TODAY - iTunes Release 9.01 ..What does it do ???

Can any of the Apple Support peolpe point me into the right direction where I can read what problems this "update" is suppose to fix before I do anything ??. I do not want to run into more troubles (Quicktime and some other VIDEO applications as I did) and also if some of the Apple Support people could provide a "well-tested" procedure in case we need *to revert to previous versions (iTunes/Quicktime) would be truly appreciate it.*

TS5181 I have Sirius radio and I tag a song which says Itunes tags successfully downloaded, what does it mean?

I have Sirius radio in my car.when I like a song it allows me to tag it and gives me a message on the radio that "I Tunes Tag is successfully downloaded" Where it is downloading to? I cannot find these songs

To set the Date & Time go to System Preferences->Date & Time. Uncheck the Set date and time automatically box if it is checked and set the date to before the date in the message.
As for safety I have had to do this when installing old versions of Aperture Apples photo program and have not had any problems I would recommend you close all non-essential apps while doing this to minimize any weirdness. Also if you are running TM (or another backup program) I'd recommend turning those off while you do this.
Once you are done installing the software recheck the box if it was checked and the date and time should reset to today.. if not you can set them manually.

Yes, if you don't bother to change your password. You may also want to seriously consider turning on two step authentication.

ITunes download err = -43 What does it mean and how do I solve ti?

After purchasing several movies from iTunes, and leaving them in iCloud until I wish to watch them (saving HD space), I am encountering numerous problems downloading them to my MBPro (late 2011 model running OS 10.7.5, iTunes 11.1.3 (8)). Namely, the last four downloads I attempted only get so far into the download before they quit, giving me either a "err = -50" or "err = -43" error. The download times are atrocious ... 3 or (many) more hours to download a 90 min HD movie! I'd rather watch paint dry. That aside, "err = -43" has me stumped. I can find no reference to it anywhere in any of the forums. I am beginning to have flashbacks to OS 9, if any of you can recall the end of its life, when my overwhelming desire was to fling my Walstreet laptop against the wall. iTunes can go the same way, far as I'm concerned. This coming from a devoted Apple loyalist for 27+ years.
I have taken a screenshot of the download box with the error messages, but that doesn't seem to want to upload to this forum.
Tried again and successfully uploaded screne shot ... if you look behind the dialogue box, you'll see the "err = -43" I was speaking of. Have tried all of the obvious solutions ... restarts, zapping ram, repairing permissions, emptying cache. Nothing seems to be working. Then there's the ongoing "err = -50" problem. Sigh.
