To find MM02 views available for an userid

Hi All,
i need to write a code to find the MM02 views available for my userid. For differnent materials, different views are available so view position of a particular view is getting different. Please help me to find the views available for my userid? any code or FM or anything is there?
if i find the available views for my userid, then i can find the exact position of a particular view.

Hi,
you can use table MARA with field VPSTA-Compl. maint. status. It will give you information which views for which material is created.
Here are the list of status related with views.
A     Work scheduling
B     Accounting
C     Classification
D     MRP
E     Purchasing
F     Production resources/tools
G     Costing
K     Basic data
L     Storage
P     Forecasting
Q     Quality management
S     Warehouse management
V     Sales
X     Plant stocks
Z     Storage location stocks

Finder is not available for standard user

Hi,
I recently installed OS X (10.8.2) from app store. We created "Data" folder and created few admin and non admin users. Granted access to both users to same folder. When admin logged off and standard user logged in, he could not find Finder. Repeated this with 8 standard users and Finder is not available for all 8 standard users. For 2 admin users Finder is available.
We did not change any settings whatsoever, so not sure this behavier is by design or I am missing something.

Are you running OS X 10.8 client or Server (is Server.app installed)? If you are using OS X Server, are these local accounts or network accounts?
What do you mean by "could not find Finder?" As in could not log in? Could not access this 'Data' folder in Finder?

In BI 4.0, We don’t have the option of Interactive mode, the only modes for viewing WebI documents are as follows:
1) Web: it is similar to the Interactive mode in XI 3.1. It means that you will use the HTML interface in BI launch pad to create, edit and analyze documents.
2) Rich Internet Application: This is similar to the Java Report Panel in XI 3.1.
You are using the Java interface in BI launch pad to create, edit and analyze documents .
But this requires the download of a Java applet.
3) Desktop (Windows only): in this case you are using Web Intelligence Desktop to create and edit documents, a standalone interface that works outside the BI launch pad. But this requires an install on your local machine.
4) PDF: Same as in BO XI 3.1
All view modes except PDF, have "Reading" and "Design" mode.
When you view a WebI document, the default mode is "Reading".
When you modify a WebI document, the default mode is "Design".
The user should use the modify option or view > Design, if he wants to modify a report.

No problem - if you're worried about that iMac walking away, I'd purchase a Kensington lock for it: I have one for my Apple Thunderbolt Display and my MacBook. No guarantee that a dedicated thief couldn't use a pair of bolt cutters but they give me some peace of mind.

There you can check if there is any invoice created for that PO..

In general you need My Oracle Support (MOS) access https://support.oracle.com/CSP/ui/flash.html with a CSI linked to your support contract.
Then you can access following docs:

Find free memory available for a MIDlet

It is a beginners question, I am very grateful for any help.
Is there a way how to find how much data can the MIDlet client download form a server?
I found that it is possible to find how much data is available for a recordstore (getSizeAvailable()), but is it possible to determine how much real free space does the MIDlet have?
I mean that is there a fixed size limit for one recordstore so that for example if I get 20 Kb using this method, it tells me how much space can be used only by the concrete recordstore, not the free memory itself?

check out the java.lang.Runtime class. There are a few methods in there that deal with this (although I have not used them myself).

I nead help in finding Lab View drivers for some instruments

Hi to you all
I am looking for some drivers for some instruments ( the list is add ), i have trayed to look for them in the NI site ( Search Instrument Driver Network - http://sine.ni.com/apps/we/niid_web_display.drv_search ) but with no luck - the specific instruments drivers were not there.
I trayed to look for the same instrument series but again with no luck
I tryed to look for the Lab View drivers at the HP site and Agilent site but the drivers that thay have are not ! Lab View drivers but self developed drivers for the instrument.
If someone maybe has one or more of those drivers, if someone know of a site that i can find one or more of this Lab View drivers or any help at all in finding this Lab View drivers will help me a lot

I agree that Christian is sending you in the right direction. I think you should be able to find about 75% of the instruments that you listed. Some you will not find and will have to develop the drivers yourself. There is a wizard in LabVIEW 8.X to help you with that.
I know from experience that several of the instruments that you listed do have drivers, so keep trying.

FL Viewer available for Japan handsets?

Hello to the forum.
I'm trying to find out if Adobe releases the Flash Lite
viewer for Japan handsets (that don't have it pre installed). I
need to get a Nokia S series phone able to view FL 2.0 content for
testing. However there is no listing of the viewer in the
adobe.co.jp website, or in their store. When I try to purchase form
the US site, it is geographically specific and will not accept my
purchase details!!

I assume you mean that there is a restriction on the FL
viewer, in terms of Asia. It certainly does feel that way, but
nothing solid to back it up.
Anyway, I have progressed from getting it to work on Nokia.
Developing an app in FL 2.0 for Japan market and testing only on a
Nokia would be silly. So with our currently alpha/prototype I did
some checking on FL 2.0 enabled devices. Just as a reference of
info below is a list I accumulated from searching online of devices
in Japan supporting FL 2.0.
What you mentioned though imodejon concerns me with regards
to the supported functions. Especially the 4 button support. For
our up we plan to use at least the up and down buttons. Would you
know if they are supported on AU and Docomo devices?

This is exactly the standpoint we are at. We might be able to
make our "viewer" app in FL 1.1 but it seems it will be many times
extra work, and then it would need to be built ground up for 2.0.
When will 2.0 become standard pre-install in Japan, after Adobe
releases 2.0 free to developers OEM pricing be changed? It's a
waiting game...
Also, we need actionscript 2.0 for the "viewer" application
we plan. If you are correct that actionscript 2.0 is not supported
well, that is bad news. Is that only in the AU and Softbank models
you have, or do you think that is accross the board in all Softbank
and AU models with FL 2.0 in Japan?

I hear you, I also would love to have a resource on FL2
support in Japan. Even just to know what version of Flash is
supported when the carriers print a catalogue. All they say is
"Flash Player". All are the same. Is it 1.0, 1.1 or 2.0? No
mention. Really it is frustrating, as going around to all the
carrier shops as I have asking the staff if I could try a phone to
see if my app works, none of the staff of course know what Flash
Player is. When I ask them what version it is, I either get a blank
look and don't other me, or if I find a nice person they will go
out back and bring me a piece of paper with handwritten notes which
they obviously had to call the tech center for considering the many
minutes they were gone.
Unless flash becomes less transparent to the user, or some
other reason it may be a while to see the information on a regular
updated bases ....

Is Find My Friends available for my PC, XP-Home

I would like to be able to use my app "Find My Friends" on my PC running XP-Home when my family is away from home. I have only be able to locate an answer if I wanted to use this app with Window 7?

"Find my Friends" only works with iPhones, iPads and iPods touch with this app installed. Apple hasn't released this application for PCs and Macs

I just installed Safari on XP, great looking browser, but I don't see the "Find" banner that is supposed to be below the address bar, which highlights search terms on a page

Some of these instruments do have drivers or ones for very similar instruments. They are the 8920,4416,8657,8901,8560,TDS540. I haven't gone to any of the vendors sites to see if there were any more you might have missed. You should also know that drivers labeled as 'plug and play' but not LabVIEW, can be converted to a LabVIEW driver.
If your search still comes up short, you have a few options. At http://www.ni.com/devzone/idnet/default.htm you can make a request for a driver. NI does drivers based on demand and there is no guarantee when or if they will develop one. You can develop them yourself. The above page has links that will help you with this. Developing a driver is not an especially difficult task. You can use the Instrument I/O Assistant or just regular VISA Read/Write to control the instrument. You can hire someone to write the drivers for you. NI has the Alliance Program at http://www.ni.com/alliance/. Some members specialize in driver development. You can choose one of them or someone local.

How to limit product catalogue and view authorization for web UI?

We are in the process of upgrading our system from CRM 2004 to 2007.
In CRM 2004 the product catalogues available for a user; as well as the views available for user within an available poduct catalogue were controlled by customizing user parameters: COM_PRDCAT and COM_PCAT_VIEW respectively.
Is there anything we could do to get this done in CRM 2007?
Is it possible to restrict the product catalogues a user can access, through PFCG roles? I was not able to find any CRM object for this purpose.

The only possibilities I have found so far is to use the Parameters COM_PCAT_VIEW, COM_PCAT_VVRT and COM_PRDCAT as parameters for the user in SU01.

Update Not Available with This Userid - Maverick Numbers

Maverick installed on my iMac and all updates installed except Numbers. Whenever I try to update it I get a message saying, "Update not available for this userid." The Pages update went just fine. I installed both using the only Apple ID that I have ever had. Updates before installing Maverick (Mountain Lion) worked just fine. What now?

Please test after each of the following steps that you haven't already tried. Stop when the problem is resolved. Back up all data before making any changes. Keep in mind that no one here represents Apple or can help with customer-service issues.
Step 1
A purchased app can only be updated by signing in to the App Store with the same Apple ID that was originally used to buy it. There's no way around that limitation, which also applies to free apps. If you can't sign in with the buyer's ID, delete the app and reinstall it. You'll have to pay for it again, if applicable.
Step 2
If you get the alert when trying to update a bundled iLife app, select the Purchases page in the App Store and locate the app in your purchase history. If there's a button marked ACCEPT on the right, click it.
If you have a used Mac, the bundled apps were linked to the original owner's Apple ID and can't be transferred to you. Reportedly, customer service has issued redemption codes to some second owners who asked, but it's not guaranteed.
Step 3
If you're trying to update iLife or iWork apps that were installed from a purchased DVD, or if you have a refurbished Mac bought directly from Apple, contact App Store customer service for a redemption code. You may be asked for the part number of the DVD.
Step 4
From the App Store menu bar, select
Store ▹ View My Account
Enter your Apple ID password at the prompt. At the lower right corner of the window that opens, click the Reset button. Close the window.

I hope this discussion can be revived. I have the same problem. There seem to be quite a few Japanese sites that don't bother specifying their encoding. Perhaps they are older and from a time when it was not necessary to adhere to standards. Examples: http://www1.plala.or.jp/CUE/cave_yozawa.html, http://chigaku.web.fc2.com/saitama/sanchi/youzawa/youzawa.html. Happy to upload screenshots, but how?
Is there a way to tell Safari what encoding to use if the web page fails to do that?
