Hi All,
Can any one suggest how to do the below for service related orders/invoices:
The services are provided from a UK company to another UK company and UK VAT should be applied. In these two invoices the ship to is in Spain and the sold to is in UK and that is where the tax should be calculated not on the ship to. So there should be a local UK tax rate applied.

Please follow these 2 things and rest system will take care:
1) In sprosd-basic functions- taxesmaintain sales tax identification number.
Against your sales org, just maitain A.
2) Maintain VAT id code in sold to party and not ship to party.

I have postings with the line exchange rate difference and strange is, if the tax on the normal posting is calculated, there is also calculated tax on the exchange rate difference amount. Our FI experts said that this is not correct and the tax shouldn't be calculated on such postings like interests or exchange rate differences...
Any tip, where I can check or set this?

Hi Saso,
Have a look with FS00 if the account for exchange rate is tax relevant.
When you change this to not tax relevant please test it in Q system perhaps it blocks automatecly posting

Make-to-order. Requirement linked to Quotation and not to Sales Order

After we have changed our Make-To-Order Materials from unvaluated sales order stock to valuated Sales Order Stock we do face a problem with the Requirement for those Sales Orders lines which are started with a Quotation. After running MRP a planned Order is created (ok) but the Planned Order is linked to the Quotation line and not to the Sales order line. When converting the Planned order to a Production order the AFPOD-KDAUF field is the number of the Quotation and unfortunately not the Sales Order number.
The Quotation looks ok. Item category is AGN and Schedule line category is BN (no MRP). When converting the Quotation into a Sales Order the Item category change to TAN and schedule lin category is now CP.
The copy rules QT -> OR (VTAA) shows copying requirement = 501 Schedule qty >0 and DataT = 201 General Schedule line Data
Anyone got a clue about where to look? ¨

Thanks for your proposals.
The Materials involved are standard items (FINI -> NORM) and our Set-up with item category TAN works perfectly when we create a Sales Order without a Quotation first. And the way we solve the problem manually right now is to convert the Quotation and delete in line item and recreate them manually.
I found that if i delete the requirement type in the Quotation and then convert the Quotation into a Sales Order then the Planned with be linked to the Sales Order = perfect.
Any other ideas

It does make sense. The iPhone is a one-person device and just syncs to one computer.
The way it should work is as follows:
Old computer content ---> New computer
New computer <---> syncs to iPhone
But the way you are trying to operate sounds like:
Old computer content ---> iPhone
... and ...
New computer content <---> iPhone
So simply move your old stuff (either directly from iTunes, or from a computer backup) to the new computer, have it all there, then sync your iPhone to the new machine.

Block sold-to-party not ship-to-party

Hi experts,
Let us assume that i have a create a sales order which has sold to partt customer A and ship to party customer B.
Now, in our SAP system, if customer A is not block during credit limit check and customer A is block at credit limit we cannot delivery the goods.
Is there any possibility to , in this case, the goods to be delivered even ship-to-party is blocked at credit limit?

I was wrong with credit block.
In my situation we're talking about XD05 blocking.
So the problem is we use transaction XD05 where we can block customer at order, delivery and billing.
For example, if customer A has order block in XD05 than if we create a order and ship-to-party is customer A that we cannot create order.
We have a similar situation in our company and i'm wondering if is possible to create a order even the ship-to-party is block to order in XD05.
is this possible?

I can't make an in-app purchase in the app game Campus Life. iTunes goes to the credit card and I don't have a credit card, and so an error shows up insufficient funds. I have money in my iTunes account from the gift card. How do I buy through iTunes not through a Credit card? I didn't see anything on iTunes/apple account that will let me change it. I see other people can get gems or whatever through iTunes in-app. Please help ASAP! Thanks.

I have a problem with iCloud - i have great internet access at work, but slow internet access at home (less than 1MB/PS) and I use the full range of iCloud syncing facilities. How can i make my devices ONLY sync at work.. and not at home??

As stated above, if i go out during the day, buy an app, download a song and take 20 photo's when i get home my devices will all take 30mins to sync before i can even browse websites or check my facebook at home.

How can I make the web server work on port 80 and not 443. I can only access my website using https.

On a Mac Mini server with OS X Lion 10.7.2, I am unalbe to get the web server working on port 80. It switches automatically to port 443 (https).
This situation complicates the access to FileMaker Web publishing, as I don't want my clients having to use https.
How can I change that? Does anyone know?

Well, that's a problem for a start.
Your port 80 connection should NOT use SSL. Port 80 is the standard HTTP port, not HTTPS and most applications that connect to port 80 will not expect to use SSL
If you want to run a site under both HTTP and HTTPS then you create two sites, one on port 80 without SSL and one on port 443 with SSL

While opening a new tab via the Alt + Enter command, is it possible to make it open next to the current tab, and not in the end?

There is not a built-in setting for opening new "unrelated" tabs anywhere except at the end of the tab bar.
Various add-on authors have tackled this request over the years. It's not really clear to me which of these extensions still work, but you might check the reviews and see what you think. (I haven't tried these myself)
