**when i try to login to itunes from my computer i receive this error (( itunes could not connect to itunes store the network connection is timeout )) my inernet is fine and i can browse the internet except the itune store .. is any one face this problem today**

Use Windows Explorer to open the folder containing your catalog. The normal location is Pictures\Lightroom. Locate a folder with the extension .lrdata and delete that folder. Then you should be able to start Lightroom again, and Lightroom will begin building and new previews folder. Do not delete anything else.

As a test, tell Encore to create an ISO on your hard drive, then use the free http://www.imgburn.com/index.php?act=download to write to disc
If that works, the problem is some other software that is "hijacking" your burner so Encore can't properly "talk" to it to burn

Right click the filename that won't download and selsct 'Get Info'. Look at the file path, does it have a //?// in it? That is a problem with Amazon downloads that prevent iTunes from finding the file. Use 'Add Folder' to add the album to your library and try syncing it again
