Play tiny zoo all the time and buy bucks bought some yesterday but today I get the message Please Contact i Tunes support to complete this transaction. I've checked my credit card it's fine. And Contact i Tunes support ???? Then what no where can I find any support that will help explain this problem. Any one help

If it's not accepting your answers, then if you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account then steps 1 to 5 half-way down this page will give you a reset link on your account : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5312
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions) then you will need to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
When they've been reset (and if you don't already have a rescue email address) you can then use the steps half-way down the HT5312 link above to add a rescue email address for potential future use

HT201317 I have over 300 photos and 87 videos on my iphone 5. each time I plug in for battery I get a message saying not enough space, need to buy more, so I did yesterday. While attempting to do icloud storage again it said would take 83 hours.

I have over 300 photos and 87 videos. When I recharge the battery I am geting the message to buy more storage to because not enough icloud space. So I did yesterday. That went ok, but the new message tells me it will take 83 hours. Perplexed I went thru the settings and turned off apps and their data that I didn't realize where on. Now I'm not sure if I needed to purchase more storage but it is still taking forever to complete the task. Am I on the right track with this, meaning will take forever to store all my photos or what ? The only other item I have on to store is contacts. Can you assist me ? Thanks - emoslim

The first back up to iCloud may take some considerable time. Just how long isn't really possible to say without knowing how much is in your back up and your connection speed.
What many people don't realise is that upload speeds are often significantly less than download speeds, so for example a user may have a download speed of 40 Mbps, but only 1 Mbps for uploading. As a rough guide it will take around 2 ¼ hours to upload 1 GB of data at 1 Mbps.

Do you have a credit card on file with itunes? Also if itunes tried to charge your card and it couldn't, ie card expired or not enough funds, then you have to update it first before any purchases can be made.

ITunes won't allow me to purchase HD movie

I just bought an ipad 2 (which is compatible with HD movie right?) and i want to buy my sister's favorite movies "Tangled" and "Toy Story 3" in HD so i can transfer those to my iPhone and iPad.
but my monitor isn't HD monitor yet, and iTunes won't allow me to buy the HD movie anymore
it kinda strange because i've bought some HD movie before, but now it says:
"This cannot be purchased in HD on this computer
To buy or rent this in HD, your computer and display must both support HDCP"
is there a way for me to buy those movies in HD without having to buy a new HD monitor or purchase it on my iPad ? because my pc has faster connection speed than my iPad.

Sorry, you said Gmail. If that's the case, you can try resetting your iPad by simultaneously pressing and holding the Home and Sleep/Wake buttons until you see the Apple Logo. This can take up to 15 seconds so be patient and don't release the buttons until the logo appears.
Try again to see if the problem persists.
