To display a message based on the date

Question

Hi All,
Please help me with this Requirement
It is as follows:
1)Need to display a message if date is before the current date by 30 days or 14 days or 7 days or today.
2) Need to display the same message if the date is after the current date by 1 day, 14 days, 30 days and then every 30 days till one year.
Please suggest.
