Today I have disappointed by apple support, can I go for an escalation?
MY iPAD IS STILL IN WORKING CONDITION, JUST NEED TO CHANGE THE FRONT GLASS WHICH HAS BROKEN BY DROPPING ON FLOOR FROM MY 1.5 YRS KID FROM MAX 2-3 FEET HIGHT.
and for that apple support is asking me to pay Rs.21500/-, which is as good as to buy a new iPad or buy another 2 tab from other company.
Support team is denied to send any kind of breakup, I want second level support.
Thanks for the reply. I am from India. I understand this is an accidental damage but my iPad is in working condition only the front glass has little bit broken. So for that I need to pay almost the same amount of a new iPad, if I wish to get support from apple?
I am getting lots of miscommunication from support team. I was asking if any breakup of the amount, apple can give, support totally denied and said apple will charge whatever amount they said earlier. Also one support person has given me his mailID and finally he says he is not supposed to communicate on mail. Confused! if he can not communicate on mail then why he want to show his apple mail id
Warrenty does not cover accidental damage rather apple can charges for a new iPad to get this replaced, I am confused here. In this case why I should repaire my current iPad?
Your friendly reply, not to go for apple support in this case might help me, till the life of my current iPad.

I have followed the Apple Support instructions but these 2 errors always appear: "The program can't start because MSVCR80.dll is missing from your computer" and 'Error 7' but still not able to run iTunes. Anyone have a suggestion?
Try completely removing and reinstalling iTunes and all related components; you may need to do this multiple times. It won't normally affect the iTunes library, but that should be backed up anyway.

Once you have changed your Apple ID, you need to set it up for use in the various systems such as iTunes, the App Store, etc so it can be used as intended. This article shows how to do that -

Yes.
On their iOS devices, under Settings>iTunes & App Store, they should use your Apple ID. When they log into iCloud, iMessage and Facetime, they should use their personal Apple IDs. -

Apple and/or iTunes support can't locate it for you, only you can potentially locate it via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone / Find My iPad on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPhone disabled on it.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. -
Would somebody please explain to me why I should have to PAY Apple Support to help me with an issue that THEY caused to begin with??? I still cannot connect to WiFi with my iPhone since the upgrade yesterday. Will they pay for my data overages??? I have tried every suggestion that has been on the Apple Forums...and none of them work. Then when I tried contacting Apple..I found out I have to PAY for their help. Are they kidding me??

Yes, once the content is in iTunes on your computer, just click it to play and authorise your computer to play it by entering your Dad's ID and password.
Log into your own account and start purchasing your own content which will then be added to the existing content. -

The Apple store is correct. The warranty is not international, and Apple will not accept or return iPhones shipped from a different country. You need to ship the phone to somebody in Hong Kong who can take it in to Apple for repair, or pay a third party repair shop in the Philippines to fix it.

I wouldn't try to install Photoshop on anything else other than the boot partition - or any application for that matter. Photoshop writes a number of Library files, etc., to the boot drive and there's no sense in playing Russian Roulette with trying to install the application on a non-bootable partition. If you're running out of space on the boot partition I would recommend trying to reclaim some of that space or simply buying a larger capacity drive.
