To see pay method I tap on View Apple ID but get a blank screen. Why? iOS 8 iPad

I Tap on Settings, iTunes and Apps store, tap on my Apple ID to show View my Apple ID. I tap on View my Apple ID to bring up payment method but get a blank screen. How can I correct problem? I have turned iPad off and on With no improvement.

Not sure what would cause that. You could try a simple reset to see if that would help (hold the power and home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo, then release). If that doesn't work, you can always review and update your payment information from your other device. If your computer is signed into your account you can also do it from there (see iCloud: View or change your iCloud payment information).

I have an issue with my Apple payment account. whenever I download any app, it asks for icloud, apple id password, once I do that, then it says need to verify sign in. I do that also, then it says there was a problem with your method of payment.
So I thought I should re update my Payment info.
So going thru apple id and I tap on View apple ID, the screen goes blank, nothing appears.
The phone is working fine , No other issues.

try to quit the mail application in the multitasking feature. if this does not work try to reset the device manualy by pressing the home and power button until it powers off and restarts with the apple logo.

I had this same problem. Tried everything the internet said including a full restore. Which was terrible. Nothing worked until.....go to general...reset....reset all settings.
You had to go back in and reset anything you customized afterwards, however it does not allow the store to load. Thanks!

FORCE IPAD INTO RECOVERY MODE
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. If you did not do step 4 properly, start all over again.

Look, I understand I still need a card attached to the account. The problem is, it won't accept my card because I only have 87 cents in my bank account right now.
If I had known there would be so much trouble with the iTunes card, I would have just put the cash in my bank account in the morning instead of buying an iTunes card (I didn't expect the banks to be open on Thanksgiving of course).
Apple will only accept cards that have a balance. The balance is so small in my account that it won't accept it as a valid card.
I'm going to have to contact Apple anyway to reset the security questions. That's obvious. Your answers were not exactly helpful. You didn't tell me anything I don't already know, but thanks for trying to be helpful.

When I open my messages and tap on a message to read it in full, i get a blank screen. How do I fix this

Did you try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again? You will not lose data doing a reset.

When on a Web site when I try to enlarge the view of an item or try to upload a picture on E-Bay I keep getting a blank screen.

Apple techs/developers don't monitor these fora officially, we are just fellow users here.
You are not alone in wanting various apps for AppleTV - I have mixed feelings and suspect there are some difficulties getting rights/apps for all countries which may be aprt of the issue.
You may know you can 'Airplay' some internet media from iPhones/iPads/current Macs, but even then some iPhone apps block sending the video to AppleTV due to licensing restrictions

When I click the View option to view a document on my insurance website, I only get a blank screen with words Mozilla Firefox, and below it, "Search Bookmarks and History" in the upper left corner of the screen.

This also happened at a bookseller's website, when I clicked on the photo of a book to enlarge it. Instead of showing me an enlargement, it took me to the same blank screen with the title bar, "Mozilla Firefox", and below it another bar with the words "Search Bookmarks and History," both at the top left of the screen. This has happened repeatedly at the two websites I have mentioned. When I went to the same sites using Internet Explorer, the error didn't occur. I did a Microsoft system restore for a previous restore point, but it still did not eliminate this glitch.

Please do not post your phone number in a public forum, that is extremely unintelligent.
Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new).
As already stated, the iPhone is designed to be synced and backed up regularly either to a computer running iTunes or iCloud.
If you do not have Wi-Fi, simply purchase and install a Wi-Fi router but frankly you are better off syncing to a computer.

Update your iPad to iOS 5.1.1. Connect your iPad to your computer, launch iTunes then click on the Check for Update button.
