TOC not expanding when topic called

RoboHelp 10 HTML on Windows 7 OS to generate a FlashHelp project.
We implement "context sensitive" help by assigning specific screens in our application to specific help topics. When a user presses
<F1> from a certain screen, a specific help topic is called using a relative path.
Our problem is that when the user presses <F1> and the call is made, the TOC does not automatically open to
the correct book and page (it does not open at all) in Internet Explorer. This only occurs the first time the user presses <F1> from a screen with an assigned topic. When other topics are selected or navigated to, the TOC
automatically opens to the correct book/page. Has anyone ever encountered this or can anyone explain how to
ensure the TOC opens to the correct book and page when a user presses <F1> and a help topic is called?
Here is how it looks when the <F1> button is pressed and IE displays the topic. Notice the book(s) to which the topic is assigned are not opened.

Note: The "Welcome_CID1.htm" file is the default topic for the help project. The help project is large, so topics are assigned to sub folders (e.g. "ASN"). The "About_ASNs_CID301.htm" topic is displayed when a user presses <F1> from certain assigned screens in the program.

Try this:
1. Reset the iPhone by pressing and holding the sleep/wake and home buttons and releasing them, when the Apple logo appears on the display. Now test again.
2. If the issue persists: Restore the iPhone without any of your own content, using this description from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4137
3. If the issue persists, Your iPhone need repair.

Will not ring when income calls

I have tried with Verizon to get issue of phone will NOT ring when a call comes in. Have checked settings and all seem correct. Help

Call *73 to insure your phone is not forwarded. Is it all calls or a specific number?

Webhelp TOC does not expand when I click on links

I have developed a Webhelp system, and it has this weird
problem which I don't know how to fix. Imagine the following
scenario:
I have a topic called "page1.htm", and in that topic is a link
to "page2.htm". [/li]
I also have a topic called "page3.htm" and in that topic is a
link to "page4.htm"[/li]
If I click the link to "page2.htm", it will load "page2.htm"
properly, and expands the TOC and highlights the "page2.htm" item
in the TOC.[/li]
If I click the link to "page4.htm", it will load "page4.htm"
properly, but the TOC does not change at all and "page4.htm" is not
highlighted in the TOC.[/li]
It doesn't seem to matter if the TOC entry for "page2.htm" is a
book or a topic[/li]

"page2.htm" - Robohelp will just expand to the first one.[/li]

That's the default behavior for Webhelp.
Thanks for your advice on handling multiple
calls in the TOC to the same topic - I have some deliberately
duplicated topic links so this will be useful. However, I don't
think this is the cause of problem. I built the TOC myself and
there are only 5 duplicated TOC entries, but the problem I am
having is occurring with non-duplicated TOC entries.

Opera Browser Problems: TOC not expanding & search showing error

In the WebHelp project generated, my table of contents (TOC) does not expand in the Opera browser. Regardless of whether I click the + sign next to my topics or the topic text, the TOC does not expand.
Also, when I select the search tab/link in my output, an error is listed where the results would be shown, which states, "Error: Failed to initialize database."
I haven't been able to located any suggestions in the RoboHelp documentation or on the forum, so I don't have a clue where to begin. I know that these problems don't exist in Explorer, Chrome, Safari, or Firefox. Any suggestions you have would be most helpful!

It would be nice if the RoboHelp documentation had an explicit section on supported browsers because all I could find was a listing for additional browsers on the What's New in RoboHelp 8 page.

TOC not updating when project is saved

The Table of Contents is not saving when project is saved. To see saved changes, I have to close and reopen.

Just to be clear, this *IS* RoboHelp HTML, no?
In RoboHelp HTML, there is no dynamic link between the TOC items and Topic Names. Sure, if you rename the File Name in a topic so the HTML file name changes, it will automatically update the TOC so that the link isn't broken. But the TOC elements are stored in a separate file completely. So I'm really confused as to what you are seeing or expect to see. Once you have a topic in the TOC, the TOC node may represent the Topic Title. Perhaps:

But if you later change that Topic Title to read:
How to configure the widget
The TOC will not change automagickally. You will have to either re-run the wizard to create a new TOC or you will need to manually edit the TOC node so it is now correct.

It might be a good idea to reset network settings & reboot your modem:
Open Settings->General->Reset->Reset Network settings. You will have to enter your wifi passwords again.
Also go to Settings->Safari->Clear History & a Website data.

Contacts not showing when others call me

I've just got my z10 and used my exchange account in activeSync mode and every thing worked fine, the issue is when someone calls me his name is not showing up, also if I dial a saved number the phone the name don't show up, what is this issue ???

I had similar issue with the text messages not showing sender's name. Go to Settings > security and privacy > sim card > edit phone number and I wrote my number without the country area code and it worked fine!

I purchased Nokia E61i Phone in USA recently and update the firmware. After update the the firmware, sometimes my phone is ringing when somebody called. The calls are displayed in missed calls list. Due to that I am loosing my incoming calls. Could you please let me know how to resolve the issue.

Try this - it won't erase any of your settings, but it may clear up the buggy behavior:
Power down phone
Hold volume up/down & power simultaneously until you see the Boot Mode Selection Menu
Use volume down to navigate to 'Recovery', use volume up to select
Should see screen with triangle and exclamation point next to an Android
Press volume up/down simultaneously to go into system recovery
Use volume rocker to navigate to 'wipe cache' and use power button to select
Once finished, use volume rocker to navigate to 'reboot system now' and use power button to select
Post back and let us know if this did the trick. If not, we can look further...

IPhone speaker does not work when switching call to hands free option

having problems with IPhone speaker, not working when switching phone calls to speaker mode, any suggestion?

Same problem - I was on the phone last night and the speaker switched off and can't figure out what happened. I tried to reset the phone, no sound is working. I can hear a phone call if I hold it up to my ear. Very frustrating as my phone is less than 3 months old. Tracy

Phone does not ring when people call your number

A lot of people have complained that when they call my phone I never answer even though the phone rings. However, the iPhone does not show a missed call. Years later I get a voicemail indicator. My phone shows full signal strength and the thing never rings. I have noticed this way too many times so I decided to post this question to see if anyone else has noticed the same thing.

The most common causes for this behavior:
1. Bad coverage/roaming (unlikely, since you said you have good AT&T coverage)
2. Frequent EDGE use (calls will go to voicemail if you are actively using EDGE)
3. Defective or improperly set ringer (if this were the problem, you'd be registering a lot of "missed calls" in your Recents list, which I assume you are not)
4. Bad SIM card
If you have eliminated #1-3, then it is likely #4. You can get your SIM swapped out very quickly at the AT&T store.
