Tips For Choosing the Best Samsung Cell Phone Battery

It is difficult to imagine the world would be like if you do not use a mobile phone! We have become so dependent on the use of Samsung mobile phones, we will be panic, if we mistakenly forgot at home. The Samsung mobile phone is a key part of most people's lives, and get them up every minute of friends, family and business partners.
Taking into account a new Samsung mobile phone purchase, but also consider the Samsung mobile phone battery. Here are some suggestions to help.
More standby time and talk time, you should choose a Samsung cell phone battery with high capacity. However, when you select a high-capacity Samsung mobile phone battery, there will be a heavier weight. A bigger Samsung cell phone battery, cell phones can not enter the cell phone pocket, or protectors. If you plan to travel a lot with the phone, which could lead to a problem, your phone may not be easy to carry.
Select the Samsung cell phone battery, lower cost, and may not be the best choice, quality. Make sure you ask if you buy a new battery or refurbished one, which is a key issue! Tips to find a renovation is the incredibly cheap price. Refurbished batteries may have old parts, it may not work as effectively as a new battery.
Buy a new battery, you get a guarantee that if you have any questions? Remember, some just do not work, as long as expected. Usually Samsung phone manufacturers will provide a new battery only when it is purchased in a specified amount of time.

They are ALL 7200 RPM. I wouldn't suggest anything less.
I need something with 7200 RPMS +RAID Protection
For $600? Not gonna get more than RAID 1, and that isn't recommended for video editing...not really fast enough for anything other than DV. Of the ones I mentioned, only the Caldigit VR is capable of Raid 1. For hardware Raid 5 you need at least 3 drives (internally on a Mac Pro with a Caldigit Raid card, or Apple Raid card, for example)...or a 4-5 drive enclosure with eSATA or miniSAS connection. Can't be had for under $1000. Looking at least at $2000.
That Promise SmartStor...that's for DATA, not VIDEO. Software RAIDs aren't reliable for video. In my experience. But get what you want.

  • How can I get the best out of my battery life?

There are a variety of things you can do to extend your device battery life, and use your phone for longer periods of time to see you through the day.
Set your screen to timeout after a period of inactivity. This way your phone is not sitting idle with the screen backlight consuming extra energy. The recommended screen timeout is 30 seconds, but most phones will allow from 15 seconds to 10 minutes.
Turn off location services (GPS), Wi-Fi and Bluetooth when not using these functions. When they're on, your phone constantly searches for your current location and open networks, which has a big impact on battery life.
Turn down the screen brightness. For example, on an iPhone 4 the lowest brightness setting gives roughly 6.5 hours of continuous use, whereas the highest setting gives roughly 3.5 hours. You can always adjust the brightness when you're outside so you can still see your screen clearly. Some devices have an auto-brightness setting, where the phone adjusts the screen brightness depending on the light around it.
Close your applications. On smartphones, returning to the ‘home' screen only minimises your apps – they keep running in the background. Closing your apps fully will save power; for example, on Samsung Galaxy devices hold down the home button for two seconds to see a list of all open apps. You can then swipe these to the left of the screen to exit them completely. On an Apple product, double press the home button to bring up all active applications and exit from there.

Re: How can I get the best out of my battery life?
    Hi,
When I make phone calls people on the other end have difficulty hearing me. They describe as they can hardly hear me as if I was speaking through the pillow etc). I am not touching any buttons and obviously it is not mute. This was happening couple of time in June, then every now and then. Recently it happened a few time in 2 weeks. I was trying to check if it was a reception issue but the place I spoke from is my office I make 70% of phone calls from. Can you book time for me in repair shop and address the issue.
    Thank you.

  • Advice needed on choosing the best SSD for 13-inch macbook 5,1.

I'm thinkning about to upgrade my macbook. It's a late 2008 aluminum version. I want to replace the old HD with a nice SSD. I'm struggling to choose from the following two SSD.
      1. Crutial M500 (960G)  SATA III 6Gbps
      2. Intel dc s3700 (800G)
I can get both of these at similar price around 300pounds just for this 2 days. But I don't know which would work the best on my macbook. Need advice please.

Thanks for the link, unfortunatly there's no option for intel dc s3700.
After seeing crucial M500's score there, I'm not that empressed. I heard that the Intel dc s3700 (800G) worth over 1000pounds, is it worth it just for the sake of getting the intel at a much cheaper price?  I don't know Why I've got the impression that Intel dc S3700 acturallly better than crucial M500.

  • Best Compressor settings for HD720 16:9 to cell phone OTHER than iPhone?

    Hey there,
Does anyone know a good set of compressor settings for exporting HD720 16:9 29.97fps to a cell phone compatible format other than iPhone? Do most cell phones use an MPEG format? I guess I should start there. New to this one.
    Thank you,
    ed

There are different MPEG flavours and compression for DVD, mobiles or web often means creating some flavour of MPEG file. Even H.264 is an MPEG file. One of the most advanced.
Go to Compressor settings and look for a folder named Mobile devices then do a bit of your DIY (test, test, test).

  • Help me on choosing the best sound quality for my music on my itunes!!!

I heard that AIFF Encoder is the best sound quality you can import your music into Itunes. On the settings for AIFF Encoder do you know what Sample Rate, Sample Size, and what Channel I should set it to? Should I just leave them on Auto? How about if I have a HDCD? What are your suggestions?

I agree use Apple Lossless. Bizarrely it is also easier to share Apple Lossless with Windows Media Player than AIFF.
I have my entire iTunes library in Apple Lossless and shared with WMP and also Media Center 2005. I can also use it in full lossless quality with Roku SoundBridge, Apple TV, iPhone, iPod, etc. etc. etc.

  • Data transfer software for Samsung cell phones

    hi,
does anyone know where i could buy data transfer software + usb cable for a samsung a650? i have been able to find the software for windows pcs but not for mac os x.
    thanks,
    vince

I have found two possibilities for iSync with a Samsung A650:
    Data Pilot: http://www.susteen.com/phonesupport/en_US/13/7/410
    OnSync: http://www.onmadesoft.com/pgs/mobiles_samsung.html
OnSync is shareware, so you can try it out, but you'll have to find a cable first. It's not clear from their web site whether it works with the A650 specifically.
I have an A650 also, and am interested in hearing from anyone who's actually succeeded in using it with iSync.

  • Choosing the best processor for the tasks

I am looking into purchasing a new mac pro to use as a server and am trying to select the best processor for task.
I will have at least 20 clients. This will mostly be used as a file server. The team would like to be working on the server with Photoshop and AfterEffects files. What processor is best for this requirement?
    3.5GHz 6-core with 12MB of L3 cache [Subtract $3,000.00]
    3.0GHz 8-core with 25MB of L3 cache [Subtract $1,500.00]
    2.7GHz 12-core with 30MB of L3 cache
What other kind of infrustructure should I invest in?
Please note I will be opting for 64GB of RAM.

The Mac Pro is really a very expensive server.  You are probably better suited with a Mac mini Server.
The Pro has two video cards you will never use.  The Pro has 5, 7, or 11 cores you will never use unless you are making this an AfterEffects render node.  The Pro has very little internal storage and no option for redundant internal storage.  The Pro is very expensive and is designed and marketed as a workstation (a powerful one at that).  The Pro is a unit that should be used by a user, not operating 24 hours a day and doing nothing for 16 of those hours.
That being the case, a Mac mini with 16 GB of RAM is more than enough for a 20 person department.  Invest in a quality ethernet switch and good wiring.

  • Tips For Solving the Mac OS X Lion Slowness (Lots of Beach Balls)

    Hi Folks,
Just a quick list of tips for this issue that some of Mac OS X Lion users face.
The main symptom is that we get the Beach Ball on almost any task, it takes 4, maybe five times more time to do what we need to do. So depending on the schedule, it can drive us crazy. I was facing that, and started to think that Lion was a Windows Vista relative.
Please remind that the tips below involve backing up and restoring your system. If you are not careful, you may lose everything. You are responsible for your acts. Be cautious!
    How I solved my issue:
    1) Checked for Disk Permissions and the Disk itself:
    - Applications / Utilities / Disk Utility:
    - Click on your disk, and then VERIFY DISK. If everything is OK, move on. If it is not, REPAIR DISK.
    - Now click on VERIFY DISK PERMISSIONS. If everthing is OK, move. If not, Repair.
This step 1 is to make sure that your slowness is due to something related to the OS itself and not to permissions/disk.
If this solves the slowness, then you are OK. Now further steps are necessary. In my case, this just helped a little bit. The beach-balling reduced by 20% only. Still too slow.
    2) Do a full backup of your system.
I used Time Machine. Make sure you have all of your applications closed. So the backup will be full. If you fail to do a good backup, you will lose everything! Make sure you do a good one. Maybe do it twice on 2 different disks! Now you have been warned.
    3) Do a Full Restore of your entire system.
Now, get that Install CD that came with your Mac,
    - Put it on your drive, shut down your computer.
    - While holding the C key, press the start button of your Mac. It will boot using the Install CD that came with your Mac.
    To recover your entire system:
Connect your Time Machine backup disk to your computer. If you’re restoring your system because of a problem with your startup disk, make sure the disk has been repaired or replaced.
Insert your Mac OS X Install disk, and double-click the Install Mac OS X icon.
In the Installer, choose Utilities > Restore System from Backup.
In the Restore Your System dialog, click Continue.
Select your Time Machine backup volume.
Select the Time Machine backup you want to restore.
    Follow the onscreen instructions.
    4) Remove the CD, and boot.
When I did that, the system came back very fast and responsive. No more beach balls (only on the really-intensive tasks), and everything was back to normal.
    5) So, what was it anyways?
Before doing this Backup/Restore, I was getting lots of DISK I/O ERRORS, specially during boot time (you can check that by shutting down your mac, powering it back on and imediatelly pressing Command-V - Verbose Mode).
Sure, the first thing in mind was that I had a faulty hard drive, but I checked it several times for errors (via Disk Utility), and nothing showed up.
So I decided to do a full backup/restore of the system. And it solved it, at least for me.
    My config:
    MacBook Pro (2009 edition) - 5 GB RAM - 640 GB HD - Mac OS X 10.7
    Regards.

Also my mac will not complete my 5 software updates, no idea which software, but it said it could not do it. Also backing up with time machine had failed twice today. Thanks

  • Tips for using the Forum - please read

I saw this posted on another forum and thought it might help people here understand how to use the Forum and get more benefit from being here:
Forum Tip: to reply to a post, please use the "Reply" button next to the message (the “arrow” button, second from the left), not the "Reply to the Original Message in this Topic" link.
Forum Tip: if you have a problem and would like the best personal attention from experienced forum members do not Hi- Jack someone else's post in an attempt to solve your own problem..... start your own topic.... on the surface a lot of problems appear exactly the same..... they very seldom are.... by all means add to someone else's thread but do not use it as a means of solving your own problem.
Forum Tip: try and describe your problem in your topic heading..... things like 'HELP' are useless.... many good people may pass your post without reading it.... and please, please supply vital info..... what computer, system, application.... version of.... what have you done to fix the problem..... give a full description of the problem and no SHOUTING or bumping allowed.
Forum Tip: I would also add that it is important that you proof-read your post asking for help before you hit that "post message" button. But if you do make a mistake, or discover that your post is unclear then use the "Edit" button to make changes. The "Edit" button is the one with the pencil on it.
Forum Tip: What do the different buttons by each message do?
From left to right, the function of each button is explained below: ??Envelope icon = Email this post. ?Curved arrow = Reply to this message. ?Pencil icon = Edit this message. ?Trash can = Delete this message. ?Purple ribbon with small + sign = Bookmark this post. ?Large - sign = Rate this post negative. ?Large + sign = Rate this post positive. ?Blue or gray bar = Display the ratings on this post. ?
Pause the mouse pointer on an icon and Help will be displayed.?
Forum Tip: From the Apple Help and Terms of use files.
State your question clearly. Include as much information as you can about your issue.
    At minimum, include:
The operating system you're using and its version.
The names and versions of other relevant products.
A complete description of computer and connected peripherals.
What you were doing when you ran into this issue.
Example: I'm using Mac OS X 10.3.4 on a 20-inch flat panel iMac with 768 MB of RAM and 15 GB free space on my hard disk. I have an X-brand PDA connected via its USB cradle. iCal 1.5.2 unexpectedly quits when I add an event.
Forum Tip: Test your answer. Make sure your answer works on your own computer before you post it. Do not guess.
Forum Tip: Spend some time reading the discussion forums before you post. In the case of the most common problems the question has already been answered and you can find the answer by using the "Search" field in the upper right corner of the page. A simply search on the forms will provide a solution to this problem.
TIP: Use the Apple Knowledge-base and Support pages for individual products. All of the most common problems can be solved by articles already posted to the K-BASE. Here is the link to the article providing the answer to the above example: Some songs in your iTunes library aren't copied to your iPod.
The Apple Support Pages are a wealth of information that can help you solve problems and learn about your Macintosh and Apple products.
Forum Tip: If you post a problem on the forums and then later on found the solution to it by yourself, and no one has posted in your thread, feel free to post in your thread letting others know how you solved the problem. This may help others who would otherwise need a solution for the same similar problem you had.

Hey Jeff just wanna thank you for taking your time making this post. I just wanted to say hopefully it will help a lot of people. But awhile ago I was thinking and probably will start soon a FAQ post where I add in the most commonly questions people post in here. For example:

  • Choosing the best query

    Hi there,
Can some one help me on selecting the best query from the following two queries:
    QUERY 1:
    select p.name, d.descr
    from table1 p, table2 d
    where p.cod_table1 = d.cod_table2(+) and d.dom(+) ='T';
    ID Query Plan
    0 SELECT STATEMENT Cost = 5
    1 HASH JOIN OUTER
    2 TABLE ACCESS FULL table1
3 TABLE ACCESS BY INDEX ROWID table2
    4 INDEX RANGE SCAN DDOM_DOM_FK
    QUERY 2:
    select p.name, (select d.descr from table2 d where p.cod_table1 = d.cod_table2 and d.dom='T') as descr
    from table1 p;
    ID Query Plan
    0 SELECT STATEMENT Cost = 2
    1 TABLE ACCESS FULL table1
I'm a bit surprise about the explain result of the second query, because there is no reference to table2 access. What's happening ?
Tks in advance for any tip,
    Helena.

I've noticed that issue with the query plan for those types of querys (in 8.1.7. It may be better in a lter database).
I think the queries will take the same time.
However if you are basing a view on the query, the second would be better as the lookup table will only be accessed if the descr is selected from the view, and performance will therefore be better for queries not accessing the descr column.

  • Please Help me to Choose the best config to run forms on web

    Hi,
I have started upgrading my application from Dev2000 1.3 to Dev2000 6i in order to deploy on web. I have few questions to ask
    1. I need to know which config is the best & fast to run my applications out of
         1. Applet
         2. IE50Native
         3. JInitiator
    2. For testing I have configured forms server in socket mode. When I am using JInitiator even after exiting the application from test terminal, "ifweb60.exe" process initiated due to this session remains running. It takes long time when I try to initiate the same application for second time. This problem is not frequent, but this has happened 4 times while testing. Could this be due to Pentium4.
    Thanks in advance

Is it a bad design to use Session Beans for data accessing ?Why?
Or else , what if i avoid EJB s completely and database access is done via JSP itself ?Ouch, no. JSPs are for presentation only.

  • What are the settings for exporting the best possible quality movies?

I'm trying to export movies using imove 11, there are a ton of export setting, im wondering which are the best for exporting top quality movies? assuming file size doesnt matter.

ok so heres what the movie inspector says:
    Format: Photo- JPEG, 1024 x 576, Million Linear PCM, 24 bit little-endian signed integer, 2channels, 44100 Hz
    FPS: 17.80
    Data Rate:9.63 mbit/s
    Current Size:1024 x 576 pixels (actual)
So do i want to somehow duplicate these settings?
The other thing I was thinking about was opening the file in Quicktime and using the "trim" feature to edit it down that way, although its not as neat.  Would this preserve the quality? And would it get rid of the excess footage (which is what I want)? Or would it like keep that footage attached to the file somehow?
