I'm trying to make sense of it. My may statement shows 1.7GB - I think that's the period just ended.... and I can't imagine I've used 1/4 of my data already today before noon? I'm guessing the 'My Usage" screens are not quite coordinated with the billing cycle - anyone else have ideas?

What is described in my post is information from the Verizon website - My Verizon / View Usage.
It is not from my phone (which is not a Galaxy,btw)

The computer that I originally used with my ipod touch is dead, so I am now synching with another computer. I had to restore the software of the ipod, I am able to drop and drag my tunes back to the ipod but not my purchased apps. I have no problem doing this with other ipods that I have synced and backed up to this computer.

It was Love Actually. It's been in my library a few years but is now missing. It's odd...it isn't even in the iTunes Store anymore. I think there is a rights issue because a message appeared in the store saying it wasn't available at this time in the U. S. store. Still, if I bought it years ago it should be in my library or I should get a refund....

You don't have to worry about. They are stored in a kind of volume named "MobileBackups", but they appear as stored in your hard drive. To delete them, open System Preferences > Time Machine, and turn off Time Machine. Then, turn it on. However, you don't need to delete them, as they will be deleted when your hard drive gets full -
Data not reset after 3 days on new billing cycle!!!
My data has STILL not been reset and I'm three days into this billing cycle. This is very frustrating because, with four people in my family sharing data, I need to be able to track data. When I called customer service, they said not to worry because they could see (on their end), that it had been reset and that we've only used a fraction of a Gigabyte on this new billing cycle. I guess it just really bothers me that when I look it up (text DATA, app, website), they all say that we are almost to our 6G limit. I need to be able to keep track of data without calling customer service and being put on hold for several minutes. Is this a common problem and is there a way to resolve it?
I am equally frustrated, last month was my "first month" with the jet pack, got text message alert use 75% of data package had not even use 30%, after being on hold for several minutes I was told oh don't worry accident, system having problems, now 3 days into new month appears we have used more than 1/2 our allowance & haven't even been on our phones or gotten any alerts re:usage. I was totally mislead on speed of the jet pack & have gone to store & called customer service. I have been a Verizon customer for 13+ years but customer appreciation isn't important to Verizon.

Sounds like the device was dropped at some point and damaged as a result.
Take it to Apple for evaluation and a replacement. -
I am trying to upgrade my iPhone 4 to the latest iOS via iTunes, but I keep getting a message saying that an error [-5000] occurred and continuing will delete all content on my iPhone. What's the solution?
okay I've done everything regarding the transfer process (via file>transfer purchases) and syncing, so everything on my iPhone device seems to have been transferred to my iMac... however, I still get that message ("There are purchased items on the iPhone..."), trying to upgrade the iOS Have tried several times the same process of hitting transfer purchases via file, but nothing seems to make that message go away! Would have been nice to know which files I actually do need to transfer, which I don't get any info on of course...

Every time I want to sync my iphone to itunes I have to uninstall and reinstall itunes on my pc. It will only ever find the phone once, then I need to go through this all over again.
How can I solve this?You'll have to do it by process of elimination. Sign into the iTunes Store through the App Store app, go to the Purchased section, and look at the list of apps purchased through your own Apple ID. Anything on your iPhone not in that list isn't yours and should be deleted. The same process would apply to content from the iTunes Store.
Or you can just restore the iPhone from your most recent backup and then redownload everything from the iTunes Store. But if you have a lot of apps or content, that obviously wlll be slow.
I updated my iphone by his ID , is it still problem?
That's probably how you got your friend's purchases. It won't be an issue for iOS, but it is an issue for those apps and content.

Since updating the recent OS on my iPad my location services do not work. Maps "Cannot determine location" and "Find Me" is running in circles. How can I delete the update on my iPad???
You can't delete the update and your problem probably is not in the Update.
Check to see if Location Services is turned ON. (Settings > Privacy > Location Services)
What model iPad Mini do you have? WiFi or WiFi + Cellular

Ipod touch wont load past apple screen. I have tried resetting by holding home button and on/off but after it resets it still only loads to the apple screen. When I plug the device in It stays on the apple screen and itunes does not recognize it? I fear it may be stuck in some sort of reset loop which is stopping itunes from recognizing it. How do I go about the process of sending it in to apple if I cannot find a fix? Thank you in advance, it is greatly appreciated!!
- See if placing the iPod in Recovery mode will allow a restore.
- If not successful and you can't turn the iPod fully off (that is required to place in recovery mode), then let the battery fully drain. After charging for at least an hour try the reset, restore again
- Then time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apples store. -

Each country is a separate business. If Apple in Australia fixes a phone purchased in another country it reduces their profit. The good news is that Apple stores will frequently replace phones purchased in other countries under warranty, but they are not required to do so. Some countries are more liberal than others. India never does, for example.
Why don't you just buy it in Australia? The price difference can't be that great. -

i was wondering because it just became the 12th where im at in california and i went over last month on my billing cycle how long does it take for the phone to work at the start of the new day?
You would most likely need to talk to your carrier to get the answer to that. The carriers that I have used would charge for overages rather than dropping service for the remainder of the billing period but if your plan is different than that you would either need to talk to the carrier or provide more information on the carrier an the plan so someone here who has the same plan may help.

It will not respond to any mouse clicks or key presses. I use the task manager to shut it down. When I restart, I select the option to restart Firefox with the same tabs and it does that and runs fine for a few hours and then it hangs again.
iPhones are not user servicable.
Take the device to a competent repair person or buy a new one. -
SCDPM 2012 R2 Recovery Point usage shows 0k used
After upgrading to Microsoft System Center Data Protection Manager 2012 R2 I have noticed something odd. The protection groups all have a recovery point/shadow copy allocation but most all groups show a 0k used amount. For example,
my Exchange database protection group has multiple databases. I highlight one and it shows Recovery Point Volume 249.56GB allocated/0k used and it does this same thing for all databases. Exchange is not the only one having this odd behavior. But,
I can go to Recovery, select the database and show the calendar with all the recovery points and even recover a database from it. To change the iCloud ID on your device you have to go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account, provide the password to turn off Find My iPhone when prompted, then sign back in with the ID you wish to use.
