Time variation 1hr between iCal apps and the ones synched to phone

I've just downloaded a plug in to allow me synch my ical appointments to my new mobile (a sony ericsson W850i). This works now which is great but all the appointments have come up one hour earlier on the phone.
I have so many apps etc each day and I need to put in new ones when out and about and sych back so I hate the work around of trying to remember to make new apps on the run by entering them in one hour earlier then what they are made for. Also I'm going to be using reminders and alarms regularly. The time on my computer and my phone matches so I'm guessing this is a daylight savings or similar issue.
Please help!! This whole thing that was plug and play on my old phone (the older model) is just doing me spare.

Thanks so much. Within about 12 hours too!
I did have to put in on daylight savings, resynch (nothing changed strangely) but then experimented with the different time zones. I'm in Australia and GMT +11 was the right one for here (synched again to view changes on phone).
Would be lovely if changes showed up before synching but it's so quick to do now it's not a problem, just an extra step.

Go to Settings/General/Reset and choose Reset All Content and Settings. This will erase everything on the iPhone and allow you to set it up again as new with the proper Apple ID.

Sync data between third-party contacts and calendar apps, and the native apps, in 10.9.3+?

I've had to refrain from updating my Mac Pro from 10.8.5 to 10.9 owing to the removal of SyncServices. I then read that SyncServices was re-introduced on a limited basis in 10.9.3.
It seems unlikely, but I'd like to know whether or not SyncServices in 10.9.3 re-enables the syncing of data between third-party contacts & calendar apps and the native apps, and thereby enables syncing of contacts and calendar info between third-party apps and iOS devices over USB via iTunes. This is the method I use exclusively by choice in 10.8.5, and I will not change it to a cloud-based solution under any circumstances.
If it is not possible, is there a third-party workaround? My calendar app on the Mac Pro at the moment is BusyCal, syncing with Week Cal on the iPhone, but I'll happily buy a new combo of apps if it means I can upgrade to Mavericks and retain USB syncing.
EDIT: a solution which permits syncing of a third-party calendar app on the Mac Pro with a third-party calendar app on the iPhone over an ad-hoc wireless network would also be acceptable, I suppose.

I have taken it back to the Apple store genius bar, but they say they don't see anything wrong. Well unless you use it all day and experience the problems when they happen, you wont see anything wrong. But there are lots wrong with it. But this would be the same store as I purchased the phone. And they backed up my old Iphone 4, but were not able to get anything to load back onto my new phone. So, I lost pretty much everything. But over time, some of my contacts have started showing up, although i am still missing over 800 of them.

Try downloading another app - any free app - that seems to reset something and the apps may start working again. Try that first. If that doesnt work, try these steps
Restart the iPad by holding down on the sleep button until the red slider appears and then slide to shut off. To power up hold the sleep button until the Apple logo appears and let go of the button.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
Close all apps. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Quit/close open apps by double tapping the home button and the task bar will appear with all of you recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner to close the apps. Restart the iPad. Oh, knock off the fearmongering. None of those apps are spyware. Health stores all of its data on the phone. It will only back it up to your computer if you do an encrypted back up. The only data it collects on its own are steps, stairs and distance traveled. Anything else in it is information you've explicity authorized it to collect from anothr app you've installed. You're not required to put anything in Passbook, Podcasts, iBooks or Newstand.

I am running XP SP 2, on a Dell Vostro 1000, Palm OS Garnet v5.4.7 on a Tungsten E2. I have worked though issues relating to synchronization, Outlook 2007, Docs to Go, etc., in the past. Thank you board members!
Once I worked thru all the initial problems, my Tungsten E2 was sync' ing beautifully to my laptop until a few days ago. There have been no changes (I know of) to the configuration, but now I receive "The connection between your device and the desktop could not be established. Please check your setup and try again." On the laptop I sometimes get "USB device not recognized." I am unclear why I get the PC message sometimes and not others.
I have tried the following: (not necc exactly in this order)
Double checked Hot Sync Mgr settings: Local USB (ver. 6.0.1)
Reset the Palm (multiple times)
Rebooted the laptop (multiple times before and after the Palm resets)

Cleaned the Palm's contacts (and cradle's contacts with a old, dry toothbrush)
Read all the posts under "USB device not recognized."

Using a cradle with the Tungsten E2? Tried bypassing the cradle and just use the hotsync cable? Tried a different computer yet? Somehow, the PC is having problems getting a signal from the device. I assume you have the laptop charger plugged into the laptop during this? Not going through a docking station or port-replicator.
One crazy thing you can try is unplug the charger from your laptop, remove the battery from the laptop and leave it out for like 10mins and put it back in and reboot the laptop. This should not cause side effects but still contact your OEM to make sure that nothing else is needed after leaving the battery out for extended period of time. Keep me posted.

both r free but they are used in diffrent applications. sdk are used for simple apps that run on your computer while j2e (enterprise edition) are ment for large distributed computer systems that include servers and such. if you don't know the diffrence you probably wont need the the j2e, only the sdk.

Airplay not working between MLB app and Apple TV

I'm having Airplay problems, specifically between the MLB at bat app for 2012 and my AppleTV's with the most recent software update. Here's the details:
-I'm using an ipod touch and and ipad, both with all updates
-the two appletv's with the most recent software update don't receive the airplay from the mlb app, but...
-an appletv that hasn't been updated (still has the text menus and not the 'tile' icons) works
-all other streaming apps from either iOS device (pandora, radio, etc.) work with ALL the appletv's
So, it's just the combination of the mlb app and the most up to date (software wise) appletv 2's
Other potentially relevant info:
-all three appletv's mentioned above are the black appletv 2 versions, but they are 2010 models, not the recently updated ones
-I do have an older apple tv 1 (silver, hard drive), that has been hacked with the remote HD installation, and it doesn't work either...it worked fine with last years mlb app, but not this years...and it at least gives an error message saying that there's an 'error loading this content'
-the appletv 2's that aren't working don't give any kind of error message, they just have the perpetually spinning gear icon
-the iOS mlb app does give some indication that it isn't happy, but I can't remember the exact verbage...may be as simple as 'stopped', that is you keep hitting play, it trys to play, then displays 'stopped'...something like that
-I'm hoping that whatever fixes the mlb stream to the appletv 2's will also magically fix the stream to the older apple tv 1, though I completely understand that that function isn't at all supported.

The 4s will work with the MLB app and AirPlay if you turn on MIRROR mode. It doesn't actually mirror the display, it projects the video as you would expect it to with AirPlay. Unfortunately there are three 4's in my family and they don't work at all!

Where are those missing quick lauch app icons now? The apps are still installed and can be searched/accessed through the finder, but they no longer have a user friendly access. How can I solve this problem?

Oh and Meg offered the right answer. Put your Apps in Folders, which will create extra space for the apps which have disappeared.
