On our development database, we're observing the LIBTUX_CAT 1278 warnings quite often. Each of these entries are accompanied by an lines in the access log of the same day.
Question is:
What do the access log entries mean? How are the two entries in the two files (the ULOG and access.ddmmyy files) related?

Thanks.I can't say for sure what is happening here, but my guess is that process 13754 may be calling tpterm() on some and then continuing to call other ATMI APIs.
Most Tuxedo client APIs perform an implicit tpinit((TPINIT *)NULL) if called by an application which has not previously called tpinit(). Since this implicit tpinit does not include any authorization information, it can only succeed in an application with no authorization.
The evidence is that your application performed a successful tpinit() (logon) at 12:54:08. The access log indicates that authorization was used. At 12:54:19 the application performed tpterm() (logoff). During the same second another tpinit() was unsuccessful. Most likely this was an implicit tpinit((TPINIT *)NULL) done by some other call such as tpcall(), tpconnect(), tpacall(), or another ATMI function.
In order to further debug the problem, you may want to
export TMTRACE=*:ulog:dye
in the client which is failing. This will cause a record of all ATMI calls to be written to the userlog.

To all people with january package syncing/appearing problem-
Need to have itunes set to auto sync/manage your ipod. Once done, click sync.
uncheck manually manage music and video, once it auto syncs everything with your library, click sync on the bottom right in the summary page. I was wondering where my apps were too. Of course, I just reformatted so all my content on my touch was erased and my 3 song itunes library is now on my touch. Just to get these apps on. (...I guess auto-sync needs to be on for this upgrade)Seems like it may be useful to have a tab in iTunes for installed app bundles like the Games tab you get if you connect a 5G iPod. I think something like this must happen or if you are a prolific buyer of apps you are soon going to eat your space up on your iPod touch.
Of course this may exist and the Apple app package upgrade may be 'special' and not fit into this category :P
I guess we will have to wait and see. -
Lost all contacts with upgrade to iOS 6.1
Has anyone else had this problem - upgraded earlier today to iOS 6.1 as prompted, and then later all my contacts disappeared.
Also followed prompts to set up iCloud syncing for the first time, but can't find contacts there either.
Any recommendations?
ThanksFor me, this is what worked:
I noticed the last contact I added was in the Address Book, but all others were gone or missing.
I went to MS Outlook and ran the Sync program. Unchecked all options. Restarted the computer. Made sure the iCloud stuff was turned off on the phone and restarted it too for good measure.
When the macbook came back up when into outlook then MS Sync and turned contacts back on. Then connected the iphone and told it to replace all contacts. It worked.
Good luck. There is no one solution that seems to work for everyone, but testing different settings will hopefully get you to the point where your contacts go back onto the phone.

One of my ex-colleagues has installed a NI-DAQ 6.5 in our system. [And I do not see any other naitional instruments card in the CPU of the computer, may be he removed it] I deleted the account and all his files in the system. When I am trying to install version8.0, its not getting installed and giving me a message that I should uninstall the previous version by going to Add/Remove programs in the control panel.
I tried doing that, but the "Change/Remove" button does not seem to work...[There is no response and so unable to install the new version...]
Any idea how can this problem be solved?
It is a windowsXP operating system with SP2 installed on a machine with P4 processor.

I am having a difficult time trying to send e-mails from my iPad 2? I have contacted my Telus server tech people and we have double checked all my settings. Everything is properly set! Checked with my Apple people and they say this is a common problem with my server, yet others with the same server don't seem to have a problem. They suggested that I open a Gmail account and infor my mail server(Telus) to route my mail through my Gmail account? Does thei make sense? Are ther any other solutions I might investigate?

Versamail error and Gmail access Issue
I have been using my e-mail button on the front of the Palm Centro to access the gmail account I set up.
I opened a new gmail account and wish to use that. I edited the gmail account information on my phone through Accounts.
However, everytime I try to access the new account, I get this error:
[ALERT] Invalid credentials (Failure)
What does this mean?
How do I fix it?
How do I open my account?

Post relates to: Centro (Verizon)What I would check is if Gmail is set to > Status: POP is enabled or Status: IMAP is enabled
Next check the settings on the account on your device and try again. Usually if all the settings are correct then this issue could be temporary.
You could also delete the account and recreate it. -
IOS7 op syst induces me to motion sickness, vertigo, nauseas, and eye hurting. I took all indicated steps as a solution and nothing happened. I wonder if APPLE is taking this HUGE issue seriously? People with Epilepsia has ended in the hospital!!

People have to understand that Apple is a business and it is up to them whether they think it's a big enough problem to put in a patch to remove the effects.
Simple solution is if you feel that you don't agree to their way of business and unable to use the iPhone to your fullest comfort, either return the product for a full refund or sign a petition... -

The question mark means the computer cannot find a bootable volumes so can;t do anything, That, combined with annoying sounds, strongly suggests a failed hard drive.
You can ask a "genius" at an Apple Rtail Store to test it but I'm pretty sure the drive is kaput. I'm hoping you had your data backed up. -

Reset your iPad and see if that helps.
Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.
