I'm losing you on the Flash bit. What is hand_right? Is this
something you created?
Normally to insert a Flash object you click Insert >
Animation and browse to where the object resides. Have you tried
that?
As for background music, click Audio > Background Audio
followed by the Import button.
www.FlashKit.com offers some
music files there. I'm sure some Googling and other searching could
reveal lots more sites offering music clips. The big issue with
those is copyright and possible infringement. But that's a whoe
other gnarly issue.

Adobe shock wave flash is causing Mozilla Firefox to lose window focus.

WhenI leave a website open in Mozilla Firefox and then shut my laptop and leave it over night, then turn on my laptop the next day and open Mozilla Firefox and start using it my window loses focus so that I can't scroll or type without clicking somewhere on the screen to regain window focus. I am running windows 8.1 with the most recent version of the schockwave flash plugin. (17.0.0.169). I am also using the most recent and updated version of Mozilla Firefox. Why am I losing window focus? It seems to only happen after starting up my computer after leaving a webpage open from the day before.

I think Adobe might have solved this by now, but there used to be a problem where when you launched a new window using Flash, you would get switched to a different window. The workaround was to disable the protected mode feature of the Flash player plugin. It has security benefits, but seems to have compatibility issues on some systems.
The old instructions were somewhat arduous; fortunately, there is a new hidden setting for this:
(A) In a new tab, type or paste '''about:config''' in the address bar and press Enter. Click the button promising to be careful.
(B) In the search box above the list, type or paste '''flash''' and pause while the list is filtered
(C) Double-click the '''dom.ipc.plugins.flash.disable-protected-mode''' preference to switch its value from false to true.
This might not take effect until all Flash has been unloaded for a few minutes, or you close Firefox.
Before that preference was added, the way to disable protected mode was by creating or editing a settings file. The following pages/posts provide different approaches for that if it turns out to be necessary (if Flash EXE processes continue to show up in the Windows Task Manager, Processes tab, even after changing the Firefox preference):

I would try a clean install of the Flash Player plugin first as follows.
First, download the Flash uninstall utility on the link below and save it to your Desktop.
Flash Player Uninstaller.
When the download has completed, close all browser windows and run the uninstaller. After this has completed, restart the notebook.
Next, download and install Firefox and then using Firefox, download and install the latest version of Adobe Flash. Note: You may want to deselect the option to include McAfee Security Scan Plus before downloading.
Close all browser windows before running the Flash installer.
Launch Firefox and see if CityVille plays Ok in this browser - if it does, close Firefox, open Internet Explorer and click on the same Adobe Flash link above to get a prompt to install the ActiveX component. When done, restart Internet Explorer.

If you are web deployed you can put an animated gif as the image to an iconic button.
Image items cannot display animated gifs.

You can't reformat it and not wipe everything on it.
Have you tried a different USB port?
Only other option, back it up on a different computer.

Unable to insert into mysql from flash burrito

I'm having issues inserting a record to mysql, if I use the test "test operation and use these values the it works fine, but now in the android app.

I really appreciate your help. Yes indeed, debugging and seeing what is going on in general is most difficult with flash!
Once I get this cracked I should be able to complete a lot of what I am trying to achieve.

Inserting PHP in to flash

I wonder if its possible to insert php page with TABLES in to
flash? I succeeded inserting php page loaded with simple text and
photos. Looks like tables or divs are not supported or I am using a
wrong technique??? Does anyone knows how can I solve this
problem?

No you cannot use tabular data in Flash. You can, however,
create pseudo tables with the use of a <textformat> tag and
tabstops. Just do a search for "Text format tag" in the help file
and it gives you a working example of how this works.

Insert flex component in flash .fla file

Is it possible to dynamically load a flex component, compiled as a swf file into a .fla file.
Originally, this flex component can be loaded as a standalone flex application with parameters to connect to the appropriate server.
But now a customer of mine wants to integrate this flex component (originally inserted in a flex application) in a custom flash application, thus in .fla file using Adobe Flash CS4.
I've seen that it was possible to integrate a flash animation created with Adobe Flash CS4 in a flex application. But what I need to do is the opposite.

I also have an odd behavior with parameters. I use a parameter to display a text area for logs. If this parameter is found, the text area is displayed, if it's not found, nothing is displayed. When I load my application with CTRL + ENTER in CS4, I can see my debug text area, but when I export it to swf, copy it to a local web server and visualize it in a browser, I see no debug text area.
Here is the code I'm using:

is not that good. Can anyone help me out on this?

I'm having same inconvenience while integrating YuMe Ads Module in my project.
YuMe's documentation is really bad & pretty confusing.
I would like any helping blog post or forums thread elaborating the solution in this regard.
Here Now I have done some manipulations with code in AS2 based player.
please have a look at it. I was trying to run it locally while connected to internet so it may load ads from the online source defined. But it does not load anything. I have also made the controls btns hidden, as i dont need them.
I dont know if I just need to upload these files on web server and test it online to get it working. Not Sure.
Any help will be appreciated.
