ok I have one log in forums one for BB world and one vender. and I can not find a way to combind all 3. I have tried and it says BBid taken

Why no feature to organize my many mail accounts in the sidebar?

I have many email accounts in my sidebar of Thunderbird. They are listed from top to bottom according to when I added them on the account settings. But, once they are added, there is no way to organize them from top to bottom. The only way is to delete all my accounts and then add them in the order I want them to appear in the sidebar. The feature I am asking for is something akin to the up/down organizer in Firefox's "Manage Search Engines" customization screen. A simple list of my email accounts, with a "Move Up" and "Move Down" buttons would be perfect. Often, I add new accounts or accounts get hot or lose their immediate usefulness so I'd prefer to bump them up or down accordingly. Why not?
Also, why even bother with an "Inbox" when the email account is right above it? But the only thing that shows when you click on say "[email protected]" is a silly watered down "Email/Accounts/Advanced Features" list of options I can already perform with either toolbar buttons or a drop-down menu. Waste of space, even though you didn't ask me. :)

I did search but found nothing directly relevant. We have one laptop with one administrator account. How many user accounts besides mine am I allowed?

More than one account can be logged in at a time? How does that work?
In System Preferences>Accounts, unlock the lock, click on Login Options, at the bottom enable Fast User Switching.
Sounds like a nightmare waiting to happen maybe?

If you have enough RAM & HD Free Space it allows others to use the Mac without you quitting all your work, and it keeps things separate. Great if you have young ones using it because you can make managed accounts & control which APPs they can use & other things... and without them destroying your data.

Sharing a folder between many user accounts on same computer

Well, I need some help to find out what I am doing wrong. I would like to share a folder amongst many user accounts on the same computer.
Actual Situation:
I have Account A (Admin) Public folder allowing other users to read/write. Account B (user) write a file into the Public folder. Account A (Admin) cannot see any file. Account B sees the files.
Desired Situation:
I would like Account A to be able to read/write the files Account B user put into the public folder.
The public folder has all the right permissions. What am I missing?

How many itunes accounts are allowed per computer?

Hi, I'm trying to figure out the best way to handle configuring all 80 of the iPads my business is purchasing. I know there is a limit of 10 devices per iTunes account. How many iTunes accounts are permitted per computer? I tried to just create 8 apple ids, which I was able to do online. But when I try to sign in to those on iTunes, once I get to the part where I verify with a credit card, I can not get past the 3rd one. I have previously signed in with 2 other accounts on my machine, so I'm wondering if there is a limit of 5 accounts per computer. Can anyone verify? If that's true, what suggestions do you have for how to get around or best manage this situation?

The limit you are referring to is for a single personal Apple ID (not for multiple users) that is allowed to be associated with a total of 10 devices (up to 5 computers and the rest on iOS devices). Example you can have 5 computers and 5 iOS devices, 3 computers and 7 iOS devices, but not 6 computers and 4 iOS devices.

Again this is for a single user. For multiple users like in schools or businesses you need to use VPP to purchase multiple licenses. http://www.apple.com/business/vpp/

You can only set up a limited number of new iCloud accounts per device. Is it possible that someone else created these accounts? Is it a second-hand device? In this case you will have to use an other device if you want to create a new iCloud account.

We wouldnt be able to tell you exactly how many symbolic accounts you may need to create for the 41 Wage Types as it is specific to your requirement.

Organzing & setup for many email accounts

Hi,
I run a number of websites/domains and each has a number of email accounts that I need to adminster. In my last email client on a PC, I could create seperate "boxes" for each domain and then in each box, create as many email accounts and addresses as needed.
How can I do this with Mail without logging out and switching users? It seems like I can create as many seperate email accounts, but they're all lumped in together in one box. In other words, I don't want to check 32 email accounts when I'm just trying to check the 4 accounts for www.domain-x.com, and then afterward check for www.domain-z.com's accounts - without signing off.

Note sure what G mail is, but if it involves another isp email provider not interested, I have multiple accounts as a garbage dump for spam possibilities too much spam on one account bye bye. Usually 2 main email accounts though. btw, not a memory issue either. still plenty left. Was looking at the contacts thread and there is receiving/sending issues with email since 2.0 update anyway.

I had the same problem and I found this answer to a similar question to ours, so I copied and pasted it for you
Reset the device by holding down the home button and the sleep/wake button at the same time for approximately 10 seconds. After it resets the message will be gone and you can go to settings > icloud and put in your password.
That seems to be a bug with the password alert where it won't respond correctly sometimes.

You can set up a maximum of 3 accounts with any device. After that all you can do is either re-use one of the accounts already created or set up a new one using another iOS device or Mac running OS X 10.7.4 or later, if you have one. (You can't delete iCloud accounts.)
