In MODSAP search using,
TYPE = 'E' AND MEMBER = <function exit name>.

    Hi All,
    I am trying to find Enhancement name for the userexit USEREXIT_MOVE_FIELD_TO_VBAP and so far have tried all suggestions from the experts including, sample program code to find userexits for a transaction, SMOD, SE84 (thru package), etc., etc.. but without any success.  Can someone please show me step by step how to find the Enhancement for this userexit.  I would greatly appreciate it.  Again, no tips, hints, pls. ..just the actual steps for the aforementioned userexit.  Once we have this resolved, we could apply this to a lot more exits, which would be a big help as we need the Enhancement name in CMOD.

    This is special type of the userexit form in the SD area. You will not find it in SMOD, CMOD etc.
    You can find this FORM in the program MV45AFZZ.
    You need an access key for this program if you are chaning it first time.
    MV45AFZZ is the include which cotains all the userexit forms for order processing.

    Goto CMOD and enter * and select F4 so that you will get the list of packages. Most of the clients we have naming terminology with BW. Pick one of them and go for components there you can see the interface.
    Double click on that you will see four classes. Select any one of them and write your logic.
    If you provide what exactly your are trying to do enhancements, so that will provide better solutions.

  • Need to find Enhancement in SMOD for exit FM : EXIT_SAPLJ1AV_007

    I need to do some code developments inside FM exit EXIT_SAPLJ1AV_007 which is present inside Function Group: XJ1A.
    All the FM inside this FG are for mainly User exits for Argentina.
    I am not able to find the Enhancement in Tcode SMOD which is attached to this FM exit EXIT_SAPLJ1AV_007.
    I need the name of the enhancement in SMOD attached to this FM EXIT_SAPLJ1AV_007 so that I can implement the same in CMOD.
    If anybody knows the enhancement related to this exit FM , then pls let me know.

    Already I tried using table MODSAP apart from SMOD.
    I was not able to find for this one.
    The other 2 exits that u have mentioned that even I was able to find but not this one.
    If this exit is not at all linked to any enhancements then I am wondering why SAP has provided this ?

  • Unable to find enhancement spot

    Hello Guys
    I am working on a object where I need to add legacy material number on Warehouse Management Count sheet... The report program is RLLI0400. Transaction code is LI04. The program does not contain any form or any script.. They used Write statement and created a spool.
    So to work on this, I have only two options,
    1. To identify a enhancement spot and insert there
    2. To copy the program into a zprogram and insert there...
    I am unable to find the enhancement spot to insert the field there...
    So, is there any other way to work on this... Can anyone help me on this......

    You can always use "implicit enhancement point".
    You can add this kind of enhancement at the beggining and at the end of subrutines, functions, etc.

    1- Enter ehancement mode (the spiral icon)
    2- Go Edit u2192 Enhancement operations u2192 show implicit enhancement options
    3- Now you will see several grey lines all along the code... this are the places where you can add your enhancement point.
    4- Select a line with your cursor and then in the same menu choose create.

  • How to find enhancements for a TCode

    Hi,
    We are doing a study for upgrading from 4.7 to ECC 6.
    For this I would like to know the enhancements done in particular (critical transactions). I have searched on the forum and found 2 approaches.
    1) Go to the program of the transaction and in the program search for call customer.
    2) Go to the program of the transaction and then take the package of the program and then in SE80 enter package name and then we will get all the enhancements for the transaction.
    However for eg for TCode CJ01 when I search the program I am able to find a few customer exits. However when I take the package name in SE80 I do not get any enhancements. So how do I find out the enhancements for a Transaction code (User exits, BADIS, exit programs, etc).

    I am searching for any enhancement that I can implement when using transaction TK11 or TK12 or TK13.
    I need to filter out all conditions that the user does not have authorization to see. Checking the authorization using value field that does not exist in the selection screen of the condition (The enhancement should be after data selected and before data is present in ALV)

    SAPMV13A is the main program that is being called when you press enter after providing the condition type in TK11 initial screen.
    Check if you can implement any implicit enhancements as per your requirement.

    Hi Varisetty,
    Finding user exits and BAdis from SPRO can be cumbsersome. In most instances you know the standard SAP program and want to check (find) an exit called in the flow of the transaction. You can do this as follows:
    For User Exit:
    Put "/h" in the command box (to start debugging)
    Execute your transaction
    When you enter debugging - put a breakpoint at statement
    CALL CUSTOMER-FUNCTION
    the control will stop at all calls to User Exits
    For BAdi (it's simpler)
    Go to class CL_EXITHANDLER in SE24
    Enter method GET_INSTANCE
    Put a breakpoint in this method
    Run your standard transaction - control will stop at all BAdis called within the flow since this method is used to check BAdi implementations before invoking them
    Also, if you want to find enhancements by package - go to SE80, enter the package and check function groups starting with X - those contain function exits (conventional user exits). For BAdis in a package, there is normally a separate tree node (under the package) for Enhancements hence clearly identifiable.

              I have the following requirement and for this appropriate user exit/ badi should be needed which will trigger during saving of the shipment.
    Cass shipment type (VTTK-ADD03) field needs to be required and should be automatically populated upon creation of the shipment document.  The rules for populating the value (SO, ST, PO and RA) are as follows:
    If any of the orders on the shipment are customer order types, then the CASS shipment type should be a SO,
    If all of the orders are STO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "ST",
    If all of the orders are PO orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "PO" , and
    If all of the orders are customer return orders, then the Cass shipment type should be "RA".
    I have tried with the 3 badi available and 7 to 8 user exit, but it won't work.

    Hi all,
    i am facing problem finding enhancement when creation of sales order of Valuation price with user exit/BADI/Enhancement Spot  (In valuation variant)
    For refferenece:
    When going to t.code VA03, select one item and go to extras in the menu bar and select costing then you find some amounts calculation i.e valuation price automatically.
    So when creation of sales order i am giving material and that material price automatically takes from material master and creating sales order.
    My customer requirement is to get the valuation price of the input material from Z-table during the sales order cost estimate.
    This Z-table contains the material code, plant , grade  of the material.

    Suppose it depends on sales document type and which grade price i have to take.
    So first of all i am unable to find enhancement where to change this code to get change the valuation price.
    Does anybody have any idea , is there any user exit/BADI/enhancement for this.
    So please help me in this issue.

  • Need enhancement for KS01 Transaction for Department Filed

    Hi Gurus,
    Iam having a requirement on KS01 transaction to find enhancement for Department field.
    Here I could not find any enhancement Exit to proceed further.
    Please let know is there any alternate solution:
    Here is my comlete rquirement below:
    1.Make the u2018Departmentu2019 field, (CSKSZ-ABTEI), mandatory in the Cost Centre Master Record using   screen program name SAPLKMA1 and screen number 0300.
    2.Check the entry made in the u2018Departmentu2019 field, (CSKSZ-ABTEI), in the Cost Centre master record
    When the transaction KS01 is saved check the value in the u2018Departmentu2019 field, (CSKSZ-ABTEI), against values stored in a variable in a Z table by Controlling Area, if matched allow creation, if no match go to the first message below.
    3.Department field is not allowed to be changed once postings have been made to the Cost Centre.
    Check for transaction KS02 or KS12 when save check if u2018Departmentu2019 field has been changed, if no change continue, if changed check to see if postings have been made to the Cost Centre (table COEP), if postings have been made give the second error below, if no postings allow changes to be saved.

  • Issue with Method to find Screen Exit

    Hi all,
    I am planning to add 2 custom fields to item details tab in ME51N .
    I tried to find screen exits using development class of ME51N i.e ME
    I went to smod and tried to find enhancements using ME development class and from the list of enhancements i tried to find a screen exit but i could found one.
    I found an enhancement
    MEREQ001   Customers' Own Data in Purchase Requisition
    Which had a screen exit  as well and this is what i was exactly looking for.
    But my question is that
    MEREQ001 is under development class MEREQ
    So that means the way i was trying to find the screen exits is wrong or is there a better way to find screen exits
