TMS Error ....Urgent

Hi All,
We are getting error in STMS.......production system is showing RED.
Log details-:
Command TMS_MGR_READ_TRANSPORT_QUEUE could not be executed
An error occurred in the TMS transport service.
System:         PRD.DOMAIN_DEV
Function:       TMS_TP_SHOW_BUFFER
Error:          TP_REPORTED_ERROR
while opening system tplog
Log file '/usr/sap/trans/log' could not be opened
The file could not be opened for reading. This can have various causes:
o The file does not exist.
   The transport control program tp only creates the log files when they
   are needed. If you have not yet made any exports or imports then no
   log files will have been created.
                                                                                Note
    Note that the log files ALOG and SLOG are recreated weekly. (For
    details on this, see the Online Help for the transport control
    program tp).
o The file is read-protected.
o You cannot access the directory.
Transport control program tp ends with error code 0212

Hello Pranshant,
Are you using a common transport directory for the transport domain.If this is the case as you have givne the symbolic link to the other transport directory is not required and then if you remove the link and activate the configuration it will start working.
Other wise you may give the production system's <sidadm> access to the transport directoy and check.i am not sure about this option.
Also i did not understand the requriement of that link to the transport directory of production as all the changes are happening in DEV and you are transporting down the landscape.If this a unix box then the trans directory should be NFS mounted on production system and not a link and if its a windows box then there should be a network share.

Basically for some reason your DB is in backup state.
You need to find which tablespaces are in status backup and then execute command:
alter tablespace <tablespace_name> end backup;
That should fix the problem

Thanks for your post. It looks as if your computer is not seeing the driver
calls and thus it gives the error saying it cannot complete that task. Does
this happen with any other example programs you run using DAQmx? What version
of DAQmx do you have? I would first recommend getting the latest DAQmx driver
version, 8.7.1. You can find this at the following link below.

Please post back if installing the latest driver does not
fix the problem.

TMS error: "Offline Call could not access file as supposed (see.."

i am running an NSP Netweaver on top of Windows 7. when performing RSTPTEST, I get the following error, right at the end. All the other tests are fine.
It looks like an permissions problem with possibly the file system, but i have tried giving all to all.
I have been trying for days to fix this.
if anyone can help, please do.
i have checked log files, and about the only useful one is the SLOG1019 which gives me one line
FATAL No stdout redirectio NSP 0000 20100510080609 BCUSER pc
when i try to distribute the TMS i also get "Transport control program tp ended with error code 0212" again, looks like an authorization error.
i am not a basis person, more developer.
any pointers and help, cheers

Meaning of returncode 212 is:
could not access file as supposed (see SLOG for more details)
Is there any error in the corresponding SLOG?
You can find the SLOGxxxx.<SID> under usr/sap/trans/log.

I think the "," that comes in the flat file. CHange the number fields in the file from ",". If it has 1000 separator remove them. You need not have them in the file. In your case i think the decimals are coming as ",". In that case change your user settings for decimal places and then try to load.

I am facing the following problem when I am trying to use the Custom Aggregates menu. I receive the following error:
VB error #14 occured: Out of String Space
\nfrmDSAggregate: FormLoad\nDSAG: SetupAG\nPMCatGetEntryList. This Application maybe in an unstable state. Do you wish to continue?
If I choose Yes, it brings up the menu however with no data and no possibility to do anything. If I choose NO the program closes.
Can you please help me deal with this problem? I urgently need to work on the data and I am stack!

TMS error FTP_FAILED

I have finished client import successfully after that I had deleted the request from OS level in QAS.
Now when we import request in QAS getting error TMS_MGR_TRANSMIT_TR_QUEUE FTP_FAILED.
In long text we are getting

Diagnosis
An error occurred when opening the source file for reading.
File name: RX00051.PRD
Directory: $TR_DATA
Error code: 16
System is trying to read a request which is deleted.I have done delfrombuffer <REQT NO> <QAS> as request was showing in the buffer but no benefit.please help me out.

I've had the same problem. My solution was to take a closer look at the source TMS folder. Check, if the file /sapmnt/trans/data/RX00051.PRD exists. In my case there was no file, so tp exited for all other pending successíng files. I was able to rename the existing backup-file (maybe someone renamed the file before). After renaming it, tp run successfully.

I got reply from both servers when I ping from IP address but when but when I did this ping with hostname, they doesn't respond! (perhaps because it is not mapped in the .hosts file? ... am I right?)
But now... an important thing/information! Both machines are iSeries platforms... (this is the first time that I have to make a TMS configuration between two iSeries machines/systems). But, as I read in installation guide, there are a procedure to do this type of configuration - Setting Up the Transport Directory chapter, which is linked to SAP Note 117465.
But as I mentioned above, I don´t have any experience in this type of TMS configuration on iSeries servers, so can you guys guide me and let me know some critical information in way to do this configuration?

This is obviously a TMS bug, but I don't think it is an issue we have seen before.
The table TMS tries to read from when someone is accessing the Users page is dbo.AclUser. I tried provoking the page crash you are seeing by manipulating the database directly; I was able to get a similar page crash by setting the TimeZoneId value of a user to NULL, but the stack trace was slightly different, so that's probably not what you are seeing.
The AclUser table contains a lot of data about your users, so I don't think we should discuss its contents in a public web forum. I recommend opening a service request with TAC, and providing a copy of your database. It shouldn't be too hard to see what's wrong in the AclUser table once TAC gets a database copy.

I had put Sales order as the key in my COPA DSO,due to which i was getting summarised records, nw i removed this key and put the Lowest granular detail key and i.e BW doc # (0doc_num) & then i have activated my DSO.Now when i do the DTP frm COPA Datasource to my DSO, the Records get updated but in DTP run i get ABAP run time Error as 'ASSIGN_TYPE_CONFLICT'

SunOne ejbc error, URGENT, please Help!

Hi, I have installed SunOne AppServ7 on UNIX (Solaris 8)
So far everything is running fine, however, I was unable to deploy a jar file, the error message that I get is as follow:
Cannot deploy the component
Deployment Error -- Error while running ejbc -- Fatal Error from EJB Compiler -- -- com/towertechnology/common/errorhandling/TTException
After looking into the problem, it seems that it cannot find the TTException class.
However, TTException class is actually in the common.jar.
I have included common.jar in the $CLASSPATH, but still the deployer cannot find this class.
There is no other error message given in the logfile.
The above scenario works fine with weblogic.
Could anyone out there help me with this problem?
It's kinda urgent, I need to sort this problem by tomorrow.
Any help would be deeply appreciated.

I have the same problem here. It seems server-classpath is an element for classpath, not take a boolean value. Did you mean the attribute "env-classpath-ignored" of this element?
I have tried to set "env-classpath-ignored" to both true and false, but ejbc complains the same error (seems to be class not found.)

that in the server.xml file on SunOne7, there is a
property that set the server-classpath to false,
that's why the common ejb in the classpath could not
be found. I have set the option to true and it went
pass this problem, however, I still have another
problem, that is ejb deployment problem, you can see

Any idea on what's the cause of this. It seems that the Oracle 9i's support of MDB differs significantly from R1. The demo sample that works for R1 no longer work for R2. For example, the following DD doesn't seem to work with R2.
