To take product with the credit card

I am from Brazil and I want to buy a laptop with the pickup store option, and I will go to the USA next week.
The credit card that I use to do the buy is of my cousin, waht I need to do for to pick up the product in best buy store ?
I need to take the original credit card of my cousin ?

You will not be able to use that credit card, because it is not your credit card.  In order to purchase using a credit card, you must have a credit card that is in *YOUR* name and matches your identification card.  A picture ID will be required, and the name and information on the credit card must match that on your photo ID.

    The message you received indicates that the phone is locked to a carrier other than the one for which you have a SIM. You'll need to take the issue up with Apple. Nothing you do with iTunes is going to make a difference. 
    I'm quite surprised that the UK Apple Store replaced a U.S. purchased phone. They usually won't.

    Hi! I'm paying the Adobe CC plan for about 5 or 6 months, but the last month i have a trouble with the Credit Card and the auto payment of the Adobe CC was not completed. I have now restored the Credit Card and when i wanted to update the credit card info in order to continue paying for this product it says the card is invalid.
    Please help, because in two days more i going to lose the subscription and i need the program for the University.

    Its there. :) just made a new apple Id. Follow these instructions
    For iPad, iPhone or iPod touch:
    Open the App Store app. When you do there's the blue thing that pops up asking log in with apple id, create new apple id or cancel. Hit cancel. Find a free app. Open it. Click the "free" option in blue. Then click "install app" option in green. This will bring back the blue thing to sign in with current apple I'd or create new. Click create new. Follow steps. When you come to payment method, "none" is listed in the credit card section below discover.

    Try:

  • I added an iTunes card to my account. THe balance shows on the account, but I can not download, because iTunes has an issue with the debit card linked to the account. Shouldn't it default to the balance from the card I added?

    iTunes keeps telling me my debit card is declined, when I am trying to use an iTunes card that I added today. The amount from the iTunes card shows on the account.

    You need to fix the issue with the credit card on the iTunes account or you can remove the credit card.

    Where are you located?
    Just go and buy an iTunes gift card at any store in your country.
    Then follow all the steps you did, but when it asks you for the credit card number, there shoujld be a GIFT CARD option which will let you load your account witht eh funds form the gift card without providing a credit/debit card #.

    Yes, it's frustrating.
    I don't have my iPod with me but, as I recall, the change is done in Settings/Store.  That change will apply to NEW purchases.  However, be aware that all purchases are permanently associated with the Apple ID that was originally used.  Generally, it's only a problem when you need to update an app.  IF you do your updating from iTunes and your logged in to the "wrong" ID, you'll need to log out and back in again.  It's easier from the iPod as you do not need to log out/in but you do need to know the password.
    Unfortunately, you can not merge IDs nor can you transfer purchases from one ID to another.  Go here to find out exactly what you have.  I have the same problem so I deliberately made both passwords identical to make things slightly easier for me.

    Gift cards are country specific.
    They can only be used inside the borders of the country of issue.

  • I requested a repair, but there was an error after clicking the button with my credit card info. I was still charged, but the form email I received the next day had incorrect info about my iPod Touch problem. How can I contact CS w/o paying $19?!

    My iPod Touch battery is not working. I requested a repair through the Apple Support. On the final page, when I clicked the button that puts the info through with your credit card number, the resulting page gave an error (I wish I'd have saved it!). Anyhow, I checked my credit card and it was charged, so I assumed the repair request went through. The next day I received a form email saying my problem was with "Sync with iTunes (Not iCloud) - Data Backup/Migration (not iCloud)" instead of the battery repair. It also says for iPod customers, to send your iPod to Apple - but I had requested the "iPod Coffin" to be mailed to me so I could send it back. Obviously there was an error between the request and what was received, so I'd like to ask Customer Service about it. However, I can't find a way to contact them. When I replied to that form email, I recieved an automated reply saying emails there were not read. Anything online asks me to pay $19 and I don't have the correct issues to request an exception. The closest store is over an hour away or I'd simply go there to ask. What can I do?! Any suggestions you have are much appreciated. Thank you!
    PS - The form email also says if I wait 10 days the repair request will be canceled. Does this mean my credit card will be refunded for the $85 battery replacement charge if it is canceled automatically?

    Thanks, but I've been on the phone with AppleCare US (where I am and live) and AppleCare UK. They continue bouncing me back and forth without helping resolve the problem.
    Perhaps someones knows how to further escalate the issue at Apple?
