TM can backup MBP on TC but not MBA

I've got an Macbook Pro and a Macbook Air.
The MBP backs up well on my Time Capsule.
However, my MBA does not.
The backup starts but always fails after some MB.
I tried everything mentioned in this blog.
Has anyone some more hints to solve this strange problem?

I am having the same problem. My Mom got an aluminum MacBook and a brand new Time Capsule (Dual Band). It works great for everything except Time Machine. When it tries to create the first backup it fails with a similar message. Very frustrating.
