IN BANK WEBSITE TAX PAID PAGES SAVED IN MY COMPUTER AS .HTM file format since yesterday firefox, chrome opened this files perfectly. yet today i have not open this type of files. open the .htm file firefox opened in home page only.
If you drag and drop the .htm file on page currently displayed in a Firefox tab, does it display correctly?
If so, this implies that there is a problem passing the file name to Firefox, either a problem with the registry settings created whenever you make Firefox your default browser, or an issue with how Firefox is starting up.
Assuming you still have Google Chrome installed, could you do a double-switch of your default browser:

Since updating to Firefox 3.6.15, I can no longer print coupons from SmartSource. The error message is that Java is not detected. Please help me. My YouTube app will not work. Every time I open it says 'cannot connect to youtube'. I have searched for help and tried resetting my settings and rebooting my ipad2 but nothing has solved the issue.
Yes, I am connected to the Internet through my wifi. Everything is working fine with the e eption of youtube. I have reset all Internet settings and have tried synching to iTunes followed by rebooting. This is all the advice I have found although none of it has been helpful.

I am getting a 'MIDI timeout' error message when I open garageband. I am not using any other apps so why is this happening. Restarting does not solve the issue.

Firefox suddenly started opening my images. why?
Previously opening images stored on my hard drive was done with Windows Explorer. They were all opened locally. Then suddenly without warming all my images are now opened by Firefox. I don't want this to be? Why is this happening. As far as I know I changed nothing and I can't find where to go to stop it from happening.

Has Mountain Lion solved the issue of not all sent emails being saved?
The Snow Leopard forum has a thread about Mac Mail not saving every sent item in the "Sent" folder. My email account is IMAP and it seems to work fine for most of the time except that, every now and again, a message is sent (and it really is sent) but never appears in the "Sent" folder on either my Mac Mail or the synched folder on my ISP server. This seems to happen when a message takes a long time to get to the end of the activity bar before the usual "whooshing" sound and it has been suggested that the delay causes Mac Mail to delete the message. The SL forum left the issue unresolved but I have not seen any reports of the problem being there on ML so wonder if it has been fixed and my problem lies with my ISP rather than my iMac. Has anyone else experienced this problem on ML?
My primary email account is IMAP and I have just found what I suspect are all the messages that were not saved in my "sent" folder either on my iMac or ISP server. They were in the "Sent" folder of my secondary, little-used Hotmail account and the recipients "saw" these as originating from this account rather than the one from which I actually sent them. After some testing, I discovered that, for my primary account, the "always use this server" box was not checked. I surmise that, if the Mail app has trouble using the server associated with my primary account, it simply uses the Hotmail server (this would be consistent with the delay before hearing the "whooshing"noise). What does surprise me is that, if this Hotmail server has been used, the recipient sees the message as originating from Hotmail. Is this what is supposed to happen?

Please note, before applying this fix kindly get the same verified with Oracle Product Support and test the same in a test instance and proceed for production application

iTunes match hasn't worked since Mountain Lion install. Cloud icon keeps striking~ off. Won't upload new tracks to iTunes match. Just the eternal circle of step one, two, freeze....then tries again but never gets completed. Worked fine before Mountain Lion. Apple tech tried over phone for an hour but it didn't solve this issue. See others are in the same boat. Any help with this, please??
Same issue here with a MacBook pro recently upgraded to Mountain Lion. I hadn't tried iTunes Match prior to the upgrade so can't say whether or not it worked previously.

Symantec need to update their Firefox add-ons so that they are compatible with Firefox 4. They have indicated that for Norton 360 they plan to release an update to Norton 360 to support Firefox 4 in early May - http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20100720113635EN&ln=en_US
I do not know about the time scale for updates for other Norton products. Pending the update by Symantec, if you want to use the Norton add-ons you will need to downgrade to Firefox 3.6.
To downgrade to Firefox 3.6 first uninstall Firefox 4, but do not select the option to "Remove my Firefox personal data". If you select that option it will delete your bookmarks, passwords and other user data.
You can then install the latest version of Firefox 3.6 available from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/all-older.html - it will automatically use your current bookmarks, passwords etc.
To avoid possible problems with downgrading, I recommend going to your profile folder and deleting the following files if they exist - extensions.cache, extensions.rdf, extensions.ini, extensions.sqlite and localstore.rdf. Deleting these files will force Firefox to rebuild the list of installed extensions, checking their compatibility, and reset toolbar customizations.
