in the Configuration & Monitoring Dashboard
    Example
If you set the parameter Data Transfer Jobs to 04 in a configuration “SCHEMA1”, a mass transfer ID 001 is assigned. As a result, the following jobs should be in the system:
    1 Master controller job: /1LT/IUC_REP_CNTR_001
     At most 4 parallel jobs for MT_ID 001: /1LT/IUC_LOAD_MT_001_001/~002/~003/~004
When configuring your data load or replication scenario, consider the following:
 Do not define more data transfer jobs than the number of available application server background work processes. If all available background work processes are already occupied by jobs, any other job will have to wait until a free work process becomes available. This can lead to long wait times until a new activity (for example creating triggers) can start, and can also result in significantly increased latency times for data replication.
 The number of dialog work processes in the source system corresponds 1:1 with the number of data transfer jobs in the SAP LT Replication Server system.
 Besides the work processes allocated by the data transfer jobs you need to provide additional available work processes for controller and monitoring jobs, the migration objects definition, access plan calculation or to perform configuration changes, and so on.
Sizing for SAP LT Replication Server involves determining how many work processes are required to perform the initial load of data into the target system within an acceptable timeframe, and accomplish the change capturing and the transfer of data changes to the target system within expected latency times.
Ensure that you add enough additional work processes to allow other required SAP LT Replication Server jobs to run.
Finally, you map the number of required application server work processes to their system resource consumption (CPU, memory, disc space) using the formulas provided by the SLT Sizing Guide.
With the simple formula below, you can calculate the number of required application server work processes (WPs) on the SLT Server for each active SLT configuration.
The number of required work processes can be determined by adding
 The Number of required data transfer jobs ,
 plus one background work process for Central Master (Monitoring) Job (only one per system!),
 plus one background work process for Master Controller Job,
 plus 3-5 additional empty background work processes (recommended per configuration),
 plus approx. 3 dialog work processes (recommended for each configuration).
Note: A lack of available free application server work processes can negatively affect the data load or data replication processes.
To summarize everything, the number of 'Data Transfer Jobs' must be set depending of the number of source tables, it is not the actual number of tables.
Assume that for my 100 tables I use 10 'Data Transfer Jobs' :
    - The number of work processes on the SLT server would be 20. I took the simple formula of the documentation:
    10 data transfer jobs ,
+ 1 background work process for Central Master (Monitoring) Job (only one per system!),
+ 1 background work process for Master Controller Job,
+ 5 additional empty background work processes (recommended per configuration),
+ 3 dialog work processes (recommended for each configuration).
    - The number of dialog processes on the source server would be 10 ( equal to the number of 'Data Transfer Jobs')
    Am I correct ?
    Regards,
    Christian

  • "Set IP Address.vi" crashes with Error 56 (timeout)

I use a CompactRIO-9014 controller with LabVIEW 8.5 on a Windows Vista laptop. The cRIO communicates with the laptop over a crossover cable. I am trying to do system replication using the "Set IP Address.vi" to assign an IP address to my cRIO. The MAC address supplied to the VI is gathered correctly from the "Find All Targets.vi". The hostname used for the cRIO is the name assigned to it in Measurement and Automation Explorer. I downloaded the "Set IP Address.vi" from the LabVIEW Real-Time Module --System Replication Tools(Version 8.x), dated 08/17/2006. The same problem was located on www.ni.com > Search > Set IP Address.vi problems. There, a responder stated that the user should seek the most recent version of the System Replication Tools, and the problem should be therefore corrected. However, my 08/17/2006 version still has this error, and I cannot find a more recent version on www.ni.com.
A sample program that exercises this VI is attached as Replicate 04.vi.
Is there a user out there who has encountered this problem and found a solution?
    Thanks,

  • Windows client error joining with Samba 4.2 Active Directory server

I have a basic samba 4.2 ADC setup on CentOS 7 and I get a RPC server not available whenever I attempt to join a windows client to the domain. Does anyone have any ideas?
    Thanks Paul
This topic first appeared in the Spiceworks Community

I have a scenario for you in active directory when two passwords may be valid:
Old passwords can also work on domain controllers that have not received replication yet from either the domain controller the password was changed on, or the PDC emulator in the domain.
    Let's take a scenario where we have a 3 site, 3 domain controller (DC) active directory: Site1 with DC1, site2 with DC2 and site3 with DC3.
The ACS application resides in Site3 and is configured to use DC3 for authentication. We have a user "user1" with a password of "123".
User1 decides to call the helpdesk and changes his password to "456".
The helpdesk uses DC1 to make password changes because they are located in site1. For a period of time (based on replication, which defaults to 3 hours between sites) the 123 password and the 456 password will be
    valid.
If the user1 user tries the "123" password it will work until DC3 receives the changed password from normal replication. If user1 tries to use 456, DC3 will flag this as a wrong password, and then check the PDC
emulator of the domain to see if it has received a newer password. The PDC emulator will validate the login, and then trigger an immediate replication with DC3.

  • System management software for LV apps on cRIO and Windows

    Hello All,
Were I work there is a LabVIEW based project that is a distributed system. This system has a main application that can run on Linux, Windows, or cRIO targets. The main application loads "plugins" depending on what platform it is on to do platform specific things. For example, one plugin uses a DLL interface to communicate with OPC servers. Another plugin measures voltages and currents on cards in the cRIO chassis.
The system occasionally needs updates and the sites where it runs are remote. The current solution is to send a technician who installs a full upgrade. We want to move to a rolling upgrade that is automated.
We can certainly roll our own solution, but before we do that we want to investigate existing solutions.
I believe such systems are under the buzzwords System Management Software and WSUS the windows update solution is one of these.
Is there a System Management Software package that would deploy to cRIOs and Windows machines? (We have the Linux one solved already, although we might redo it if there is something really slick out there.)
    Thanks!

    Hi,
For cRIO's you might want to have a look at the Real-Time Target System Replication.

  • Failed to send batch after max errors - Snapshot

I have been replicating happily between 2008 R2 SQL Servers for some time using Transactional replication.
Replication stopped yesterday with the following messages on the source server:
    MSSQL_ENG 10054
    Communication link failure
    MSSQL_ENG 10054
TCP Provider: An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
MSSQL_ENG Failed to send batch after max errors
    MSSQL_ENG Unspecified error
MSSQL_ENG An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.
    MSSQL_REPL 0
The process could not bulk copy into table '"pro"."ZZM012X"'.
In the Event Viewer on the target server this message appears:
"A fatal error occurred while reading the input stream from the network. The session will be terminated (input error: 10054, output error: 0)."
So this happened after it had been replicating for some time.  I get the same error now when I try to restart it or if I rebuild the publication/subscription completely.
There are 7 tables in the publication - 6 of them bulk copy and then replicate without issue.  The error is specific to one table.  The table has a column in that is varchar(132) and it contains recipe instructions to our manufacturing plant.  If
I replicate the table and exclude this field, it doesn't fail.  I initially thought it might be spurious characters in the text column but I have removed these and still get the same error.  I have set up a test version of the table and publication/subscription
to enable me to test outside of the live environment.  Same errors occur.
Does anyone have any clues or pointers to what might be causing it?
    Many thanks
    Les

Hi - Thanks for the response.
I have tried numerous tests to try to pinpoint the issue but I am still unable to resolve it.  The source server is in Connecticut and the target is in the UK.  I have successfully bulk copied and replicated the problem table from the source server
to a new database on the same server.  I get the same error if I bulk copy and replicate to another server here in the UK.  I have backed up and restored the table in a new database on one of the UK servers and can bulk copy and replicate here to
a second UK server.  I have traced the issue to one column, varchar (132) on the problem table.  If I exclude the column the table will bulk copy and replicate US to UK.  I have created new tables and inserted a subset of the data - no change.
We have looked at network issues also:  We have switched off the TCP Global Parameters like Chimney offload and NETDMA - on the adapter and in the OS - as these are reported as a potential problems.  We have looked at settings in SonicWall and
tried disabling Intrusion Prevention Service, Anti Virus, Application Control and Anti Spyware.  Our next option is to look at MTU packet size to see if that is a possible cause.
We are stumped on this one and have had to exclude the table completely from our manufacturing software which is not ideal but at least keeps us working.
Any further ideas, suggestions or solutions would be gratefully received.
