TOC slide bar/scroll bar not showing on iPad

Hello.
We've noticed that the TOC slide bar/scroll bar is not displaying via iPad. It does show Desktop via Safari and FireFox. Is there a setting we have missed perhaps?

Depending on your issue, making an appoint will be offered as an option by choosing "Take in for Service" (see http://www.macrumors.com/2014/11/07/apple-genius-bar-online/). Of course, you could also just try calling your local Apple store.

This indicates there might be an issue with the time configuration on the device.
Go to Settings > General > Date and time. See if Set automatically is switched to on. If so, switch to off and ensure you set date, time and time zone manually and correctly.
Power off the device (hold sleep button for four seconds, then slide to power off), then power back on.
If issue persists, switch Set automatically back to on, and if not resolved then restore the device.

If you can't find it on any of the iPad's homescreens or app folders, then can you find it via the spotlight search screen (swipe your first home screen to the right) - there is a limit of 11 homescreens after which apps are accessed via the spotlight searchscreen. If not then if you go into the Purchased tab in the App Store app does it show as downloaded ?
If that shows it as downloaded but you still can't it then you could try a reset to see if you can find it after the iPad has restarted : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot.

Shared folios not showing on iPad

I am teaching a class and have asked my students to share their folios with me so we can view and interact with them on a projected iPad. When I log into the Folio Producer, I see twelve student projects. However when I sign in to the Content Viewer on my iPad three of them are not showing up for download. I can see them in the browser and look at their pages if I open the folio.
Why can't I get these to show on my iPad (it's a pretty new retina display iPad).
I have a final critique at 1:00 today, so I'm in a hurry!

Check the sizes of the folios. If it is more than iPad 3 size it will not show on iPad. Preferred folio sizes are 1024x768-iPad2 and 2048x1536-iPad3. You can see iPad 2 content on iPad 3 but you can not see iPad 3 content on iPad 2.

I was trying to sync my calendar and contacts which worked perfectly last time. Now when I plug in the ipad it brings up adobe photoshop album start - photo downloader and looks like it is trying download photos as if it is only seeing the ipad as a camera. very frustrating!

Windows ONLY sees iPads and iPhones as a camera. This is nothing new or different.
When you open iTunes and connect the device, does iTunes detect the device?
Have you tried a different USB port? Restarting the computer? Restarting the device?
Frankly, uninstalling and reinstalling iTunes is a bit of a drastic step as it was likely unnecessary.

Single Picture not show on iPad

Both exporting an .ibook or run the preview the single picture are not showing on iPad in landscape but show in portrait. I see the picture in the miniature of publication but when i larger the picture disappears. Foto gallery instead its ok. This problem is show me at the end of work (i have 70 page) during make layout the preview was ok.

We need to do a mass deployment of Adobe Reader XI 11.0.3 with "Always hide forms document message bar" preference setting automatically set for every user so they do not have to go through the menu and set it manually.
Is there a way to configure this for all users with the customization wizard or another method?
We also need to do the same for "Do not show edit warnings"
If these are registry keys, which registry keys set these options?

If that doesn't work and there's a configuration item in the preferences UI, do this:
Get regshot.
Close everything but Acrobat/Reader.
Take a reg shot.
Configure the setting via the UI.
Tak another reg shot.
Compare the two.
That process will give you your answer.
If there is no corresponding pref in the UI, then you probably can't do it.

Tool bar gifs are not showing up when the application left idle for long.

I have a Java application built with jdk sdk 1.4. This application was earlier on jdk 1.3 and very recently we moved to 1.4.
The problem here is, tool bar gifs don't show up when the application is left idle for long or kept minimized for long. After I minimize and maximize, they show up. Also sometimes few are seen and few are not, and again as I said minimize and maximize, the rest(which were not showing up earlier) turn and therest don't.
What could be the reason. This was not the case in jdk 1.3.
Any help wil be highly appriciated.

Notification Bar on iso5 not showing notifications for apps

Ever since I upgraded my iPod touch gen4 to iso5, although I have a notification slide down center, which shows the local weather and stocks, it also shows my appointments I have put into my caleder and birthdays. The problem is, it will not show application notifications. I have tried so many times to get Facebook notifications to show up, I have turned off and restarted my iPod, I have reinstalled the apps that I want notifications for, an now I am stuck! Please help !

If you downloaded some apps, they should show up in your Library Applications selection. When your iPhone is connected, select the phone and check the Applications tab in the main library window. You should see your apps there. Try a manual sync of just the apps from the Application window. Your Apps will show up individually on the phone. I had to play around with mine a little to get them on the Phone. Now they are working fine. You can add or take them away by turning the checks on and off and syncing. I hope this is of some help to you. Good luck.

BT App not showing on IPad

I have installed BT Sport on my IPad but since upgrading to ios7 I can't see it. I can open it from the App Store so I know it works but can't find it on the iPad! Any ideas?

I have spoken to our product/technical contact for the app and they have responded with the below advice, I know you say you have already tried the power off function but might be worth another go? the product/technical team believe this is an issue with the update to IOS7 rather than the sport app.
The team have also said that other users on the apple community are experiencing similar issues after the update to IOS7, but with other apps, not BTSport.
If the user tries swiping down on their screen to bring up the spotlight search and searches for BTSport I’m sure they will find the app there, however this does not show where it exists on the device.
I’d suggest the user then tries a reset of their device by holding down the power button until the slide to power off button appears. Once powered off they should switch back on and this should hopefully then show the app.
