$TMP object in production

Dear experts,
I have requirement where i have to change a object when i see that object it is saved in $TMP in production . The object is starting with A* . So I am little confused because this object having the naming convention of sap. So how it is saved in temporary package. This report is linked to ztransaction. So kindly help I want to do change to this report.

It starts with AQZZ, continued by user group name, from seventeenth character Query Name starts and rest

Hi gurus!
i would like to introduce the BOB feature on object "Opportunity Product Revenue". I have created a workflow to assign new created oppty revenue records automaitcally to the book.
How do i assign already existing Opportuntiy Product Revenues to that book ? As i am not able to create a list and use batch assignment (for instance as in opportuntiy) i don´t know how to do that.. ?

Juergen, you may have to use web services with your existing Opportunity Product Revenues.

Report Custom object with product?

if I want to create a report with the fields of a custom object in relationship with the fields of the product,is possible?
Because when i cilck in Analytics there aren't Custom Object link and in Product History isn't present the Object link where i select the columns.
Also when I go to the panel of Reporting there is not a link there is not the link that reports Custom Object with Product,also in Product Opportunity there isn't a Object link.
How can I be connected for a report these 2 entity?

Hi Vale,
Unfortunately, not every object relationship is exposed within analytics and reports, and that is the case with the relationship you are trying to report on (i.e. Custom Object and Product). Also, Custom Objects can only be reported on using real time reporting (as opposed to the historical analytics).

You can activate the info object in production server directly if you have authorizations.
Is it a Standard or Customized,any It's better to activate object in Dev and Transport it to production.

While creating the Internal Order,we need to select the one of the Object class,(i.e Overhead,Investment,Production or Profit Analysis)
I know the purpose of Overhead and Investment Object Class,but I could not understand the purpose of Production & Profit Analysis Object Classes.
Can anybody share an information with little examples about the purpose and in which scenario the Production & Profit Analysis would be used .

Reverse Transport of object from Production to either Dev / Staging

Hi All
I have to modify one object (report writer - group F030) but the problem is that the object in Production does not match with that in Dev / Staging, I just want to know whether the object in Production can be transported in Dev / Staging so that I can modify it there and transport back to Production. Our basis expert is saying this is not possible and the transport route is one way?????

It is not possible and your basis expert is correct. Please see if you can just change the development object to match production first and then make the changes that you now want to apply.
I haven't worked on report writer, but check if there is version management and if you can do a version compare between production and development. Find the version that matches production, activate that version and then make the changes.

Unlike machines and fixed assets, production resources and tools (PRTs) are movable (not stationary) operating resources that are required to perform an activity and can be used repeatedly. For example, PRTs include documents, engineering drawings, jigs and fixtures, and measurement instruments.
Fleet Management
Here can map the vehicles as equipment master records and enter vehicle-specific additional data, which is displayed in the system on two additional tab pages. Add new authorization object for production order creation/change/display

As mentioned. I definded new authorization object using "Production scheduler" (Field Name : FEVOR) by SU20. then use SU21/SU24 to add authorization object for some transaction code such as COOIS. use PFCG maintain new role and assign a fixed production scheduler value and assgin transaction code COOIS to this role. create new user ID and assign to that role.
logon system with new ID, run COOIS. but system don't check new authorization object(production scheduler). who can tell me why it is and how i can add new new authorization object for standard transaction code?

there is an icon of generation. just click there in PFCG and also in su21.
then add this object in new role.
Assign this role to user id
while assigning the role also there is a generation.
Please take a help of BASIS consultant also as this is entire a BASIS process.

Here my doubt is how can I check the activity confirmation details in the system (Not CO15)

Maintain (SMARTFORMS) objects in production system

I need to maintain special objects directly on the production system although the system is declared as non-changeable. Is there a chance to customize this without a modification? I need it to be able to maintain smartforms text-modules.

Number range object interval - Production Orders

Dear All,
In number range object AUFTRAG, no. of numbers in buffer mentioned as 20,
To my knowledge, because there is buffer defined as 20, system may skip some numbers in production order number range amounting to 20.
But today I have observed that, in the system numbers skipped is not 20 but less than 20, i.e 17.
Can anyone tell me why is this happened?

Is it possible to transport an object from Production to DEV?

I have some queries and workbooks in Production that I would like to archive. I have not been able to find a method to archive, so I am wondering if I can transport the queries and workbooks from Production to DEV? I realize the queries may not execute, but so long as I can open them up and see their definitions in DEV, I will be satisfied.
I know this sounds a little bizarre, but is it possible to transport anything from Production to DEV?

you can set in production system to allow changes to obj rsa1->transport connection->click 'object changeability', and look for object type , and set to changeable.

Delting Objects from production system

Hello All,
I need to delete some of the Infoobjects,ODS and Infocubes from my Production system.
for e.g:
We have Inserted infoobject ZXX as data target,so it is available under infoprovider.
For this,we have update rules ZYYY.
In the Infoprovider tab: I right click on the Infoobject ZXX and selected the "Remove Infoobject as data target option".So update rules and the infoobjects were removed from the Infoprovider tab.
Also I deleted the infosource ZYYY.
While deleting the Infoobject ZXX from the Infoobject tab,it says "the update rules ZYYY still exists and hence cannot delete the data"
Please let me know,how can i delelt the Infoobject and the update rules.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi,
Make sure that you are having prober authorizations to delete the objects. If you have, try to log on again. Also Check for Data flow upward objects from this object.
