Dear sir,
I bought a Nokia c6-01 in june 2011 on which I made an extended warranty of 1 year in Jan 2013 my handset got hanging prob. which I showed to Nokia care in sadar bazaar jhansi U. P. they tried to resolve the prob. but unfortunately didn't get the success then they told me that we R sending this set to our company they will try to repair it if done than ok otherwise you'll get a new phone in return as your phone is under replacement warranty but after a week they given me Nokia lumia 710 when I ask why they said that c6-01 is not available in market thus we R giving U new lumia 710 which seems to me not new as its back cover is old they R saying we got it from courrier and company forgot to send back cover but I m in doubt that this handset( lumia 710 is not new sir pls. tell me the way so that I'll b satisfied that this is a new phone.

Pay no attention to iinami, the amount of replies to people saying their handsets must have been jailbroken everytime iTunes throws out an error is tremendous. (Clearly you don't need to have any real knowledge to get to level 3 on these forums, let's hope apple's geniuses know a lot more than some of their customers.)

For VoLTE the UE and IMS core network must support Public User Identities as defined in section 13.4 of 3GPP TS 23.003, which includes all of the following types of addresses:
•Alphanumeric SIP-URIs

•MSISDN represented as a SIP URI:

•MSISDN represented as a Tel URI:

In the SIP SDP you will see: sip:[email protected]

Notice the two different formats.....
Below in the initial SIP INVITE you will see that the MO (Mobile Originating) sends the SIP URI in the proper format (1 of 3) to the MT (Mobile Terminating 4G handset).
My questions is: does the MO know the SIP URI format of the MT (User Endpoint / 4G smartphone) because it has some sort of Address Book, or is that the designated format for a SIP INVITE (to: tel+###########) because he MO knows the MSIDSN (tel number) dialed .
I do not understand how the MO knows how to format the SIP URI format of the MT (Mobile Terminating) and would appreciate any insight into this.

Complaint regarding the Audio problem in handset
Dear Sir / Madam
I am having BlackBerry 8520 Curve and purchased it on May'10. After buying this BB handset I am facing the problem in audio and not able to listen the voice clearly. I had submitted my handset for 4th time at Redington India Limited Ahmedabad for the same issue, but the problem is yet not rectified.
I have submitted my handset again at Redington on 26th July 2012 and they have given me the estimate of Rs. 4200 to change the housing of the handset. Before that I have given my handset at Redington for the same audio problem on 14th Mar 2012, 16th Jan 2011 & also give while the handset was in warranty period, but the problem is still same.
Now my question is that, I have give mobile 4 times for same issue and still I am facing same problem than why should I pay for housing, as it is manufacturing fault of handset. Still my mobile is at Redington and I want the permanent resolution for the audio problem, and if you are not able to solve the problem than please keep the handset with you, as I don't want the defective handset.
I have purchased the Blackberry as it is the brand name and for the service but I am really disappointed by such kind of worst service.

Is the Orange Iphone 4 handset Unlocked? (UK)
Does anyone know if the orange PayG iPhone4 handset is unlocked. If it is unlocked I might have to cancel my order with apple as orange are selling the iphone4 at a cheaper price.
From what I can gather the handsets (including PAYG) bought from a network are locked to that network. For the sake of £30 difference between a 32GB bought from Apple SIM free, and a locked one on PAYG I'd rather have a SIM free one and so sticking with my order from Apple.
The difference of the 16GB is even less. -

Did you check the Zoom setting?
Have you tried a reset (reboot)? Hold HOME and SLEEP until an Apple logo appears.
If it isn't Zoom and a reboot doesn't help try Settings/General/Reset - Reset all settings -

I have a question that I think I know the answer to, but am looking for confirmation. I have a desktop computer at home that has clip art loaded onto it. I recently got an iPad and am looking for something similar. I assume I need to get an APP for it, and if that is correct, does anyone have one that they like?
Sort of. There is an app called art shop that gives you a place to park clip art. But I don't think you really need it.
If you have a collection of clip art you want available, move it to the camera roll on your pad/ phone, then copy paste into your document the clip you want.
You can get them into the camaera roll by putting them in a single event in your picture library and syncing them over, or e mail them to your self, and save to the camera roll, or send them to drop box, and bring them down that way.
The challenge is getting them all in one place to make it easy for you to find, which is why syncing might be the best approach in the long run.
As near as I can tell there is not a ready made clip art collection in app format laying around. -

Will I need to purchase iWork for my iPad if I purchase an iPhone 5s? Everybody knows the iPhone 5s with IOS7 gives iWork for free. I assume that if I buy an iPhone 5s (or 5c) then iWork would be listed as a "purchased" app in my itunes store under my account. My iPad retina is in the same account... or are keynote, pages, and numbers completely seperate between ipad and iphone? I know they would be a seperate purchase for my Powerbook. I am unable to share photos from the Iphoto program because I don't know the password for the SMTP account. How can I either retrieve or change that password? Or is it one I already should know?
Have you set the general preferences in iPhoto to email using iPhoto? Then change it to email using "Mail". This way iPhoto will use your regular Mail account.

Help!!! I've lost all of my contacts and information after the ios7 update. After the update I plugged my phone into my MacBook and it reverted back to my old icloud account. I checked my MacBook and everything on there is connected to my new icloud account. I'm not sure why this has happened, but I have been trying for two days to get my new icloud account back. My phone won't allowe to log out of the icloud account it is logged into because I don't know the password. Simple solution, reset the password. Not so simple. I don't have the email address associated with the account anymore. So I attempted the security question option. When I entered my birthdate, it said that it was incorrect. I have tried multiple times and nothing will work. Can someone please help me??
If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support. -

because I have other restriction, so I create two restricted key figure..
RK1 with restriction : Total Number of Note,
RK2 with restriction : Total Opening Days ,
then I Created a calculated key figure, average opening days in a period
CK1 = RK2 / RK1..
in this case, I am not sure if it will work or not..
for example, during RK2 calclation, it might be this 2+3 = 5, the line with 0 will be ignored..
during RK1 calcualtion, it might be 1 + 1 + 1 = 3. ---> Not sure in this case, the line with opening days 0 will be calculated or not..
