TOC - First level appearing after 1st instance of 2nd level

Is there a known issue or paragraph style conflict that might cause the first level title to appear after the first instance (same page#) of the 2nd level in the table of contents?
for example, chapter one page 1 should appear first in this list but does not:
Chapter 1 Intro..............Page 1
Subtopic1 Chapter 1........Page 1
CHAPTER 1......................Page 1 (this should appear first in list)
Subtopic2 Chapter 1........Page 2
Subtopic3 Chapter 1........Page 3
Chapter 2 Intro..............Page 4
CHAPTER 2......................Page 4 (this should appear before Ch2Intro)
Subtopic1 Chapter 2........Page 5
It appears the page number being the same across multiple levels is causing some confusion. I am not sure if this is a style set up for the top level style. ??

When TOC paragraphs are not all in the same story, InDesign can become confused about the order of the paragraphs on a given page. It looks to me as if "CHAPTER 1" and "Chaper 1 Intro" are in different stories. The easiest way to get them into the correct order in the TOC is to link the two stories, with "Chapter 1 Intro" following "CHAPTER 1" in that story.

Start PO workflow after approved from first level

Hi Guys,
I have i typical requirement i my knowledge its not possible.
What exactly has happened is that after upgrade BUS2012 event linkage was not active and there where no workflow got triggered for PO approval
But the line manager have gone and approved the POu2019s from ME29N now for the next level they are asking to send the workflow as we have activated the linkage.
Any idea how can we start the workflow from that point again.

In production how many workflow's are there like this?
Its small amount of workflow's then you can again manually trigger the workflow using SWUE[You should pass the object key as purchase order number] and Complete the first level of workflow.
So it will be go for Second level of Approval.
If you have large amount of workflows that are already Triggered in production, then you have to discuss with your client about the issue.

Approvers Comment after 1st Level release

During PO release - Can second/ Third level approver pur comment in the "Approvers Comments" field.
Normally this field is disabled after first level release and 2/3 level approver cannot put any comments if necessary.
Is there a solution for this.

In this Release Stategy config there is option called Release indicator
where in we have to define a release ID and this release ID has to be given 4 or 5 changeable for the value or price updation and then we have to go to release Strategy option we can select the release strategy we want the change and in the Strategy
click on the release status and in this status we can give the ID defined earlier ( at which level what effect should come)

Expeditors in PO u2013 need to understand if we can stop after 1st 3 expeditors

Dear Experts,
For a PO, I have 1st, 2nd, 3rd Expeditors as 1, 3 and 5 days respectively.
Delivery date as per PO is 23.03.2011. So, as expected, 1st, 2nd, 3rd expeditors were sent on 24/25/27th March Respectively. So far its ok.
Since, the GR is done on 17.04.2011, a total of 7 expediters have been sent (1 each for 1st, 2nd and 3rd and then afterwards, 1 expeditor per every 5 days).
My question is, is this the standard behavior of SAP to send expeditor after every 5 days once the first 3 expeditors have been sent until GR is done?
Where exactly is this configured in SAP?
Suppose if I want to send no reminders after 1st 3 reminders, can we achieve this?
Please suggest me your valuable inputs

At PO Item Level >>Delivery Tab >> Expeditors Days are mentioned for sending 1st three Expediators ,Below this field "No. Exped " Consist of the Number of Expeditors to be send for the particular line Item.
Check these field for the value. The field Value should be blank , if only 3 Expeditors are to be sent.
"Number of Reminders/Expediters :
Number of reminders or urging messages issued to a vendor with respect to a certain item.
In the SAP System, a distinction is sometimes made between reminders (issued prior to the due date) and urging messages (issued after the due date and also referred to as "expediters" or "follow-up" letters).
Use :
This field shows the total number of reminders and urging messages (expediters) for all schedule lines relating to this item.

Hidden parameters appears after Oracle 11gR2 upgrade

Issue : There are around 130 hidden parameter appear after Oracle 11gR2 upgrade.
Before upgrade I have commented the hidden parameters on the PFILE. PFILE only to start the database for the Oracle 11gR2 upgrade.

I just came across a similar case: 1 (just one) of our (RAC-) databases has 130-something underscore-parameters set to non-default values.
version is still 11.1.0.7 (e.g. not 11gR2).
All of those hidden parameters seem to be CBO related (list on request).
Weird is: Only one of our (very similar, supposedly same-config) databases have these hidden parameters set.
Colleagues justly wonder: Who, When, What has caused these parameters to be expliclty set for this one system?
Note: we do not have the complete history of this system documented (systems have been managed by 3 different parties already).
It is quite possible they came in with some patch or upgrade (catupgr?) somewhere between 11.1.0.1 and 11.1.0.7, but a confirmation would be nice.

Motorola Services Contact re-appears after delete and multiple times

I have owned this Motorola Droid 3 for a week or so and I am having problems with Contacts. I have successful syncs with gmail, but I don't know why some contacts continue to reappear and continue to be added in spite of deleting them and in spite of already having a contact with the same name. When one edits a contact I want which is in gmail, scrolling the edit page reveals multiple instances of the same contact labeled "Motorola Services Contac". Then if I delete this contact, after a couple of hours, the deleted contact re-appears with multiple instances again. The multiple instances continue to grow and eventually the contact application boggs down. Can anyone help?

My gmail account contacts are the ones I want. The "Motorola Services contacts" list include the gmail ones, and ones that have been deleted. When I delete all the contacts in the phone by using an App (MyPhoneExplorer), the phone contact list ends up being the precise list that's in gmail, the list I want. A few hours later the "Motorola Services contact" list reappears. Apparently this happens every few hours, as you see repeated instances of all the "Motorola Services contacts" joined as I see by editing a contact. It is as the "Motorola Services contacts" are somewhere in the phone memory. My Backup Assistant list in verizon is empty. I guess I will visit the Verizon rep as I have cleared data areas in the sync services, and any other attempt I make does not cure this problem for me.... Al

I figured out how to fix the flashing yellow screen problem that I've been having on my MBP! Yessssss!!!
I found this super handy website with the golden answer: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1379
I followed the instructions on this page and here's what I did:
Resetting NVRAM / PRAM
Shut down your Mac.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command (⌘), Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys.
I went through the 6 steps above twice, just to make sure I got rid of whatever stuff was holding up my bootup process. Since I did that, my MBP boots up just like normal. No flashing yellow screen anymore!!

How to show three showdetailheaders of first level in a page

I am using JDeveloper version 11.1.1.5.0.
I have to show three af:showDetailHeader one after another in one page.
All the showdetail headers have to be of the first level, i.e. I cannot keep all the three showDetailHeaders inside another showDetailHeader.
I tried using a panelStrechlayout inside which I will embed all the three showDetailsHeader, but adf is not allowing that.
Also if I use one showDetailHeader each in top, bottom, center facet of panelStrechlayout, i am facing alignment issues.
Any help on how to do this.

You have your touch id on? If so it's normal coz it's waiting for the touch ID first before giving you the pass code prompt. Try disabling the touch ID then you should see the "slide to unlock" prompt immediately.
If you're not using touch ID then it's something else.

Appear after all buttons clicked

OK, I have a relatively easy question for you guys. I have a slide with four persistent buttons on it and I want a link to the next slide to appear after the four buttons have been clicked. What confuses me, however, is that I'm not sure where to put the "Advance to Next Slide" button on the timeline.
I'm assuing that the problem is that I have all the buttons set to pause at the same time, but I'm not sure what the alternative would be.
I've attached pictures of my slide and timeline below. Any feedback you could give me would be much appreciated. Thanks.

OK Walter, then you really need advanced actions for the buttons. Noellet gave some ideas but it will not work if the user can click multiple times on each button, sorry Noellet. I will try to explain why: in your scenario the Next button will also appear if the user clicked four times on the same button
Walter, you need to create one user variable for each button, I will label them v_one, v_two, v_three, v_four. You do not need to give those variables a start value at all. They will be set to 1, when the corresponding button is clicked the first time. You will need a conditional advanced action for each button, and as Noellet correctly pointed out, the 'Next' button has to be initially invisible.
Each conditional advanced action will have to do several things, showing the text caption and hiding all other text captions, set the value of its variable to 1, check the value of all the user variables and if they are all=1 the next button will be made visible. Easiest way will be to create indeed a counter variable as well v_counter.
Would use 2 decisions: first will be a mimick of a standard action, second will be a really conditional action. For the first button, where the Text Caption is TC1 this will be:
First decision: IF 1 = 1     (will always be true, so THEN actions will always be executed
                    THEN      Show TC1
                                   Hide TC2
                                   Hide TC3
                                   Hide TC4
                                   Assign v_one with 1
                                   Expression v_counter = v_one + v_two
                                   Expression v_counter = v_counter + v_three
                                   Expression v_counter = v_counter + v_four                    need 3 expressions to calculate v_counter
                                   Assign rdcmndGotoFrame with rdinfoCurrentFrame      to rewind the playhead
