Titler resizes itself after using it a few times.

Question

When I bounce in and out of the titler the vertical edges that can be moved start moving to the right side.
The tools on the left start out about an inch wide and the tools on the far right start out at about 3 inches wide.
each time I go it they both move left and the left one gets larger and the right one gets smaller.
I have to manually grab the sides and move them or hit reset current view.
I have had this problem in CS3 also.
its only when I go in and do an edit on one piece of text then close it and reopen it a few times this happens.
any ideas on making it stay put where I left it.  I wish the titler had a maximize window feature.

Thanks Eddie.
I forgot till now that I posted this question.
After reading the issues in that link i moved the ( Title Tools & Title Actions away from the left side of the panel )
I moved them both down on the bottom like the example picture showed in the article.
I know those were the ones pushing it but for some reason I never thought to move those panels somewhere else.
I know I could move panels but I never even put 2+2 together.
I like it much better now.  I even grouped them together so they take up less room.
I just made sure when I closed the Titler panel that I saved my NEW workspace as ( Editing - TITLER FIXED )
Also this problem was only in CS3
So far it looks fixed in CS4 for me at least.
