TOC heading indent (when going from 9 to 10)

Question

Hi,
My TOC has three styles; TOC Heading 1, TOC Heading 2 and TOC Heading 3. TOC Heading 2 and TOC Heading 3 each has their own indent so they'll align after TOC Heading 1's lead number:
1 TOC Heading 1
  1.1 TOC Heading 2
      1.1.1 TOC Heading 3
But what to do when TOC Heading 1 changes from a one-digit lead number to a two-digit one?
10 TOC Heading 1
  1.1 TOC Heading 2
      1.1.1 TOC Heading 3
