To harvest AIA 3.0 deployed composites in OER 11g

Hi all,
I am using AIA 11.1.1.3.0 and OER 11.1.1.3.0.
I have a requirement to harvest deployed composite(custom built) in OER 11g. My harvester settings.xml(remote Query section) looks like below -

+     <serverType>SOASuite</serverType>+
+     <projectName>ProviderBPELForFIFO</projectName>+
+     <uri>t3://[ip]:[adminserverport]/</uri>+
+     <credentials>+
+          <user>[username]</user>+
+          <password>[password]</password>+
+     </credentials>+
+</remoteQuery>+
However when I try to harvest the composite using AIA Harvester utility I receive the following error -
Caused by: javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: Unable to resolve 'FacadeFinderBean'. Resolved ''
Hi I changed the harvester settings.xml as below and tried and this time caught a different error:

+     <serverType>SOASuite</serverType>+
+     <projectName>ProviderBPELForFIFO</projectName>+
+     <uri>http://[ip]:[managedserverport]/soa-infra</uri>+
+     <credentials>+
+          <user>[username]</user>+
+          <password>[password]</password>+
+     </credentials>+
+</remoteQuery>+
*The specified file http://[username]:[password]@[ip]:[managedserverport]/soa-infra/services/default/ProviderBPELForFIFO!1.0/composite.xml cannot be reached*
Can anyone please share any information as to how to harvest deployed composites in OER?

Hi Kaushik,
Thanks for your prompt response and did as you suggested but I am still receiving the same error.
Wondering why it's not working only for composite.xml because other metadata introspection is happening in this pattern and working properly-
http://[ip]:[port]/soa-infra/services/default/ProviderBPELForFIFO!1.0*soa_bebf77ea-8404-4a4f-8cda-c2cfa2c5e06f/bpelprocess1_client_ep?XSD=xsd/BPELProcess1.xsd (for e.g in case of the xsd).
But for composite.xml it is happening in this pattern -
http://[username]:[password][ip]:[port]/soa-infra/services/default/ProviderBPELForFIFO!1.0/composite.xml.
There is actually nothing in that path.... why is it appending username and password?
