To link or not to link; iCloud multiple question

Ok, so far it seems that Apple has fired off a system "half-cocked" or at least they seem to keep quiet the opperations of this new system; both which are very poor customer relations issues. That being said...
A nice thing about iCloud is the linking of information from one devise to another: but I'm running into a question simi-related to others but can't seem to get the answer which is understood to my case.
What we have:
My wife and I both have different mobile me accounts using our separate accounts with iTunes
What we want:
linking of calendar
linking of iwork
linking of notes
separation of contacts
ability to iMessage a friend without the other receiving the message back
ability purchase an app or book and share it as if we bought the tangable, page turning book.
ability to play each other in game play on Words with Friends
ability to play games with our own high scores
What I already understand:
We can use different iCloud and iTunes account
We can use different iCloud and same iTunes accounts
We can use same iCloud and different iTunes accounts
Questions:
can we use different iCloud log in's and link iWork, calendar, and notes?
If we use the same iTunes log in, does that affect app game play on say Word's with Friends?
if we use the same iTunes log in, how does that affect app game play on games tied to the game center in regards to high scores?
if we use the same iCloud log in, will that affect app game play the same way?
if we use the same iCloud log in, will that affect iMessage between her and I? I'm understood that runing off iMessage in iCloud will turn off iMessage all together.
Thus far, it seems this system has good ideas, but provides more issues and restrictions than it offers. It opperates more as an afterthought rather than a strategic operation. I already can not use cloud with my computer as it would cost me (litterally) thousands of dollars in updates to already purchased software which will not run on Lion. At this point, I can no longer recommend Apple to anyone, not the phone, nor ipad, and especially not the computer as there is no difference between Mac and Windows anymore. It appears that PC has been working hard to LOOK like Mac and Mac is working hard to OPERATE WITH ISSUES like PC. Don't make anymore commercials about the flawless opperation of Mac vs Windows anymore as it will be false advertisement.

Sorry but apparently we are living in different timezones, so missed your answer because I was in dreamland.
If you want to report to a LMS, you probably want to have a score for each of the questions on the slide. That is a problem with the default Question slides, because they are always scored black/white: only when all the answers are correct will the user gets a score, otherwise it will be 'zero'. Partial scoring is not possible with default Question slides. Please, if you have some time, fill in a feature request to have this functionality high on the priority list of the Adobe developers.
Two possibilities:
If you want to continue using the default Question slides, have each question on a different slide and try to make the experience for the user as fluent as possible.
Create your own question slides, using the standard objects, user variables and advanced actions. But I warn you: this gives you total control, it is possible to report to a LMS but it wil mean a lot more development time. An Apple ID is used for everything (including this site) and including iCloud. See the quote below from https://appleid.apple.com/
There is no such thing as an iCloud password but it is possible that you have 2 Apple IDs and you are using one of them for iCloud.

I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and cannot link icloud to outlook

I upgraded to Windows 8.1 and now cannot link icloud to download my contacts and calendar to outlook.

This fixed the issue:
1. sign out of iCloud. (make sure you are really signed out or it won't work!)
2. open Outlook and make sure iCloud is not listed in Account Settings
3. close Outlook
4. sign in to iCloud and let it set up Outlook sync
You shouldn't need to reinstall anything. Just remember after the above, when you first look at your calendar/contacts in Outlook it will default to show your Outlook calendar and contacts (saved locally). You may need to select iCloud to see them.

Linking To Multiple Tables In WebDB

I am trying to link to multiple forms from one form and I am having
trouble. I can link individual columns in Reports but not in forms
unless I am missing something.
If I use QBE forms, it only allows me to link to one form.
For example,
I have a form based on Emp table
I would like a link on Sal and a link on deptno so that when a user
clicks on Sal it takes him/her to another form and brings up the record
based on the Sal he/she clicked on. Same with deptno. This means i will

If your requirement is to use many tables and need to pull many fields of those tables , then use SQL Query with Join. otherwise you can use simple insert, delete, update statements.

HT201342 Trouble linking iCloud E-Mial with my PC E-Mail app

Having trouble linking iCloud E-Mial with my PC E-Mail app. When I created the new iCloud user name I couldn't use my current Apple ID (@comcast.net) it required me to use a @iCloud.com address. I was never asked for a password for this new account but it did say this was created under my original Apple ID somehow. I got all of the server settings off of the support site and used the password for my original Apple ID but it doesn't work. Any ideas on where to go from here?

After a series of tests with the Thunderbird users, we've established the problem was not:
Mail/Thunderbird incompatibility
related to Mail's stationery
related to styled text
only because of attachments
only because of PDF attachments
Both users had the trouble after I forwarded PDFs to them from two different outside suppliers. So far, my theory is that there was something about those particular files. After five run-throughs where the co-workers had no problems with e-mail from me, I now want to replicate the problem, but (understandably) they're not eager to lose their work time to do it. I'll post more as I learn more.

Is it possible to create one home page with links to multiple forms in Adobe Forms Central?

I have several forms that are all related. Is it possible to have one online landing page where I can link to my other forms from?
It would be easier to share one link than multiple.

You could create either a web page of your own to include the links into, or you could create a form that you include the links in - maybe add them as single checkbox fields where the user could check the box stating that they have filled out the related form. There is a "Insert or edit Link" button in the top toolbar when designing a form, select text you would like to represent the link and click the link button to add the URL to a form.
The responses for each form would be connected to those individual forms and would not be presented together. When you recieve responses from the various forms you would not have any built in way to connect the same user to the variuos forms but you could include a "Required" email field in all forms so that you can see who submitted which forms that way.

Web Page with link to Multiple Queries

Hi All,
I have a webpage in EP iView which has ahref links to multiple queries in a table. When user clicks on a link the corresponsding query should open. I can do this giving HREF links to text for Query URL. In Development System If I do the URL is generated from WAS of Development system. So When I transport to EP production and When I click in the link it is opening the query in development system. So I need to change the URL to link to PRoduction query before transport.
Is there any way of doing this by providing a technical name of the query.

the URL generated for each system for each query is specific...
transporting the same URL to different system will not solve ur issue.
for e.g. open a query x in Dev. system
execute it in Web
it will generate a URL , this url is sppecfic to query x for Dev. system
even if u transport the url link to Prod system it will always open the query in Dev.......
try to open the query in Prod thru query designer
execute it in web
copy the url and paste it in ur code in PRod system
nwo use the link
it will execute ur query in prod....

One Rebate Agrement linked to multiple company codes

I have a question.Can you let me know on the rebate enhancements if any .I have a scenario where in have to create one Agreement type it can be any rebate agreement ...Customer Rebate ,material Rebate , Heirarchy rebate ..... which can be linked to multiple compnay codes.As per my understanding at the time of creating Rebate agreement it requires sales area data .If we supress that we can make a common Rebate agreement type. Can any one explain on this scenario...How can we go ahead

I think that in fact you could create one rebate agreement across payers and company codes (different company codes = different sales organizations), but probably this would only make sense if you you used Extended Rebate Processing.
After activating Extended Rebate you customize the VAKEY construction for S469 structure update so that the system knows, what are the actual values to settle. If you make sure that the rebate conditions in your agreement do not have the sales organization in the access sequence, then there should be no problem to determine those conditions in invoices across company codes. In fact what is important for rebate settlement is that the rebate condition assigned to the agreement is determined in the invoice, not that the sales organization or payer are the same.
Once the rebate conditions are determined in invoices, you must somehow settle the agreement. If you settle in one company code and to one payer only, then this is all you have to do - once the invoices have the conditions determined, settlement will see the values.
If you have to settle across company codes, you will have to introduce the sales organization in the variable key and assign it to sales organization field in the header of the credit memo (VBAK-VKORG). This should work.
I have never tested this particular scenarion, but I have done so many really strange things with extended rebate that I really think it should work. Just remember - the key is that your rebate conditions are determined in the relevant invoices (easiest to achieve by eliminating sales organization from access sequence). If the value is there, you should always find a way to settle (if standard customizing of extended rebates cannot do it, you always have the last option - RBT_ENH_BADI_SETTLE).
If you are successful, let me know - I would really like to know if this scenario is possible as well.

Use 'Find and Replace'>under the 'Edit' menu.
Select from 'Find in'- Folder and browse to the folder your website files are kept in to select it.
Search: Source Code
In the Find box (but obviously use YOUR image code):

Encrypting Aironet 1410 bridge link using multiple VLANs

I've looked at the documentation available for Aironet 1400 series, and still would like to see a single document showing an example of
the best encryption/authentication available for bridge links using multiple VLANs.
As I understand it, 1400 series can support WPA-PSK using AES, which would work for me. I just can't picture how to integrate chapters 9 and 10 for the 'WEP and WEP Features' + 'Configuring Authentication Types' instructions.
I'm looking either for an example config, or a step-by-step that did all steps consecutively.

What doc are you refering to? If you want to encrypt the link from root bridge to non-root bridge, then WPA/TKIP-PSK is what you should use. Don't worry about the example they show on the WEP, just use the configuration from the above link for your encryption.
Configuring a VLAN
Configuring your bridge to support VLANs is a five-step process:
1. Create subinterfaces on the radio and Ethernet interfaces.
2. Enable 802.1q encapsulation on the subinterfaces and assign one subinterface as the native VLAN.
3. Assign a bridge group to each VLAN.
4. (Optional) Enable WEP on the native VLAN. <-- Use WPA-PSK
5. Assign the bridge's SSID to the native VLAN.
