Time stops when the phone is off.

Greetings!
Got myself in a terrible situation here: after installing and removing 'Switch Off' program my e61's internal timer stops when the phone is off. I mean, if I switch it off at 23.00 and switch it back on at 08.00, the time will still be 23.00. That's a total disaster I have here and I tried to reset the phone and uninstall everything but nothing happened- still the same problem. Any ideas?

It sounds like you are listening to iTunes Radio and it stops shortly after you start listening. I recommend starting by signing out of your iTunes account in Settings > iTunes & App Stores. Then close all the running apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that and restart the phone and test the issue by signing back in to your account, and testing again:

Short answer is you probably cannot. Once water gets inside the device and it is powered on, the damage likely is permanant.

When a Service Request is created, the agent take over this SR and then set the status to Customer Action. I know the CRM 7.03 has the ability to exclude the Cumtomer Action time out form the Response time of SLA. However, I don`t know how to set it up. Could somebody help to give me some information about this?
I noticed that in SLA, there is a Work duration(SRQ_WORK_DUR) and a Total Duration(SRQ_TOT_DUR), which Duration is used to affect the traffic light of SLA MPT time?

Hi,
in fact you can only trace duration of Customer Action status lifetime - this you can do by
SPRO -> ... -> Define Settings for Durations.
and SPRO -> ... -> Date Management to create this new duration and add to SR dates profile.
So then in Dates tab of Service Request you will have new duration called eg. Customer Action.
If you would like to additionally exclude it from Due Date, so you should then add this status lifetime to Due Date - then Due Date would be pushed to the future (eg. Customer Action status took 3 hours, so after changing status to other one you can write down this time to duration, and then add to Due Date).
For that you need to have a development - eg. using CRM BT Events, or in WebUI layer.

Droid Incredible charging more after the phone is off?

Hi I have read a lot threads regarding battery life and issues but I decided to post here since Verizon responds to these posts. Whenever I charge my phone I unplug it after the light turns green and its fully charged, after reading one of the forums I tried charging till the light turned green then I turned off the phone and to my surprise the light changed from green to orange and the phone continued on charging for another 30 minutes until it turned green. Is there a problem with the battery or the phone software recognizing fully charge too early?
I would appreciate any advice

Hi I have actually noticed a difference because before after less than an hour the battery would read close to 90% but now its taking much longer, the reason for my post is that if the light is green when the phone is on and it says fully charged why can one charge for an extra 30 min when the phone is off? does this mean that the battery is not fully charged when the phone is on?
( P.S I am getting all day worth of work from the battery and wouldnt change this phone for anything

Did you already try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data by resetting your device, but it can cure some glitches.

i also had my phone stolen ... the first thing they did was turn off the phone so i couldnt track them.. you should need to enter your passcode in order to turn off the phone. i dont care if you cant do a hard reset.. i would rather loose the ability to do a hard reset for the added security .. besides without hard reset if it jammed badly i would just wait ontill the battery died.

When you said you have no fax machines on your line, that does include computers directly connected to the phone line?
The reason that I ask is a computer with a dial-up modem (a non broadband modem) that can connect to your phone line, can have software that makes the computer act as a fax machine.

Wifi: my Cell phone will remember 10 wifi connections. So delete any you don't use often and your home wifi and try to enter home wifi again.
if it still won't connect to home wifi, call your internet provider for help. You may need a newer router or different settings Or upgraded service. Your phone seeks the best connection and will refuse lesser connections.
last resort. Backup the phone. Do a full reset, then restore as new with the backup.
if still not fixed, go back to apple and insist on repair or replacement.
HOWEVER. voicemail is not a wifi issue, it's a carrier function, which is why the SIM card is a suspect.

Be prepared to lose everything on your iPhone but it should be backed up in iTunes so you can restore from your backup.

Restore as a NEW device. Don't use backup at all. Your backup may have corrupt data causing the issue.
