Timeline in 3 parts - how do i put it back to normal?

I dragged something at the side, and now the timeline looks like this:

How do i get rid of the top bit?

I think i need to clarify my point more.
There is three parts. The bottom contains audio tracks, the middle includes video tracks, the top part includes no tracks. Right clicking only shows me the option of 'add track'. Right clicking on the left shows 'add track' and 'reset panel'. Reset panel does nothing. Dragging the scroll bar on the middle section on the right just drags the video section up and down, doesn't remove the top section.
This is what i want it to look like - the same as when i start a new project:
