To select next level agents from workitem !!!!

Hi Guys,
Could someone guide me in solving this issue.
After workflow is triggered , there is workitem in user's inbox , from workitem that user should be able to select appropriate sap user from a list and then send an object on which it was triggered for further level of approval.

Hi Gurus,
I am using FM 'SWI_WORKITEMS_OF_OBJECT_GET' in order to get the workitems peer each order id.
But the thing is I need a FM to get the current agents for each level. For example I need the current agents for each workitem.
Does anybody know which FM could I use ?

Please use the SAP_WAPI function modules - other function modules are not released for customer and are at your own risk - in particular they may not work as you expect between upgrades. Plus the signature of the fm is usually a bit easier to work with. There is a SAP_WAPI equivalent of the above fm called SAP_WAPI_WORKITEMS_TO_OBJECT and another for agents called SAP_WAPI_WORKITEM_RECIPIENTS.

I have been learning and using Photoshop (CS 5) for several months now and having a wonderful time. In the past several months I have come to learn many features of Photoshop and continue to learn more. (Do you ever stop learning more when using Photoshop? => )
My question is this, are are some tips to take Photoshop to the next level? From being an advanced beginner - intermediate to being an intermediate - advanced user. I know part of this is going to be nothing but experience and time. But are there any tips to help me make that step?

I would say it would be time to take advantange of pay training video's/websites/services. I see it this way, to become a "pro" your are getting to a point mindset wise were you are thinking about making a profit. As the saying goes, "It takes money to make money" and training falls into that category as well.
Think of these pay companies as you would going to college. Yeah college is faster and more expensive, but learning on your own with some help from others can get you there, especially if you have short schedules or short on funds, they may be cheaper in the short run, but over time it just may be near the same cost since it tends to take longer(guessing).
Night courses at your local community college is also another alternative as well as your local tech school, here in New York they are called Boards of Cooperative Educational Services {BOCES [Boe - See - z] }

How to Skip agent to next level?

Hi All,
I am stuck in workflow. need to skip agent to next level so that other person can able approve the order.
We have created order type ZXXX for Credit memo req AMR 6XXXXXX8. In Netweaver it is assigned to ABC USER. It is not his area. I think he forgot to cancel assignment. Now he is on vacation for two weeks.
Urgently we need to skip him and assign to some other user , how can we do this in workflow.

Hi Subhanshu,
As told by Bikas you can forward work item through SWIA if you want to forward it to person whose id is different than the id through which you are forwarding. In case you need to forward it same id through which you have log in , you can make use of FM SAP_WAPI_FORWARD_WORKITEM just pass workitem id to be forwarded in work item id and and user id in user id.

Upgrading to Lion
If your computer does not meet the requirements to install Mavericks, it may still meet the requirements to install Lion.

How to forward the workitem to next level on Missed Deadline?

I have enabled Latest End Deadline on a particular task. The requirement is to forward the workitem to the next level approver once the dead line is missed.
I have tried to use Workflow Wizard Modeled deadline monitoring. It creates few additional steps but it just sets the workflow to obselete. I need to forward the workitem to next level. What needs to be done after the above step so that the work item is sent to the next level.

I am also learning workflows and I have been asked to create a workflow deadline which will escalate the workitem to the next level approver once the deadline is missed.
I too created a deadline using the workflow wizard. Next I created a step in the obsolete outcome identical to the main step.
In this step do I user the rule 168? And how does the workflow look for the superior of the manger who has missed the deadline and not the workflow initiator.

Upon startup Firefox says "Proxy is refusing connections." When I select "Auto-Detect Proxy" from Advanced settings and solve problem, changes are not saved and upon next startup I must select again...!

Firefox 4 was working fine. Then one day, when I started up Firefox, it says "Proxy is refusing connections." I solved this by selecting "Auto-Detect Proxy" from Advanced network settings, but my changes are not saved and upon every start-up I must select it again! (I even completely removed my webroot antivirus protection, as it as hindering many proxy related programs, but this seems to not be the source of the problem)

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"

Terrible Customer support, I upgraded my account they took the money and nothing works. I have done chat support and was told they were levating to the next level of support and have heard nothing. I have been on hold on the phone for over an hour.

I upgraded my account yesterday. They charged my card and nothing works, I was on with online chat support for a hour last night. I was told they were levating my support to the next level. Never heard back from anyone I have been on hold for over an hour on phone support.
This is really awefull way to treat your customers.

Since I've updated to iOS 6 I am unable to use the next/back buttons from Headphone for audio book chapters.

Since I've updated from iOS 5 to iOS 6 I am unable to use the next/back buttons from Headphone for audio book chapters.
This is working fine for albums but are broken for audio books.
The back button refers always to the first chapter of the audio book (very annoying if you are in the middle of an audio book) and the nex button goes one level higher back to the selection of the audio book itself.
In iOS 5.0 it was still possible to navigate throught the audio book chapters using these buttons.
This still happens in iOS 6.1.
Is this a known bug?
Does any solution exist?

To gdgmacguy your a f****** idiot for one I'm having the same problem as pennymar. And you tell me to quit whinning. You got more problems then the iOS 6 you did not answer my question nor the other 13 or whatever you replied to within a 30 min time frame. You must got nothing better to do then to harass people and to pretend you know something about apple products. Which you don't from what I've read the other advices you should have gave to other people. But you didn't you replied a question back to the people asking a question. So if your not gonna use these community forums the right way don't use them at all.

According to your description, after selected “Change Password at next logon” setting, logged on users were prompted to change their passwords after about 10 seconds, right?
This is a normal behavior. I understand that you expect that this change password page will only appear after a user logged on from a local computer through Winlogon.exe, which is called
Interative Logon.
The fact is that there are many logon types besides an Interactive Logon, in your case, the logon type used by Outlook is
Service Logon, and RDS uses RemoteInteractive Logon type.
You can view these logon events under Security Logs
if you have Audit Policy enabled, there are numerous of them.

As you said we have to use deadline monitoring here.
For this case use 'Requested Start'. From your i came to know this workitem should be a dialog workitem, so the workflow will wait for the time what you have specified in the requested start and when it is reached it places the workitem in the corresponding recipient inbox.

Hi,
Normally you use a display transaction task in dialog to the user in the workflow and the next step you put the user decision, when you have advance with dialog set, and use the same agent. The user will immediately see the user decision when he/she clicked back or abort in the display transaction.
However, what I usually do to speed up the business process is to simply put all of the data relevent for decision making in the user decision text. That way in one screen the person sees all of the relevant data and can make a decision based on that data.
I also include an option to see the data with the ususal SAP transaction.

Personas: how to direct UI to next-level Copy View (not to Basic View)?

Hi there,
I am having issues with UI jumping from "Home" screen to next-level view when doing IW22.
After running IW22, Home UI goes to "Init notif" screen (ie the second-level screen). I made a copy of the "Basic View" of this second-level screen with a few modifications. If I re-run IW22 from Home screen without restarting Personas, the UI goes from Home screen to the Copy View of second UI. Fine.
Now if I shoutdown Personas and start it again, after running IW22 from Home screen, UI goes to the "Basic View" of the second level always, but not to the modified Copy View that should be used.
Q1: Does anyone know how to direct the Home Screen to the copy view of the second UI, but not to the Basic View?
By the way:
Q2: In Personas main window it shows only the "top-level" profile names. Does anyone know how to directly select the "Second-level" profile from Personas main UI for editing?

FM/Code to retrieve agent from Rule (Agent Determination: Responsibitlites)

Hi All,
I have a requirement to pick agents from a Rule (Agent Determination: Responsibitlites).
I would like to select the agent, for the respective conditions (as defined in its Container). If there is NO RESULT (no user assigned), I would like to add in WF admin rather than returning NO AGENT.
I am looking for any FM or some code which will help me search this rule and picks the relevant agents.
If there is no agent determined I will then determine WF admins and add to it.
(This way I can send the workitem to WF admin than to allow the rule terminate in error - when there is NO Result)
(Terminate If Rule Resolution Without Result is checked)
Kindly guide me on this.

Is there a way to change my user agent from Safari to Internet Explorer?

Hello All,
I need to fill out a application on line and it appears that it does not recognize Safari. Sounds like it needs to see IE. Anyway to temporarily enable IE for this application? Otherwise I have to go use a PC at the local library....
These instructions below in no way match my Snow Leopard 10.6.8 on my iMac - they don't make sense to me. Any help/guidance is appreciated to fill out this on-line form. Thanks!

Launch Safari. From the Safari menu bar top of your screen click Safari. From the drop down menu click Preferences then select the Advanced tab.
Select: Show Develop menu in menu bar
Now from the Safari menu bar again, click Develop > User Agent
Try IE 7, 8, or 9.
