To view the created orders

Hi Folks,
I have installed the MAM 2.5 SR5 application successfully.
Now, on the client the application is running successfully.
But when you create the order can you please let me know in the backend
where should and go and check the created order.
Inorder to view the orders in the backend do i need to do any settings or
if i just perform a sync it is fine to view the orders.
Bye,
Aswini

Hi Rahul,
No, i was not able to locate the created order on the backend system.
when i create the order on the client it has option to create the notification
and then from the notification screen it has an option to create the
order no. But when i try to give an order no. for the created order it says
it is Error:906 selected notification is already associated with the local order.
Can you please let me know the exact procedure to create an order on the client
and then if i perform a sync if there are not errors in the middleware and if i go
to transaction iw33 in the backend it should allow to see the created order.
But if there are some other proceduere do let me know.
Thanks,
Ashu

  • Why we cannot view the move orders which are created by the other user?

    Hi,
    Can any one explain me the below point.
    Why we cannot view the move orders which are created by the other user.
    Ex: From ABC user I have created a Move Order: 123456 in M1 Org If I login to the other user BCD I cannot view the same move order in the same ORG i..e M1 ORG.
    But we can perform the transact move orders for move orders which is created by the other user.
    What could be the reason? Why the system is restricting this? Is this the standard functionality of oracle?
    Can any one explain?
    Regards,
    Kv.

    This is due to a security function which allows to see the move orders created by the user only.
    Please refer to the meta link document ID 280131.1 for detailed description.
    I have tried these steps in one of my test instances long back and was able to see move orders created by other users.
    Thanks

  • Is there anyway to view the purchase order information foreach transaction

    hi sap techies
    Currently the FAGLB03 does not display the vendor related information for transactions coming through as a goods receipts (transactions processed by receiving dept) and/or related to purchase orders. Is there anyway to view the purchase order information for each transaction? For example, we cannot see vendor code/name, po #, etc.

    HEllo,
    FAGLL03 displays information from the line items of the accounting documents. If the information you want to display exists in tables you can display. But if the information you want comes from other tables you cannot display.
    As a workaround you can check the SAP note 1034354 which tells you how to add the offsetting accounting information and then you cna display some of the information you want. To do so you can create your own coding into a BADI implementation.

  • How to view the planned orders in mass and how to delete in mass

    Hi gurus,
    How to view the planned orders in mass and how to delete in mass.
    Regards
    R.Rajakarthik

    Hi,
    Use the collective display of planned orders, transaction code MD16.
    You can select the data by different options and choose which ones or all that you need to delete.
    Click the Delete button to trash them.
    This will delete planned orders without deleting the planned independent requirements and sales orders.
    Hope it helps

    Every user created in the system are liable to create Purchase Requisition . in order to create ever user as a Purchasing Group . It could be too tidicious process.

  • Want to view the created zip file via Bursting in Oracle Apps

    Hello,
    I' ve created a Bursting control file and invoked the concurrent request (XML Publisher Report Bursting Program, XDOBURSTREP) within the after-report trigger in oracle reports.
    My Bursting-Control file as follows:
    <xapi:requestset xmlns:xapi="http://xmlns.oracle.com/oxp/xapi" type="bursting">
    <xapi:request select="/XXMI_OM_QUOTE/LIST_G_ORDERS/G_ORDERS">
    <xapi:delivery>
    <xapi:filesystem id="file1" output="/usr/tmp/DEV1/${QUOTE_NO}"></xapi:filesystem>
    </xapi:delivery>
    <xapi:document output-type="pdf" delivery="123">
    <xapi:template type="xsl-fo" location="xdo://XXMI.XXMI_OM_QUOTE.en.US">
    </xapi:template>
    </xapi:document>
    </xapi:request>
    </xapi:requestset>
    It works fine. e.g. Bursting creates two pdf-files and one zip file in unix, which I can see when pushing the View Output of the request(XML Publisher Report Bursting Program):
    <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" ?>
    - <BURS_REPORT>
    <REQUESTID>643527</REQUESTID>
    <PARENT_REQUESTID>643525</PARENT_REQUESTID>
    <REPORT_DESC>XXMI OM Quote</REPORT_DESC>
    <OUTPUT_FILE>/u00/erp/dev1APP/inst/apps/DEV1/logs/appl/conc/out/o643527.zip</OUTPUT_FILE>
    - <DOCUMENT_STATUS>
    <KEY />
    <OUTPUT_TYPE>pdf</OUTPUT_TYPE>
    <DELIVERY>FILESYSTEM</DELIVERY>
    <OUTPUT>/usr/tmp/DEV1/10000012.pdf</OUTPUT>
    <STATUS>success</STATUS>
    <LOG />
    </DOCUMENT_STATUS>
    - <DOCUMENT_STATUS>
    <KEY />
    <OUTPUT_TYPE>pdf</OUTPUT_TYPE>
    <DELIVERY>FILESYSTEM</DELIVERY>
    <OUTPUT>/usr/tmp/DEV1/10000026.pdf</OUTPUT>
    <STATUS>success</STATUS>
    <LOG />
    </DOCUMENT_STATUS>
    </BURS_REPORT>
    But instead of this XML-output I wish a link to the file on unix. How can I link <OUTPUT_FILE>/u00/erp/dev1APP/inst/apps/DEV1/logs/appl/conc/out/o643527.zip</OUTPUT_FILE> within the view Output-Button of this request?
    Thanks in advance for any clues

    That is not how bursting works in EBS.
    The View Output from XDOBURSTREP is the Bursting Status Reprot.
    The bursted results are (potentially) multiple files so cannot be linked to view output.
    Depending upon the delivery channel chosen you have to either read the email, check the fiel system or printer, to see the results.
    The delivery channel bypasses the standard EBS request view.

  • BAPI commit without using Wait? need to get the data for created order

    I am using BAPI to create or change sales order and by using 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT' updating the database.
    Immediately after that there is some requirement to fetch VBAP with the created order number, but there is no data found.
    If i use call function 'BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT'
                 exporting
                   wait          =  'X'.
    then i am able to fetch data from VBAP, but its impacting the performance. Is there any alternative way to get data without fetching or without using wait.
    Can i use ABAP memory or SAP memory to get the details?
    Please help...........

    Hi Tapas379,
    Yes technically you can:
    set data before commit
    DATA memory_id(20) TYPE c.
      CONCATENATE 'VBAP_01_' sy-uname INTO memory_id.
      DELETE FROM DATABASE indx(as) ID memory_id.
      EXPORT vbap_tab = vbap_tab "<-input
        TO DATABASE indx(as)
        CLIENT sy-mandt
        ID memory_id.
    Get data from anywhere after setting it.
      data memory_id(20) type c.
      concatenate 'VBAP_01_' sy-uname into memory_id.
      import vbap_tab = vbap_tab " ->output
        from database indx(as)
        client sy-mandt
        id memory_id.
      delete from database indx(as) id memory_id.
    Thanks,
    Duy

  • Create order based upon notification in NWBC / Portal

    Dear experts,
    How to create a maintenance order based upon a notification, using the POWL for notifications ?
    I am using NWBC and would like to create a maintenance order, based upon a notification put in process.
    In R/3, this works fine using transaction IW22 / IW28 and all info from the noticiation is copied in the new order.
    How can I get the same functionality using the role SAP_BPR_MAINTENANCE_TECH_12 ?
    Kind regards,
    Dirk

    Dirk,
       You should be able to select the Notification number from the POWL overview list and choose the "Create Order" push button on the Tollbar (along with display notification, change notification etc).
      What i have noticed is that once you are inside the notification from the Portal application, the create Order push button or functionality doesn't seem to exists. This is probably incomplete functionality taking into consideration the standard IW22 transaction /Or a  Bug  and maybe you could raise a OSS Note for the same.

  • OSM error in Create Order

    Hi,
    I get an error trying to start an Order in "Eclipse Design Studio" with the cartridge: "OSMCom_3Play" wich came with osm_fundation_2 course.
    I've created a new user in weblogic and then I've associated it to the "Role" with the Admin tool. Finally when I do a submit test (from eclipse) I get: Invalid Order Specification Fault.
    Looking at the weblogic log file I get the following message:
    *<ERROR> <security.c> <[ACTIVE] ExecuteThread: '6' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'>*
    *<Not authorized. The user new_user is not authorized to make the Create Order request>*

    Could you help me with that ?
    Thanks in advance.

    Also, if you want the use rto be able to use the Web Service interface, it has to have that priviledge on Weblogic.
    Please check that, I think the role is called something like OSM_Web_Service; I am not connected to an instabnce right now to give you the precise name.
    However, looking back to your error, this looks really like the user not having access to the task.
    Please run the following in the DB:
    select task_description, namespace_mnemonic, version
    from om_task t,
    om_cartridge c
    where task_type = 'C'
    and c.cartridge_id = t.cartridge_id
    and task_id in (
    select task_id from om_task_workgroup
    where workgroup_id in (
    select workgroup_id
    from om_user_workgroup
    where username = 'new_user')
    This should give you an output like this:
    TASK_DESCRIPTION
    NAMESPACE_MNEMONIC
    VERSION
    test_COM_ctg1Order order entry task
    test_COM_ctg1
    1.1.0
    where test_COM_ctg1Order must be your Order and test_COM_ctg1 needs to be your cartridge mnemonic with the correct version.
