TMS Conference Control Center (CCC) problem

I'm using TMS v14.5.0 to monitor/manage our environment. When in the CCC, the left pane (shows My Watch List, All Video conferences and Reservation, etc.) collapses randomly. In other words, I hit the plus sign (+) next to Active to see what's going on. Frequently, as soon as I click on an individual conference, the list collapses. My guess is that it's a java problem, but wanted to see what others had to say (and how to fix). Java version is v6 (build 1.6.0_23-b05). EI v11.0.9600.17501. Firefox v32.0.2. TMS running on virtual Win2012 server. The problem happens when using IE or Firefox. We had the same problem with TMS v13.2.1 and server v2003, but it seems worse now. We do not use CUCM or Prime Collaboration.

I had a similar problem and we upgraded TMS's Java to V 7.51 and made sure that the machines accessing TMS CCC were on at least version 7 and we had no further issues. I never had the auto collapse happen but we did have some very interesting issues.

TMS Conference Control Center not populating

Hi,
In our TMS version 14.5.0, The endpoints stop populating in the conference control center.
I do have enable Adhoc Conference Discovery set to Yes under Network Settings.
On the main page of TMS, it shows active and finished conferences but nothing displays in the conference control center.
Any help would be appreciated!

Also, please provide what software versions you're running for TMS and Conductor, as well as what versions of TMS and Conductor was working before it stopped.

TMS conference control center does not populate Conductor Conferences

Hello,
We have just recently upgraded to conductors running 3.01 and all TPS to 4.1. TMS is running 14.5 with TMSPE on 1.3. After the upgrade to 3.01 TMS no longer sees any conferences managed by the conductors. Previously on 2.4.1 this worked without issue. All systems have been booted and had services restarted and yet we have nothing. All other conferences show, including our 8510, 8710 and regular point to point. Only conductor does not show. Anyone else have this happen?

I would rather not upgrade until TMS 14.6 is proven not to have major bugs (like 14.0 which caused a lot of havoc for me). I did no see requirements for 3.01 to be on 14.6 so this should all technically still work, at least by Cisco's documentation. In previous upgrades it took about a day for these conferences to come back so I did not think anything of it until I came back in this week and they still did not show. Since I have rebooted, restarted all services, verified that all versions are compatible and still nothing.

TMS 14.4.1 snapshots in Monitoring Conference Control Center not updating

Snap shots in the Conference Control Center are not updating.
We are using TMS 14.4.1, Java 7 update 51 on the server.
All are C-Series (c20 or c60) endpoints running version TC7.1.4 bridged with an MCU (MSE 8510)
All end points have web snapshot enabled
I have tried using Java 7, update 51 and the current version on the Windows 7 desktop.

We don't have a conductor, so that may be one point of difference between yours and mine, but the original poster didn't mention any conductor or MCU, and his screen grab looks like a simple point to point call.
There were issues in versions of TMS prior to 14.4 with the websnapshots in CCC - this is mentioned in the release notes as an "other change": "Enabled Conference Control Center snapshots for systems running Cisco TelePresence TC software version 6 and later."

W500 failing to start ATI Catalys control center (CCC)

I have a W500 with an ATI Mobility FireGL V5700 in it. I had a problem where my external monitor was just blank. I fount that there was a new ATI driver available from Lenovo which fixes a problem with a blank external monitor. I downloaded and installed it after removing the exitsing ATI driver and the Catalyst Control Center software. Now whenever I restart my thinkpad, I get the following error:
Could not load file or assembly 'MOM.implementation, Version=2.0.3713.40523, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=90ba9c70f846762e' ...... (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
If I try to start the CCC itself, I get this error:
Could not load file or assembly 'CLI.implementation, Version=2.0.3713.40381, Culture=neutral, PublicKey Token=90ba9c70f846762e' ...... (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
I've searched the net and this forum for solutions, and have found and tried some of them. Basically they are stating to uninstall the ATI driver and CCC code again, cleanup any residual ATI files, re-install the Microsoft .Net 2.0 code and re-install the ATI driver and CCC code again. I think I am getting all the residual files, but can't really be sure since there is no comprehensive list.
I've done this several times to no avail. Still get same errors above although my blank external monitor seems to be fixed.
So any other suggestions?
I have WinXP SP3 installed.

Make sure you have high performance graphics enabled via Lenovo power manager and in BIOS. If you're only using the Intel chip you will get a blank external monitor.

990XA-GD55 Msi Control Center Tempº Problem.

Hi everyone, I've got a problem since I bought my motherboard 990XA-GD55 after I installed the Msi Control Center, I thought my cpu tempº was really low but after I installed some other programs that allow me to monitor the cpu tempº, it was diferent, exactly -10º .... I'm confused and I don't know which one I should trust, but I would root against Msi CC, check this Screenshot and tell me your opinions or solutions if you can!! DS6 Control Center console problems

We are currently using DS5.2 for Windows.
I have installed DS6 for Windows since we are considering updating.
So far I have not been able to get the Control Center console web app to start.
Any thoughts on what I can do or where I should look to resolve this?

I checked and it was already registered.
After a bit more digging, I found the problem.
Instead of netstat -a -b showing that swc.exe was listening on port 6789, it showed db2jds.exe (which is the DB2 JDBC Applet Server service). After shutting this service down and restarting smcwebserver, I was able to access the app.
It is odd that the .bat files never reported the port conflict and indicated the web server was up and running.
Hopefully my experience will help some other DB2 users....

Problem with execution results (Control Center)

I have created a mapping with output parameters.
Unfortunately, when i run the mapping, i can't see the values in
the output parameters through the job details reporting (control center).
Is there any patch that correct this problem ?

Problem with E-Business Control Center

Hi,
I am trying to create a content selector using the e-business control cnter. When
I try to save it I get the following error.
The content selector is not complete. Please complete before saving. Could not
save the rule. Could not find GlobalContentSelectors to save the rule.

T400, cannot start Catalyst Control Center - error "active GPU not supported"

on a t400 machine running vista business 64 bit.
last week all was hunky dory. this week, when i try to open my ati catalyst control center (CCC), i receive the following error:
"ATI catalyst control center cannot be started because the currently active gpu is not supported"
i've read some posts about this problem stemming from not using the ATI graphics card and rather being on the integrated graphics card. the posts indicated i could reenable CCC simply by clicking on the battery icon in the system tray and selecting "high performance mode" to force the machine to use the discrete graphics card. after i do this, and then try to start CCC, i receive the same error as above. also, at this point after the switch to high peformance mode, my device manager lists "mobile intel(r) 4 series express chipset family" as my display adapter still. if i left or right click on the battery icon in the tray, i do not see any options for switching cards explicitly.
the video driver for the mobile intel 4 adapter is listed as being from ATI at version 8.520.4.4000.
i am not sure of my driver version for the ATI card. nor do i know where to look for it.
to my knowledge, nothing aside from a number of "critical" windows updates have changed on my system between the time CCC was working last week and now.
any suggestions as to how to fix this? and what caused it to stop working?

i finally figured it out. and no new drivers or reinstalls were necessary. in the end, all i needed to do was turn on the lenovo version of the power manager (which appears in my taskbar as a horizontal green battery with the number of minutes of use remaining). from there i can left click and get to the menu that has the switchable graphics option where i can chose energy saving or high performance. if from there i select high performance, i can then open CCC.
the important thing to note from this is in order to get to this menu you have to be using LENOVO's thinkVantage power management program (which sticks the green battery icon on your task bar), NOT windows built in power manager, which appears as a vertical grey/blue/? battery in the system tray (at least on mine). once you have that on, you can explicitly switch the graphics cards.
the odd thing is, i'd been accessing CCC without explicitly switching cards with no problem up to last week. so somehow the default setting must of gone from high performance to energy saving, thus putting me on the integrated graphics card unless i switched it manually. weird.
slip, thanks for you help. i appreciate it. and that is an interesting note about freeing up more memory by disabling the switchable graphics. i will probably give this a shot and see how i like. more available memory never hurts!

Catalyst Control Center stopped working properly after widows update

When I let Windows Update install the newest catalyst control center driver I could not open catalyst control center so I tried to do a system restore but it failed because It said my anti virus was preventing this with the error code 0x80070005.I first tried to disable the anti virus shields and restore didnt work. Then I uninstalled the anti virus and went to safe mode but it gave my the same error. Now Catalyst Control Center opens but the only feature available is HydraVision. I still cannot change the picture and graphics settings because they are not there to select in CCC.

Problem with my PC lock screen freezes on wake up from sleep mode (active control center)
When in sleep mode while using the control center on Windows, wake-up, freezes the lock screen.
So, turn off the power. Then after about 3 seconds long, starts up automatically. And also freezes the lock screen.
So, turn off the main power wait a while and it recovers.
If not running the utility control center, no problem.
（ fan control only on the control center. Does not overclock ） control center 2.2.098 ～ 2.5.045 similar problem.
System:
MSI P67A-GD55 (B3) - BIOS 1.19
i5 - 2500K
Mem: Patriot PVV38G2000ELK 2x4GB (use 1866)
VGA: Giada GTX570

in that case (no install),Sleep & wake-up to no problem.
CC is installed state. If not running the CC on Windows, it's no problem.

Control center problems in iOS 8.1.2

I just wanted to see if anybody else have any problems with bringing up the control center in apps on the iPhone 6 Plus? On the homescreen and lockscreen I experience no problems bringing up the control center but when in apps, swiping from bottom to up, the control center only appears around 4 out of 10 times. Worth noting is that having the keyboard showing when for example writing a message makes it even worse, with a success rate of about 2 out of 10 swipes. Oddly enough I never had this problem with my previous iPhone 4. Is this something that Apple is acknowledging?

I haven't seen that problem.
When trying to bring up the Control Center in an App it is best to start your swipe with your finger actually off the screen (on the border). This will help in bringing up the Control Center.

Problems with Cubase LE 6 and eLicenser Control Center

This isn't strictly an Apple problem, but I thought someone might be able to help me!
I use Cubase LE 6 for my singing, and have never had problems before with exporting my audio tracks to MP3s. Today, however, I went to export my recordings and a box popped up saying I had to go over to my eLicenser Control Center and validate my usage licenses as they had expired. So I did this, apparently successfully (as seen in the photo attached), but then nothing seemed to change. The licenses remained in red, still 'expired' (since the 1st April), and I still can't export my tracks.
Someone please help! I've done what was asked but now am completely stumped. Music software is not my forte! But it is extremely frustrating!

I just had this problem after installing Cubase on my retina mbp. The problem is the retinas higher native resolution that conflicts Cubase's inability to run the program at such a high resolution. To solve
If open, close Cubase
Go to Applications through Finder
Right click Cubase and select "Get Info"
Select the box "Open in Low Resolution"
Once you've done that, re-open Cubase. Although the interface is now a bit pixelated, Cubase should run fine now. If not, don't know what else to say, because it worked for me! Good luck.
