To Cert Forum Moderator : Please advice what I can resume my CertView.

Hi Moderator ,
I'm so disappointed. Since this Thu, my certview account had rejected my login and requrie authorization verification agian !!
Ridiculous !!! Last time, certivew took more than 3 months to authorize my account and post OCM result to my cert history .
To Certification Forum Moderator  : Cert Update from CertView so slow
Thist time, I can't help to annoy. How long I must be held this time !!!
Please give me some advices.

Please give them as much info as possible, including your SSO info as well as your candidate ID. If there is a bug in CertView, we need to do a little research and get it sorted out. Regarding the OPN Certified Specialist designation; unfortunately, this has been confusing from the beginning. There were also some issues with rules in CertView from the beginning. We hope that we have all the rules sorted out now. This would account for being "de-certified" on some of the OPN designations on some of your certifications. All certifications do not qualify for the OPN Certified Specialist designation - only certain, select certifications. Regarding the OPN Certified Specialist certificates: in order to avoid too much more confusion, the decision was made to automatically send OPN Certified Specialist certificates only to candidates who obtain the qualifying certifications from December 1, 2009 (which is when the program was launched) forward. We will provide certificates upon request to candidates who had the OPN Certified Specialist added to certifications that were obtained before that date. What we wanted to avoid was randomly sending certificates to candidates who may not be aware of the program and adding confusion to a confusing situation. Please send an email to [email protected] and request to receive the OPN Certified Specialist certificates for your qualifying certifications. You may also want to confirm with the team your understanding of which certifications qualify so that you'll know what you are receiving.
We know that the roll out of this OPN program has been confusing and we hope to clear up the confusion more and more as we move forward. Thanks to all for your patience as we iron out the details!
