Timeline - Objects Staged After 0.0 Not Appearing

HELP!!! I have a project where on any given slide, I may have
several layers.
Say I have layers 1, 2, and 3.
The object on Layer 1, I want to appear immediately on the
slide at 0.0 and display through the rest of the slide.
The object on Layer 2, I want to appear 3.0 seconds after the
slide appears and display the rest of the slide.
The object on Layer 3, I want to appear 6.0 seconds after the
slide appears and display the rest of the slide.
What's happening to me is that the object on Layer 1 is
appearing when published or previewed, but not the other objects on
the other layers. I am not sure where the break down is . . . is
there a problem with the layer or what?

Thank you Rick. When I look under the program Files Adobe > Adobe After Effects CS4 > the only folders and files are Mocha (Folder) Support Files (Folder) and the Mocha for Afetr Effects Shortcut.

GP, callable object Web Dynpro Application (bespoke) not appearing in list

Hey y'all
We're developing our first GP, and we would like to call an existing bespoke Web Dynpro. When creating the callable object, we're selecting type Web Dynpro Application, but our Web Dynpro screen is not appearing in the drop down list on the next page. We think that this is because the application has been deployed to a different server (i.e. it has not been deployed onto the portal server).
So the question is, has anyone faced this problem before, and is there a solution?

Please have a look at this Exception on creating GP Action
This will solve your issue definitively. Do not take care of a given SDA, just redeploy everything and make sure that everything is overwritten by selecting the right option.

Objects added to Sprite/MC not appearing

Hello all, I've been working on building a game and encountered a strange problem this morning when instead of adding objects directly to the stage I needed to add them to a Sprite (I also tried this with a MovieClip) which was on the stage instead and they did not appear. If anyone can see why this is happening I will be eternally grateful, as it's got me stumped! And yes, before anyone says it, the MC/Sprite that I'm adding the objects to has definitely been added to the stage, I've made that mistake before and don't plan on making it again
Essentially I have been building the game's levels using various different objects (rectangles, circles etc) built in the Box2D physics engine and with attached sprites to represent them to the user. When creating each of these object I supply a DisplayObjectContainer in which the sprite representing the object should be placed. Up until now I have been simply been supplying my core game class as the DisplayObjectContainer, with no problems whatsoever - everything is displaying fine. A new level design, however, will require me to apply a mask to the entire level (but not the GUI) so I decided to place all the level objects within a MovieClip or Sprite instead. I have created the new sprite as such:
levelObjects = new Sprite();
levelObjects.x = levelObjects.y = 0; //Just to make sure
levelObjects.width = GameProperties.stageWidth;
levelObjects.height = GameProperties.stageHeight;
levelObjects.visible = true; //Just to make sure
addChild(levelObjects)
and have been supplying this sprite to the level objects as a DisplayObjectContainer instead of the core game class. Everything is getting added to the stage as I can click on things and the sounds associated with the game objects are playing correctly, but nothing is actually visible! As I mentioned above I tried this using a MovieClip instead but got the same result. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening and how I can fix it? Please post anything that might help, I've tried everything I can think of so now I'm going to rack your brains instead haha

Aha! Right, that's at least partially solved the problem, I'm now waiting until I have added the first object to the sprite before setting the width/height values. Thank you very much
Unfortunately, things still aren't quite working the way they should as the entire sprite is now simply filled with a dark blue colour. Now quite a few of the objects I'm adding are dark blue in colour, but none should be big enough to obscure the entire sprite which is what I suspect is happening. Is there going to be some sort of conversion I'll have to do to the x/y/width/height values of the display objects I'm adding to the sprite? I thought it would simply be the same values I would need to supply if the sprite was the same size as the stage...

Wind 7 after importing, pics not appearing under My Pictures in left panel

but rather as separate folders above My Pictures. I'm new to windows 7 and never had this problem with XP. i have double checked as to where exactly i'm importing to but it doesn't make a difference.
when i "show in explorer" the folder is there but it does not appear along with all the other folders under My Pictures in left panel.

one hour on the phone with a dell tech who could not figure it out. neither he nor i were observant enough to scroll down and see that prompt.
we right clicked the my pictures folder several times. i was certain that updating was akin to e=mc2. just before i was about to end the session i checked back here and both he and i had a good chuckle. this particular problem solved.

Extracted Info objects from SAP R/3 not appearing in SAP BW side

I am trying to extract three fileds through generic extraction using function module,
I have checked the fields(values)in RSA3 ,which shows the correct values but the values are not showing in ODS when extracted from SAP R/3 ,
Any one can advice where to check and how to check?

Common Mistakes during FM development and their consequences:
1. The counter C_DATAPAKID is not incremented correctly.
Consequences:
The RSA3 transaction will execute correctly, but when the program is executed using BW system the records are never transferred. The Extractor enters into a never ending loop and finally gets timed out.

While checking data in PSA, if there are more fields in datasource use change display variants (CtrlshiftF6). If the required fields are in right hand side of the column set,include them in displayed column.

Albums window after shrinking does not appear

I shrinked the album window in the main window to make desktop space but now i cant drag it out any more. there seems to be some sort of bug. i tried rebooting and reinstalling but nothing happened.

Sometimes people can't get that source window open, even when they try to move the dot to the right.
First try to drag the button to show the column as show here
If that doesn't work, then you need to delete the Preference file. That info (size of the source window) is kept in the iPhoto Preference file.
Quit iPhoto
Open your User folder, then open the Library in your user folder, then open the Preferences in the Library folder.
In the Preference folder is a file called com.apple.iPhoto.plist
For now, drag that file to the desktop. Launch iPhoto and see if the source window is there or if you can open the source window. If you can, that means that Preference file you dragged to the desktop was corrupt. Put it in the trash.
IPhoto made a new one when it was launched. Open iPhoto Preferences and set your preferences again and you are good to go.

Premier Pro, After Effects will not download, all other Apps available

Running Windows Vista, SP2, 32-bit, Mozilla Firefox latest updates.
At creative.adobe.com/apps, click on Pr or Ae "download." Neither download works.
The installation window for AAManager.exe pops up, ask to "Run" or cancel. Click on
"Run. It runs, initializes and AAM appears with 14 of 16 apps.
Installed a few Apps that are available. Prelude works fine after install. So, it appears to be App
specific.
Premier Pro and After Effects do not appear in AAM. Cannot install as a result.
Running a tight deadline. Appreciate help to quickly resolve this issue.
Zero error messages generated. Running CS Complete subscription service.

I would recommend reviewing Not all apps displayed for download | Creative Cloud desktop app which discusses the need for a 64-bit OS as well as meeting the system requirements in order to download and install applications. After installation of FCE Upgrade 3.5, Objects Do Not Appear in Browser

I recently upgraded to FCE 3.5. To save disk space on my primary hard drive I installed the Live Type media files on a secondary Lacie 250 gig hardrive. The files appear on the secondary hardrive but some objects do not appear in the browser when I open Live Type and click on the object tab in the browser. (only four appear in browser). I went to preferences of Live Type and my computer appears to know that the media files are stored on the secondary hard drive - ie it got the secondary drive location correct in LT preferences.
What can I do to make the LT media files appear in the browser so that I can use them?

Timed objects not appearing

Captivate 7 (Windows 8) - I have added a number of images and smart shapes to slides and changed the timing so that they appear at different places in the slide. Some have limited duration and some last till the end of the slide. Everything works fine when I preview the slide (F3). However, when I preview any other way (5 slides, from this slide, project, in browser) or publish, then those objects do not appear on the slide.
I am able to add highlight boxes OK and change the timing, but not smart shapes or images. If the timing is anything other than the full duration, then they do not appear.
I have checked the objects to ensure they are visible, I have cleared my Captivate Cache, I have duplicated the affected slides.
Any ideas?

What Vikram is hinting at I believe is that your image button is pausing the slide before your other objects appear.
F3 is not a publish preview. It just plays the timeline in Edit mode but interactive objects do not pause the timeline in that mode. When you actually publish for real, at run-time these objects will pause the timeline, which is probably causing you to not see objects that would be added to the screen AFTER the image button's pause point.

Smart object does not appear at specified time in slide.

Here's my issue: When I insert a speech bubble into the slide, set it to appear after 5.0 seconds and the display for the rest of the slide, it does not appear at the specified time. HOWEVER, if I move the speech bubble to appear at the very START of the slide, then it appears. I thought perhaps I needed to add an effect to make it work, so I selected the thought bubble, then added a "fly in" effect and set the time. It still won't appear at a specified time--only if I put it at the start of the slide.
Here's my question: Why won't the smart object (speech bubble) appear at a specified time, but it WILL appear if I set the "appear after" time to 0 seconds? I also have tried moving this on the timeline, and it still only shows at the start of the slide.

And..I'm not worried. No need for wine. (Although I've never been known to refuse one if someone offers. )

I think there may be a bug in the system, as I have noticed other weird things. (EG: The time indicators under "timeline" often disappear for no reason. I have to close out and re-lauch Captivate to get it back. (Clicking on "timeline" in Windows dropdown does nothing to correct the issue. Other things I've noticed is that the navigation works fine when I play the whole project through ONCE, but upon a second preview, all settings -- such as "jump to slide __" -- do not stick. When I go back in and re-enter all of the navigation slide commands, the same thing happens when I replay it. My client notices the same thing. Bizarre.)

Graphical Glitches: Objects appear not selected when they are, Symbols not appearing correctly

I've been having a ton of graphical glitches with Adobe Flash CS6 and I can't for the life of me figure out for the life of me.
Things that happen:
Objects will not appear selected when using the Free Transform Tool.
Symbols don't appar in scene when pasted, or dragged in until I leave the scene or symbol im in. They show up in the preview window though.
Something else I've been noticing is that when I use the Pen tool my computer or speakers or something making this werid noise and it only happens when I'm using the Pen tool.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No one has had these issues? I just got another one. My timeline disappeared, I don't mean the menu hid or thats it not there. It's there its just not actually displaying the Timeline or at least it didn't till I wen't back a few changes for some reason. It was still there though as I could click the eye and lock and the layers (which ones I have no idea) it was all grey. Also again the selection area doesn't show up, all movements of symbols are slow to update their postitions and when I turn on outlines it does nothing.
Also everytime I close Flash I get an error from windows, no idea why.

Appset not appearing after import

We are on bpc75nw sp04.
Custom appset(A) is correctly imported into target system. I'm able to see in backend(BW), but in fron-end(BPC admin/BPC excel) not appearing. Could any one suggest, what might be reason? How to know install user id of BPC system?
Basis consultant, tried with different user ids like install user, & other users, but he couldn't see at server level as well client level.
I checked uje_user table, it shows appset(A) avialable to USER1.
I hope with USER1 id only, we are able to see appset (A).

BSP OTRs and MIME Objects do not appear

I have been facing a very peculiar issue. At first we had problems in our Z* BSP Application with SY-SUBRC values after a
READ TABLE itab INTO wa WITH KEY field1 = var_field1.
If there were no matching record(s) in Internal table, the SY-SUBRC value was still '0' (Zero) and not 4 etc..
Now another problem has cropped up...
At a point in the program (Layout section), there are some HTML lines and OTRs+MIME objects to be executed.
The program executes those lines as visible in debugger, but does not display the same on Internet Explorer screen. The OTRs and .gif files do not appear in this case. A small preview of the code is pasted here below:

Thanks Raja for posting back. The issue is slightly more complex: there are other "src" usages, but they are working fine in other sections of the layout code. The MIME objects have all been stored at right places.
This BSP Application has been in use since 2-3 years. Only while we posed for CRM 3.xx to 4.xx upgrade, we are facing these issues in Quality Testing.
We have tried some 2-3 permutations and combinations for this part of code, but nothing works. Do you think the source path changes in different CRM versions? Or do OTRs face some compatibility issues? Do guide me with them.
The READ table issue is a shocker for us as well!
Ofcourse the work area is empty, as nothing's there to be read! Now we have placed a double check with "work area NOT INITIAL" to override this problem. In fact this is on SAP OSS as Priority 1 issue but no definite solution has been provided till date, except that they were talking of some Kernel patch (...??).
Do let me know if you can think of some reason for this abnormal behavior, as right now everything is "out-of-the-box".
