Hi,
I preordered midnight memories the day that it was available and today Monday the 28th of October "Story of My LIfe was available". it says that i purchased the song and that my preorder is on the album but the song is not in my music! can someone please tell me what is happening and how i can get my song? I never received an email about my download being available, so i have no link. I have tried everything you guys have suggested above but its not working for me . Everytime i go to the download section of my music it says that i have no active downloads. Can someone please please please help me....i'd really like my song! Thanks so much!
Also i was thinking, maybe if i cancel my order and reorder it then i can get my song. Would this be a better option? and would i get my money refunded right away?
i was also thinking about reporting my problem to Itunes, but apparently you need your digital receipt to do that which i no longer have what do i do???

Does anyone know if there's a way to change the questions themselves? (Frankly, they have to be the most ridiculous security questions I've ever seen. A good security question should be one that you'll have no problem remembering the answer to, even if you're asked years later. To answer one from the third batch, I'd have to make something up, which makes it unlikely I'll remember the answer later. And I certainly don't want to have to write the answers down somewhere.)

If it is asking for the screen-lock passcode then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

Hi I just bought an Adobe photoshop lightroom 5 from amazon. It just came in the mail, and I am trying to install it. What I am having problem is the serial number. You purchased the wrong license. You should have purchased Lightroom at the full price. I don't know what the Amazon price is, but Adobe sells it for $149. You will have to contact Amazon and see if there is any way you can exchange for the right license.

Just a heads up regarding iOS 7; use caution if you NEED your phone.

Aside from the myriad things that can go wrong with a major OS upgrade like this, what has happened the last few times Apple released a major upgrade is that many people were left without a functional phone for a few hours as your phone needs to reauthorize itself with Apple after an upgrade, and those authorization servers get overloaded even if those serving the software upgrade itself do not.
If I recall correctly, when iOS 6 was released, many peoples' phones did not authorize for an hour or two.
I also recall that for many the upgrade process itself took multiple hours to complete, and then there were quite a few "teething" issues that needed to be worked out (one of the biggest was that Wi-Fi wouldn't work anymore, with people being asked to log into a website at Apple for which they had no login or password.)
Likewise I recall the iTunes Match servers were swamped, so many were left with a blank music list for a day or two.
Therefore, if you know you're going to need your phone within say three to four hours of when you plan to do the upgrade, you may want to wait until later this week when the traffic to Apple's servers slows down a bit.

In crystal report version XI, can you write your query in sqlplus and then use the crystal report designer to build your report instead of using the GUI . I would like to be able to go database and show sql query and open that query and make changes directly there, is that possible on this version, if yes is there a setting somewhere? Please let me know.

I upgraded Pages 5.1 on 2/25/14. All worked fine until yesterday when I could not open my journal (large file) giving me the warning "you need a newer version of Pages to open this document". Other documents open. What to do?

You have 2 versions of Pages on your Mac.
Pages 5 is in your Applications folder.
Pages '09/'08 is in your Applications/iWork folder.
You are alternately opening the wrong versions.
Pages '09/'08 can not open Pages 5 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5/5.01 can not open Pages 5.1 files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5.1 sometimes can not open its own files and you will get the warning that you need a newer version.
Pages 5 can open Pages '09 files but may damage/alter them. It can not open Pages '08 files at all.
Once opened and saved in Pages 5 the Pages '09 files can not be opened in Pages '09.
Anything that is saved to iCloud is also converted to Pages 5 files.
All Pages files no matter what version and incompatibility have the same extension .pages.
Pages 5 files are now only compatible with themselves on a very restricted set of hardware, software and Operating Systems and will not transfer correctly on any other server software than iCloud.
Apple has not only managed to confuse all its users, but also itself.
Note: Apple has removed over 95 features from Pages 5 and added many bugs:

You need to have already set up the FindMyiPod feature on the iPod and wifi must be on. There is not other way except to find the iPod and then wipe the iPod. Apple will not help.

WHAT BOTHERS YOU ABOUT YOUR NOKIA AND WHAT ...

I know all of you have something you would change/add to your phone. I would add a flash light app that comes included in the basic software. I am sick and tiered of someone pulling out a sonyericson and lighting up the darkness with their stupid flash light (camera flash stays on till you turn it off), while i keep focusing and getting ready for the 1 sec of light my flash gives. Another thing that i hate is the fact that all though nokia n95 (my phone) has an accelerometer like the iphone and so many other phones it does not have the application that allows you to simply tilt the phone and change the song, or instead of using keys in games simly tilt the phone, it would be so much more fun. Such an app exist but is takes so much damn effort to install it on your phone it's not worth the effort. in the latest n95 software (v.30) the app rotateme was included in the software and i realy hope they will include what i talked about earlier. These are some things that bother me about my phone and i am sure you have some things that bother you about yours, so please post whatever you would change/add to your nokia phone in this topic
